This place is top notch. I have a lexus with white pearl paint. If you know about pearl paint, it’s very hard to match. When I took it here with previous owner, it took a second time to match the paint. This time under new ownership, the paint job was flawless and matched perfect. They had me in and out in a couple days. The car was returned to me washed and wiped and vacuumed on top of that. That’s true service. You will have mine and my family’s business for life. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!My daughter and I only had a few days to get her car repaired before leaving on a trip. I honestly didn’t think they would say they could do it. But they did!Not only did the folks at Absolute Collision get it done, they finished it earlier than expected AND the final cost was less than the original estimate! That was a first for me.The work they did was beautiful and the customer service was so genuine and welcoming, we felt like family. Not a good place at all. I was promised time efficient work. That did not happen. When I would call to check on the status of my car, I was treated rudely and spoken to hatefully. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I stopped by weeks ago to get an estimate on fixing wifes car. They said we will get it to you next week. That week went by so I called. They said we got busy and didnt have time to do it. Next week . Well that week went by too and still nothing. I guess you just have to have a big high dollar car that insurance will pay big money on.

First of all, let me say that they did excellent work. They made my car look like new, and they washed and vacuumed the car as well. The staff was very friendly and professional. They definitely aimed to please me as a customer and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the results, which I was!That being said, there were a couple of reasons that I didnt rate them five stars, and I probably wont go back the next time I need body work done. First, it took 10 days for them to get me into the shop. I came by on 11/8 for them to take pictures and assess the damage. We then went into the office and they said the earliest date I could drop off the car for the repair was 11/18. The car was drivable, so maybe it was a lower priority, I dont know. But honestly, who wants to drive around with a smashed up car for 10 days? The other thing that I didnt care for was the fact that they do not accept debit or credit cards for payment. They only accept cash. My deductible is $500, and I just dont like carrying that much cash around. Seriously, this is the 21st century!! Who does business like that? Even the lady who cuts my hair can take a credit card on her phone. Good people who do good work, but these two issues will keep me from coming back.

Im so out done with how it went cause they fix the front of my car 2years ago and welled the front end together. When it happened this time they tolled my car cause of it. Was very upset with how they like to get over on women.

I recently had Absolute Collision repair a dent in my car door. Their service was excellent, their shop clean and inviting, and the owners helpful and willing to answer all questions and concerns.My car was repaired beautifully, like the dent never happened, and I received it back washed, waxed, and vacuumed! Awesome place to take your car if you have had a wreck due to hitting a deer. I now have hit two deers about 3 years apart. One on each side of the front of my Kia soul.This shop is amazing!! To say the least. Their ordering parts as your leaving the office, but in the meantime breaking the car apart and checking each little detail to make sure nothing else was damaged inside, under the hood or underneath.I hit a deer going 45 mph on hey 18, and hit it so hard it killed it. Its a wonder the air bag didnt blow out n expell and even bust the radiator. Caught it on the passenger side right below the headlight.I left my car there, they called the very next day to tell me where most my damage was. Under the hood! Well i never checked under the hood after the wreck wasny so sure it wouldnt close back after i did.But, my air conditioner fan had stopped working properly after my accident. And I had wondered if something may have juggled loose when it hit so hard a sensor or sorts. Too, my amazement, when they called, it had busted the A.C. condenser, broke the guard around the radiator and plus, messed the wheel alignmt underneath up. I didnt realize it had went underneath the car. But the evidence was all there by the hair they found, lol.I was so shaken up that night it happened I thought it had ran into the side of me instead of the front passenger side.Now can you can imagine a hard hit in alittle compact car. Devastating effects.But, they repaired me in 8 days. Replacing the hood, fender, a.c. condenser, metal guard going around radiator . Come to find out with all the digging in repair work, they also had found a problem with the wheel alignmt that no mechanic had told me about that had been aligning my tires when buying a new set each two years.I was missing the caliber bolts on each wheel in the front only. An asked me if I was having to replace tires alot. Well yes, they were wearing thin mostly on the front. So this was the problem.It took a collision body shop to find this out. GREAT WORK!!!I highly recommend Absolute Collision my car totally beautifulThey would call n ask about if I wanted molding installed back or not, kept me up to date on how things were coming along. What they had found that wasnt caught on pictures first day I arrived.They handle insurance co. Labor costs on their end for extra expenses. Awesome, Awesome Guys n Gals.They deserve 10 stars for outstanding service!!!

Owner unbalanced DEMEANING

Had the door fixed on my new car last year and it still is not correct I have called several time and asked for Barb to call me back and still nothing . when you first go there they are really friendly and ready to earn your buisness and day you have a life timr warranty on there work but if you complain and say it isnt right the owner gets rude and nasty little attitude . but i would like my car fixed correctly !

These people let their pride get in the way of business.... smh...
