0 stars. Waste of time. 4-5 hours at least to be loaded/ unloaded.Guys are extremely lazy.So avoid this place.

I normally try to give everyone and every place the best benefit of the doubt. This place is horrible. I was supposed to pick up Friday afternoon but did not have the hours to make it. Dispatch said you can pick up of Saturday get their as best as you can. I showed up Saturday morning got checked in weighed in. Parked in the designated parking space and walked into shipping. For 20 minutes I endured some of the most interesting display of grown adults acting like little children. On top of that they had no understanding of simple math skills. If my appointment was for 1600 the previous day and I showed up at 1000 am the next day... I will let you do the math. After enduring that they finally controlled themselves enough to tell me they will come out and get me when they had an opening in their schedule. I said thank you and went out to my truck to wait. 10 minutes later the one of the adult sizes children came out and said they are not going to be able to load me today and will have to reschedule for Monday. When I asked is their any chance they could work me in at all he said maybe. I then said Ill wait. I contacted dispatch to inform them of the situation. A few minutes later another one came out and said I had to leave they were not going to load me at all. I informed dispatch and left. Their attitude is going to be there downfall. No respect at all for truck drivers.

Warehouse 23 personal are real disrespectful to truck drivers and they lie to your face and when u confront them nicely about the lie they just told u one guy that works there likes to jump up like Billy bad butt and start running his mouth off to you and slam window down in your face he got a white beard

If I could give it negative Stars I would give it a negative 10 as far as truck drivers go they could care less about you at plant one or two if youre coming here pack your lunch you going to be here for at least 6 hours waiting to load and then theyre going to take at least 2 hours to load and I showed up early for my appointment at 8 p.m. and they didnt start loading me till 12 a.m.
