We called to get a quote yesterday, and they said theyd be out today. The fixed our unit for a fourth of the cost another company quoted! I am extremely happy with this company. From now on, we will only use Mckamey!

I asked for a quote on replacing our HVAC system. Just the ac and maybe some extra work. The salesman was very kind and I liked him. He said hed have a quote with all my options to me by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I call and ask where it is. I am told they will look into it and call me back. No one called me back and a week later I call again, saying I was hoping to do business with a small local business and still wanted the quote. I was put on hold and when they came back on the phone, they told me I would have it in a day or two. I came home to it being left in a folder on my porch. Not even in the mailbox.... then when I opened the quote... it wasnt even a quote on what I asked for. I am very disappointed that I, an interested customer, was looked over, forgotten, not taken seriously, and dealt with in a very unprofessional manner. I may be the exception to their standard but overall, after 2 calls and the delivery of a quote I did not ask for as well as no follow up on THEIR PART, I will never recommend this business.
