Online experience might be good, but if you get the wrong size and call into the store about exchanging and/or returning don’t take their word that they will be open. I called on a Monday and talked to a sales associate letting them know I’d be in the next day to try on a bigger size in the dress I ordered and that I’d be in around 5. She told me to either call or check online to make sure the dress was in stock. I checked the website before I made my hour and 7 minute drive, only to show up to the store at 5:10 with their lights off and doors locked. I was told by the lady when I talked to her on the phone that they closed at 6 on Tuesday, and their website/front door also said they closed at 6. So not only did I waste my time, I wasted gas + gas money and I am being told that I need to pay for my own shipping return label even though I wouldn’t have had to buy it if they didn’t close their store early. Again, their clothes might be cute and their online shopping might be convenient but I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with their customer service.
