This place was able to find the perfect dress for me and it was so fun getting it! The store didnt have an official consultant to help me as I was trying on and picking out dresses, but they were still helpful. They were also able to help me pull off my surprise where I shocked some of my bridesmaids with my dress! I would definitely recommend this place!

This place is beyond amazing! Listen I was a little last minute getting my dress altered couldn’t find an alternation person to hem my dress, but A beautiful bride 👰‍♀️ made it happen!! This store & their employees are absolutely amazing!! I will definitely post pictures for the review after my wedding ♥️ This will be my go to place if I ever attend another wedding & need a dress or my.! I would 10/10 recommended this store, they have dresses, wedding shoes, tuxedos, suits, vale’s, tiaras & ect.

I went to have my brides maids look for dresses . The dresses were beautiful and not bad prices but our experience was not good due to teenage help walking behind us commenting on the sizes we were picking up. My brides maids are not very big ( wears normally a medium or large) the lady helping us was following us around being rude commenting that we were choosing to small of sizes and that they needed no less than a 2x-4x. One brides maids tried Inna dress and absolutely loved it but the help proceeded to come up and tell her that if she wants that dress she needed to order her size which would be much bigger. The dress fit her perfect and to have that comment ruined our experience. I would not recommend unless this employee is gone.

I love this store. Staff was great & very helpful. I had a appointment with Davids Bridal but I just wanted to look around @ Beautiful Bride just to see what they had. Not expecting to find my dress for my husband & I 10th anniversary vow renewal. BUT when I seen it I knew it was the dress!! And the whole store happened to be on sale. So I got the perfect dress for the perfect price! Didnt need that appointment @ David Bridal lol.

When I walked in everyone was so welcoming and friendly. After asking me what was my occasion and I told them. They seemed so happy for me and after asking what style dress I wanted the search was on! Found three dresses 👗 that I really loved and said .. Yes! To the second dress after trying it on. Great selections, friendly and very helpful people. ❤️❤️❤️

Love this place if I need a dress in the future I will be back! When David bridal couldnt help me find a bridesmaid dress this place did. Im so happy to the three ladies that did help me the two hour drive was worth it. THANK YOU LADIES!

Staff were immediately rude to my fiance and me. They made her stop trying on dresses and said she couldnt try on more until we showed them some money. They were very pushy and were obviously just trying to get us to buy something today. Ive had used car salesmen treat me better. They kept weirdly implying that I shouldnt be there either as if men werent even allowed to be there. I get the whole, not letting your husband see the dress but the disrespect and judgement they showed us blew us away. Dont normally take the time to neg a small business but this business isnt suffering because of Covid, this business is suffering because they are mean.

The staff here were so amazing. Even with short notice alterations. Seamstress was knowledgeable and has over 30 years experience. Prices were very fair and they did not try to upsell or push me i to different directions. They were kind and service oriented even though I did not purchase the dress from this store initially! Have already recommended to many people in just a few days.

After being highly disappointed by Davids Bridal (After driving a whole hour to get to their store) I found the perfect dress right here in this local bridal store. As soon as I walked in I saw it and I fell in love. The manager is so very nice and so is the staff. Its like their your own family.

We rented pants, jackets and shoes for a groomsmen party of eight. The pants were beyond baggy and we were told that we ordered slim instead of ultra-slim. Ive read other comments about not having an up to date inventory and maybe this could have something to do with it. All in all, NONE of the groomsmen or groom were able to wear the pants from our rental and we had to purchase different pants the night before the wedding. Money wasted and unnecessary stress. The staff were friendly enough.

We have found our new formalwear go-to! We needed a tux for prom and came in a week before, worried we might be too late. Lara took care of us right away and assured us she could get it in. She was very kind and knowledgeable and got my son all decked out. I am a wedding florist and am always looking for other trades to recommend, and Beautiful Bride will be one of them! I live outside of Charlotte and visited several bridal salons up my way looking for a mother-of-the bride formal dress. I was, in all instances mostly ignored, couldnt even get help with zipping.A good friend in Shelby told me about Beautiful Bride, so I made an appointment. What a FABULOUS experience. Tina my sales lady met me at the door, showed me many, many styles and options, listened to me and waited outside dressing room door to help me with each dress I tried on. Choice a beautiful dress, which was ordered, call was received when dress arrived in store. as stated. Again when went to store to pick up, same great treatment. I wouldnt shop for a dress any place else.Fabulous choice of dresses and service beyond compare. I cant recommend Beautiful Bride more highly, definitely worth the drive.

I would not recommend going get your tux or dress here for prom. Last night was my prom. Before I went to prom my clip to my belt to my pants was already broke. I call up there and they told me they will fix it before prom. I went up there to fix it before I even set foot outside it was already broke again. so I have to go back inside to fix it. After that, it holds until I got to the prom. I couldnt do anything for that night because my pants belt was broke. All that money for shoes, hair, tux, time all went to waste because kept braking. My suggestion is to go to Men warehouse.

I loved walking in with my mom who just bet cancer. We were told we were supposed to have a reservation, I didnt know, but they told us I could still try on dresses found my dream dress at a great cost! Absolutely loved it!

Such a lovely place!Six years ago, my mom bought her beautiful wedding dress at Beautiful Bride and recommended that I take a look.I went in only to browse and see my options. Wasnt planning on buying...But...I was able to find my dress and it was under my budget! Other shops have fairly similar dresses for TRIPLE the price! I was always worried about settling for a wedding dress because of budget but my worries were INSTANTLY taken away.After I found my wedding dress, I went in to make another payment and found a mother-of-the bride dress for my mom.Just went in there the other day with my nieces (one is maid of honor and the younger two are flower girls) and found brides maid dress and flower dress! There are so many options and was pleased with the ability to customize their dresses to corolate with the entire wedding. Not just with color but the little lace necklines on the brides maid dresses and flower girl dresses are quiet similar and it flows with the lace on my dress!They even let me try on my dress (again!) to show my nieces.The shop has an amazing consultant (Lord, I forgot her name...!) that helped me find everything I wanted and talked me through my decisions and gave great feedback!I have truly had an amazing experience with the ladies here and highly recommend this place. If I could give one million stars, I would!!!

Beautiful Bride is not as beautiful in person as the website. Nice staff, but not so modern inventory. Was happy to find other nicer bridal stores in the area.
