If youre expecting a normal gas station youll happily surprised! This Minit Mart is always busy with hustle and bustle of this small Tennessee town! Everyone inside is super friendly just like youd expect of Shelbyville! Grab a spot in line and come get breakfast or lunch!

If you have any expectations at all, let them go! I have never visited a convenience store and made to feel I was an inconvenience. I arrived on March 7, 2021 @ 1:23am. I just needed a beverage to take some medication. As I walked to the door the attendant walked out so she could smoke. The other attendant continued to work around within the prepared food area, do you think she even acknowledged me as I stood at that counter with my beverage! She looked at me, then the item and continued to perform her task. I stood in that store 4 minutes just waiting to pay and neither attendant offered so much as a HELLO! I eventually walked out and stopped at the end of the parking lot to complete this post! I hope the owner gets an opportunity to read this, I included the date and times should you feel the need to investigate.

The person that waited on me was so rude in how she spoke to me I told her that I didnt want anything and I walked out before I could place my order, then she followed me outside the store calling out the number to the store. When I called to ask for the manager it was this same cashier on the phone. This is not the first time this same cashier has been rude to me and I dont live in Shelbyville and only stop there when Im in town so I believe she has an issue with only a certain group of people so to speak. Management really needs to retrain her or find out why she treats people this way.

Best damn chicken in town. And the staff is absolutely wonderful. No matter 2am or 2pm, its always like home

This is a great friendly store right in the middle of town. They serve free fountain drink to any police, fire or military that come in uniform. Their food is always fresh and they are always ready to help

If you go in there at night around 1 or 2 they are extremely slow and dont have biscuits and they will sit back there telling stories to each other instead of getting the customer on his way. Very poorly ran. Day shift is way better so hate to give a 1 star but my God 3 people and takes 20 mins to leave thats terrible!! Oh btw thats me and 1 other customer lol

Rude employees. The manager has his picks of employees but the ones that work their butts off and actually does their jobs he has nothing for them. If customers only knew the real things that happen at that store. Employees are very judgemental and racist.
