The Shelbyville Culligan has lost their local personal customer service years ago, I’ve rented a softener from them for years. I used to have a older style system that did great it finally went bad so they installed s new electronic system and I have had nothing but problems with it, I called to have them come and remove their junk system and they acted as if they could care less if I was a customer or not. The lack of personal customer service and the terrible systems they now have has turned out to be a very frustrating experience.
