Shelby Fabrics has had my chair since July 8th. I have called numerous times and have been by to see when I could possibly get my chair. I have been promised many times and still have no communication as to when I might get my finished chair. Waiting 3 months….REALLY?!!!

Shelby fabric is the BEST place to go if youre looking for usual fabric. There is a huge selection of curtain fabric and reupholstery fabric. The quality of fabric is outstanding.

Was a great visit. Needed foam for some cushions in my couch. A nice gentleman out side of a store told us where they were at and was so kind to call and check if they were open. They are closing in ten minutes but was willing to wait on us. We were on 2 minutes away. They were so kind to measure the cushion and tell us about the foam and will order it and will have it in just a couple of days. Were so excited. They were very kind and professional. We cant wait to see what they look like on our sofa. Five star visit.

The owners, William (Billy) and Leah are gifted in choosing fabulous fabric and also doing upholstering that is beautiful. They aim to please and are precious in how they go about accomplishing this❤️

If youve ever been to a very large fabric store this is very similar to that. It is about the size on the inside of a mid-sized Walmart with upholstery fabric everywhere. That being said there is some organization done but not everything in the shop is completely organized. So dont expect to come into this place and find what you want in the first 5 to 20 minutes like you would at a Jo-Anns or Michaels. You may find yourself looking for somewhere around an hour or so if you have something very specific you need. I needed to have 14 yards of fabric to upholster two wingback chairs and I spent a good long time here just browsing to try and find bolts that had that much yardage on them. I imagine if you need less than 7 you probably would have no problem finding that here.
