We have been buying from Kincaids for over 20 years. We just moved to Tullahoma but we still use Kincaids. If you need an appliance, the staff is extremely knowledgeable unlike the 18 year old at the big box stores who has never done a load of laundry or cooked a meal. As for furniture, they have a good selection and if it is not in the store, they will be happy to order and deliver and set it up.

I visited there showroom @ 11 am on a Saturday. They were very helpful finding a washer that fit my needs and purse. By 3 pm the same day, my washer washer being delivered and set up at my home in Rutherford Co. They are my go-to appliance suppliers from that day.

Physically went to the store, picked out a couch that was over in the warehouse that I wanted to look at - waited 4-5 weeks for them to bring it over so that I could look at it and NOTHING!! So apparently they did not want nor need my business.

This company has truly unbelievable customer service, which Is very rare in a world where customer service is no longer understood or expected. I recommend Kincaid Service Co without reservation. I’ve used this company twice now for different things but each time they’ve been nothing but friendly, helpful and kind - going above and beyond to really make our experience wonderful!The first time I called was for service on our refrigerator and the repair man that came out was professional and great and took the time to really explain what was wrong and how best to proceed in what would be the most cost effective way.The second time was just now, my husband and I went to buy a box spring and the sales people were amazing and quick and super helpful and we were out the door with our delivery scheduled in no time but not once were we hurried or rushed or talked down to or ignored which I’ve experienced in other furniture stores in town.I’ll certainly be coming back here if not just for the service but the selection of their surprisingly massive showroom!

There is no other place I would purchase a major appliance from in Shelbyville, Tennessee. The Kincaids are honest and caring business people. They have quality furniture and mattresses. I have traded off 15 year old furniture purchased from Kincaid SC that is better that Rooms to Go furniture the day it arrive as new. They also sell some of the best high-end TVs around. I purchased a 40 Sony from Kincaid Service Co. back in 2008 and from time to time, it still get complements on the color vividness. Kincaids service team will also come to your house and repair any appliance that you do not want to take in to their shop. Calvin, Laura, Mark, Eve and Christian do a great job of taking care of The Smiths!

I recently went to Kincaids to purchase a bed and fell for a black Friday deal for an adjustable bed and mattress. Turns out the base was over priced and mattress destroyed my back within a month. Their warranty was non existent and my only option was to trade that crap in for an outdated interspring mattress or spend nearly double to have a decent nights sleep. The sales people are nice and helpful but are handicapped with not being upfront with prices, because why do l have to consult their manager with behind the counter sales folders. This is why local businesses will be out of business before long due to the fact l can go online and purchase a top rated bed for a thousand vs nearly spending two thousand on one from a mattress carrier. There is no such thing as sales in the mattress business, just outdated things being pushed out the door and cheap gimics. My advice now would be to go do your research and buy a top rated option so you have less of a chance of being disappointed.
