Let me start by saying how nice it was to be greeted when we entered the store. The ladies were extremely nice. It was such an easy process to buy a couch and loveseat. They were even able to deliver next morning. The delivery guys Gary and Charles did an excellent job. They were friendly yet professional and made sure we were happy with the placement of our furniture before they left. Great jobs guys!!! If you need furniture this is definitely the place to go!

Will go back!!!10/30 Drivers delivered furniture and they were MAGNIFICENT!! The furniture was ready to use once they put the furniture in place. I wanted to put felt pads on the legs and they graciously held the furniture for me to put the pads on the feet (to keep from damaging the wood floors). They were very expedient using their time to do their job. I love Gaston & Danny!!11/4 Ordered more furniture and was greeted by the entire staff -- I cannot say enough about this furniture company - THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERUL & ACCOMMODATING. I went to Laughlins Furniture to find my grandmother a twin size bed that was in stock. They made the process so easy for me! They had a beautiful selection of headboards in stock. They also has a comfortable twin mattress, low profile box springs, and low profile bed frame that is exactly what she needed all in stock! They have great customer service and the whole experience was easy and they were so helpful!

Great experience here from start to finish! Prices were very reasonable for the quality products they offer. Wed been searching for a couch and hadnt been able to find anything due to in stock shortages from COVID. I walked in Laughlins first thing in the morning, found a couch that I loved, and it was delivered next day. Sales woman was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Delivery men showed up 5 minutes prior to scheduled time & were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the experience here! Will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic delivery and service. Brandon and Danny were so kind and helpful with the couch delivery. My dog kept barking and I was busy on a work call so I’m sure I was being a bit confusing myself. I purchased a unique sofa and loveseat and it was delivered today. Charles and Gaston were timely and also friendly and efficient during delivery, making it a seamless process. By 10 a.m. on Saturday, I had a totally refreshed living room without having to even lift a finger!

I usually dont post things on here but I had a terrible experience and thought others should know why before purchasing from here. I bought and paid for a $1,300.00 dollar sofa and recliner from them. It was supposed to be very durable furniture. The recliner is broke beyond repair and the sofa has had issues also. I called them to see if they would repair or replace it just to be told well you have had it almost 2 yrs so you got the wear out of it and the got hung up on. Well I dont know about anyone else but I dont have that kind of money to buy furniture that often. Im just very upset because what I was told that was supposed to last me a long time, has not lasted at all

The prices are reasonable and they also give you the opportunity to finance your furniture if you prefer. I would definitely recommend this place. And I will definitely be back there myself.

So pleased with the customer service of this company! I just moved to the area and they were extremely friendly and made sure to accommodate my needs. The delivery men were at my apt bright and early before I needed to go into work and set up my couch in no time flat. I will definitely be ordering more pieces from them in the future. I highly recommend!!

Very nice mature store, lots of furniture for every room in the home. Online buying is there and an in store kiosk is there too. The store is really huge use the kiosk to save time or if you can do it online but it will not hurt to browse either there maybe something to change your mind. Very friendly and professional staff to help you.

Went in work clothes and they evidently didnt wanta sell to me. I was there to buy with cash. Other people were there in dress clothes and of coarse I wasnt of there interest. Asked a question to owner while he was sweeping for other customers before they got to the area of the recliners. So if you want to spend with him need to dress up.

We visited eight different furniture stores and their prices beat them all, including the ones who had Black Friday sales. Staff was exceptionally friendly and took their time showing us merchandise on the computer that they didnt have in the showroom. Will definitely go back when I need more furniture.

My experience was awesome overall...I will explain the four stars in a second but nevertheless I went in and spotted the bedroom set I wanted and the man there was very friendly and helpful...I had asked him could he hold it for me till the next day and he said he would but I could not wait and went ahead and paid for it the same day so they could deliver it to me the same day...anyway this is where is got a little dicey...lol well the two delivery guys were not friendly at all!! They seemed mad at the world!! I know the representative who sold me the bedroom set there had told me they would set it up for me if I tipped them so I had a total understanding of that... but what really appalled me was when they were moving it in as they were gettting another piece off the truck I heard them whispering saying I was just standing there not helping lol... oh I heard them loud and clear!! I got ears like a K-9! Of course I was not helping thats what I am tipping them for!! Nevertheless they made sure they reminded me at the end that I am supposed to tip them...which was also kinda appalling...anyway my experience was awesome overall and I highly recommend I just hope I get more friendly delivery people next time...

I went because i received a flyer in my mailbox and i was in the need of a bed, so i showed one of the guys what i had come for and he said hold on let me see od we got it and sure enough they did and it was in my price range for a mattress and box spring. My gorgeous porch swing makes the entire house look great!!! We bought and unfinished swing with the stand for much less than the competition. If you need rockers, or indoor furniture Laughlins is inexpensive and offers great quality. Check them out!
