It was fun to visit Pizza Inn! We used to go a lot when I was a kid but havent been in years!The service was good. The buffet was good. I do wish there had been more normal options of pizza. Most of what was served was specialty styles. The salad bar was very good!

I am just being honest. I was very unimpressed with Pizza Inn. The only positive thing I can say is the staff is nice. But the reason you go to these is the food. The Pizza just wasnt that great. What difference does it make if you can eat a lot and it wasnt good to begin with. Just go to a regular Pizza Place. I did like the Tater Tots. But not enough to come back here. I wouldnt recommend it

I went in around 3pm. They had plenty of pizza on the bar and brought 4 more out whole I was in there. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh. There were lots of options like pasta, chili, pizza, salad and several dessert options. My server checked on me 3 times and offered a tea to go. She was very amazing.

Would not recommend. Serving old food. Dirty place. Wont fresh macaroni because other has been setting out for along time, just take container from bar, add some cheese / stir and like new again. Bread sticks so hard if thrown could give a person a concussion. Surprised there even allowed to be open. Friendly staff though.

This place is very very dirty, food was ok service was ok although the staff was nice. probably will never be back unless they clean up everything was gross and messy this was what the light figure looked like above us. The first thing I noticed. 🤢

I live in Spartanburg and usually eat at the Pizza Inn there but was traveling through here. I had unsweetened tea with my meal and I kid you not.. All I did was tell her that wasnt gonna be enough Splenda and our waitress REFUSED to wait on us and another young lady came and apologized she was so sweet and took over our table. We were leaving when she came but we made sure we handed the tip to her personally so that the other girl wouldnt steal it. How very unprofessional this took place on Sunday October 10, 2021 around 7:00 p.m. I wish I knew the name of the waitress who did this to us because she is making your business look VERY bad!!!

Great food and cheap prices. Went when I was pregnant with family. Great experience and friendly atomosphere.

My husband went today to get us some pizza and it was delicious!! Theyre also one of the few places still wearing masks and care about their customers safety! I highly suggest this place for delicious food, amazing customer service and a food service that is still well aware of the times. Most importantly I need to reiterate how delicious the food is! The prices are pretty amazing too!

This place is horrible . The pizza tasted and looked old and dried out .The sodas were flat tasting Its been bad several times that weve been there.. The rest rooms are always disgusting looking and smelling. Didnt care for one waitress in particular who got sarcastic and had a bad attitude . The owner can comment and say what they want but nothing has been done about anything to improve the

The food sat out was old and hard. When asked what we would like we only got 1 pizza 30 min later. There was no spoons for the puddings. Waitress never came for a refill. Horrible and waste of money. However the salad was good. Owner reached out i feel this meal should be replaced it was a date night for us and we ended up leaving to go buy wendys to eat.

I havent ate at a Pizza Inn in years but Im so glad we tried this location out! My husbands coworkers have been telling him to try it out and we finally made it over there.Great selection of pizza and other comfort food and lovely service. Definitely want to come back here in the future and I highly recommend them for a good lunch 😋My favorite is their chocolate chip pizza( quite nostalgic for me as I remember having it as a kid at the location in Gaffney) and the garlic butter crust pizza is great too!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Idk whats happened to this place but wow has it turned into TRASH 🗑🗑🗑🤮🤮🤮 when we got there tonight there were no fresh pizzas out, NONE. Asked it they were going to be making some new ones and they said they had some about to come out. 20 mins later they brought out a -beef/onion/pepper pizza and a chicken Alfredo. No pepperoni?!? We sat there for 30 mins waiting for them to bring out a normal pizza before we said f it and got up and left. There was like 10 people working, all either standing around or on there phones, LAZYYYY is an understatement! For the $ they charge you to dine in, there should be FRESH pizzas out consistently we watched so many people walk in and walk right back out because of this. PIZZA INN you need to DO BETTER 👍

Use to eat here a lot. Came tonight and I have to say this is one of the dirtiest places I have eaten..the floor was nasty, the serving bar was nasty, the lettuce was so bad I couldnt eat the salad. I observed no servers wearing gloves One worker had her hands in the trash can without gloves and then bringing out food.🤮

Staff was nice and service was good but crust on pizzas were too tough, baked too long. Could do much better.

I could use one word to describe everything I had here, including the custom pizza I requested and got served hot in about 5-8 minutes: fine. As long as you dont expect more than that, its a perfectly good cheap pizza option. I wouldnt recommend the ladies bathroom, and their hand sanitizer for the buffet comes in the form of a spray bottle, but that food was definitely edible.

Diety restaurant. Dirty bathroom. Bathroom smelled old and gross.

Although I busted my phone inside the Bathroom while washing my hands 😂 we did have a great experience here and the 🍕 was amazing!!

Everything was great until I found a black hair in my salad. I don’t plan to go back this summer - will try again later on this year see if they’ve improved.

Came with a large group and our waitress did an excellent job taking care of all of us. Nice variety of pizzas and a few other foods.

Always good/fresh food. Best salad bar EVER!! My personal favorite is their taco pizza. Also, the waitresses are always very nice & good at their jobs!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I truly dont know how this place is still open. The employees were not wearing masks properly--some off their noses, some off their noses and mouths. They let people in without their masks and dont make people wear their masks to the buffet. I really felt like I attended a super spreader event by eating here. Additionally, the bathroom smells like a sewer. I will not be eating here ever again, which sucks because my family loves Pizza Inn!

Havent been in a long time and probably wont go back. The people that work there seemed to be more interested in their phone than serving or cleaning. Tables where nasty and the plates at the bar where dirty. I informed the waitress but she acted like she didnt care. Very poor managed.

Got to be one of the nastiest Pizza Inns around. You can tell they use cheap ingredients to save on cost. Cause its nowhere near the traditional Pizza Inn. Dont let the sign fool you like it did us. They just using the name to draw you in. Will not be back to this Pizza place whatever it is.

First time here lots of pizzas and the waitress was excellent she even asked if there was a pizza we wanted that we didnt see it was very good we will be back

The pizza was cold. Service was not very good. Some of the salad stuff was spoiled. May not be back cause this was the worst experience ever there.

The service was great, very friendly and the beverage refills were prompt. They were also nice enough to ask for any special requests for pizzas on the buffet.They only negative is that the pizza is only okay. The crust is good but it seems they skimp a lot on the cheese. This is pretty common for pizza buffets so I only took one star off. For over ten bucks plus the $2 or so for a beverage I think Id rather order a pizza of my own from another place. The upside to the buffet is you get variety you dont get ordering a single pizza. So that and the good service may make this worth your while.

The associates were friendly, only reason I didnt give 1 star. Usually, the food is great, but I was disappointed at my most recent visit. The iceberg lettuce in the salad bar looked wilted like it had been sitting on the bar all day. The pizza was also disappointing as it also seemed to have been out since lunch (we were there for dinner.) Fresh pizza was brought out upon request, but I feel it shouldnt have needed requested for a buffet, unless there was something specific wanted put that wasnt already being offered. Will I go back? Maybe. I dont go often anyway, so well see.

Friday 12/4/2020AVOID THIS PLACE, THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN! People not wearing mask nor gloves while at the bar retrieving food! The place was trashed with food on the floor and employees aren’t properly wearing their mask. We ask the waitress why the guest aren’t following guidelines and she said they can’t make anyone do it! Well that’s a whole lie because I ate at another establishment last week that had a salad bar and the staff enforced the guest to wear mask and gloves while at the bar! COVID-19 is a serious matter and this establishment is NOT following guidelines!!After 10 minutes after being seated we left and left the uneaten food because we over heard another guest saying that he had found HAIR in his spaghetti sauce Smh 🤦 SO IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO GET THE COVID THIS IS DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GET IT!!! Be careful and mask up no matter what!

Pizza Inn is advertising there Buffet as the Right-Way. They have signs on the buffet telling to social distance and other things they expect. The person that seated me did not describe what or inform me on what I needed to do. They had hand sanitizer and plastic gloves, so I sanitized my hands and the put on gloves while wearing my mask. The other customers in the Shelby Pizza Inn were all seated and eating when I arrived, but when they returned to the buffet they did not wear masks nor did they sanitize there hands or put on gloves, one customer used his hand to take the food off of the buffet instead of the utensils. When more customers came in, they were not wearing masks and did not sanitizer their or wear gloves when getting food from the buffet. My server did not offer me drink refill and the pizza selection was not best. It was a Wednesday which is Seniors Day and they tried to charge me full price.

We like pizza Inn the best of all pizza places. Will go out of my way to eat their pizza...We dont live close to one but its worth the trip when we go.....

We went for the first time, there was 4 of us. If you go for the pizza make sure to eat it fresh.If it sits its not the best.I did like the buffalo chicken pizza the best.Pasta was not good or any of the side dishes they were cold and watery. The salad dressing was going bad or its just too bitter something was not right with it.I like the cracker crust they make but no one else in my group liked it.Over all I think Im the only one who didnt mind it everyone else said they gave it a 1.If you want to try go when they are very busy and everything should be fresh.

Great service. My family went for buffet. Our waitress asked if we wanted a specific pizza and they provided us with our preferences quickly. There is a small game area in back that my nephew enjoyed. Overall everything was good.

Man, this was sad. Weve been there several times in the past, but not for about a year. Really, really dirty. Food dried out, lettuce wilted and brown. Just the facts not running them down, but its gone down.

Not that great. I use to love pizza inn. At 1 pm the bar had 4 different pepperoni pies half eaten when we arrived. The ladys room smells just like urine like it did 40 years ago even though every other part of the building has been modified several times. No wonder there are only a few Pizza Inns still around. One waitress looked like she could kill the one talking to a couple at one table. This waitress was ours but the other one brought us refills on our drinks more than the one assigned to us. Get a grip on this restaurant before it folds people. We drove over 30 miles to come here to eat. Dont think that will happen anytime soon.

Food is pretty good but not great. The Desert pizzas are just basically dough and sugar but no flavor. Bathrooms are NOT Handicap ready and was dirty and sticky. Hope it gets better.

None of the pizza was hot unless you grabbed it right when they brought it out. Our waitress was very nice but we we had to keep asking for them to put more pizzas out. There were a good bit of people in the restaurant and a lot of kids but no pepperoni or cheese pizza..... I felt it was over priced and none if us (5) thought the pizza was that good.
