I had a flat tire and was turned away from two different tire places because they were booked solid. I went to Mavis Tire and they fit me right in. I appreciate a business that acknowledges a true emergency and helps out. All the staff was really friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.The other tire places I tried to get help from are scratched off my list.On another note, my tire sensors were messed up, or so I thought. Apparently the last place that did my tire rotation did not completely reset my sensors, so I thought my back tires were low, but it was really my front. They explained the sensor process to me and topped off my air and made them all the same. What great service! No shortcuts with them!

Mavis tires in Shelby, NC is fantastic! I had a tow truck drop my car off on Saturday night and was able to drive out with a fixed car the next day! The service is amazing and the people who work there are incredibly well informed

I called Mavis Tires & Brakes to schedule an oil change and was told I could come into the shop anytime. I was pleasantly surprised since it was a Sunday and most automotive services are not open on the weekends. Aside from my making sure my oil was fine, the receptionist informed me of other issues that I may need to check on to make sure my vehicle was in working order. I am very appreciative of how thorough the staff at this company is in making sure my vehicle is fine. I would not hesitate to come here again for me service needs.

If you drive a car around Shelby you have to come here for the cars needs. This is definitely not your ordinary shop. Those people go above and beyond for you!

I had a great experience at Mavis in Shelby. First I went there on Sunday afternoon and they helped me to fix my tire. Then I went there on an Wednesday morning and had my problem solved again. They are open every day what is wonderful. Everyone there was super nice and attentive. Great place, great people, great service!

Im new to the area this is the second time Ive been to Mavis. They gave me a free estimate and let me know what all I needed done on my vehicle they were very thorough I will be back in a couple weeks to get the work done I just couldnt afford it today. Its an old car for my two experiences here I will definitely be coming back and I would recommend them for anybody that needs brakes or front end work or new tires for that matter. Really great people five stars.

Had my wife get new tires yesterday in Charlotte. And on her way to Tennessee for work today on a Sunday she was having steering problems. So I found Mavis tire and brake online and had them do a check and balance on her steering axle .Fantastic job as fast a response as could be expected of the only tire shop open on a Sunday .They did a fine job and were most curtius with my wife on her travels .If in the area there would be no other place i would recomend .

I had went to 2 other places and they could not do it nor did the try. I had a flat tire and one of the studs was loose but would not come out and I came to Mavis, they assured me they would get the job done and they did! Expensive for oil change plus nothing extra to make customer want to return tiny example---no greetings!I Asked to have windshield washer fluid. Didnot do it.Anyway, this place may be better for buying tires.

We had a crazy situation, in which someone slashed all four of our tires during the night at a hotel and Mavis tires & brakes was open on Sunday of all times, and they gave us a price that seriously no other place could even compare with. They owed us nothing, yet gave us everything!!! The work was done very quickly and very professionally, on top of complete customer service and satisfaction!!! Im not sure if Ill be in this area and need their services again, but if I do, then Mavis is definitely the place Im going!!!!! They just made me loyal for good!
