We continuously have problems with our 6 months check-in and the jewelry consultants cannot find our account in their programs and weve had these rings since 2017 and yet we still have problems.
I had a issue with a ring I bought from Kay, and it was handled very well can not complain at the out comeI love going here because the employees listen and don’t just say “ I sorry I couldn’t help”. And Paris is the best he helps out to the best of his ability and then some. Employees that care :)
Cashiers customer service could be better.
Newly engaged, so I didn’t want to be without my ring. Naturally I was upset when it was sized wrong. But thanks to the quick service and wonderful staff our needs were met quickly and efficiently and I had my ring back within 4 days!

I went back other times looking for skull rings, which they have. I, a stranger, was given an honest appraisal for my gems, Ive been a customer ever since
