Made an appointment to get a tetanus shot at the minute clinic. Showed up 15 minutes before the appointment as requested and checked in. Sat in the waiting area with around six other people for 45 minutes and in that time, not a single person was seen. No one from CVS communicated to any of the people waiting what was taking so long or if there was even a staff member present who was seeing people. I finally left after it became clear no one was going to be seen anytime soon, if at all. It didnt appear that anyone was working at the clinic. I stopped having prescriptions sent to this store because the pharmacy is so bad so I shouldve known the clinic was unlikely be any better. I shouldnt be surprised that CVS once again proved how little regard it has for the people who visit this store for service. This store is seriously mismanaged and needs a change.
The staff here are wonderful! I wasn’t feeling well and they seen me the same day! The NP Elizabeth and Stefanie made the visit even better! They were friendly and knowledgeable.
I havent had any bad experiences as far as rude people. But I recently picked up 2 prescriptions, and one bottle had no label. It did come with the paperwork stapled to the bag, but no sticker on the bottle. Im smart enough to make sure it is my medication and not someone elses, but this kind of carelessness could be dangerous for some people. Check your meds when you get them folks!
Pharmacy staff is hard to deal with. Always have issue claiming my insurance. Almost every time they asked for my insurance card and I told them that it should be in the system since this is not my first time picking up prescription there.
Been calling for 2 days all day and no one will answer the phone. Will be transferring my prescription to someone one else. Pitiful excuse for a pharmacy.
If you want to continually be frustrated by rude and unhelpful staff (pharmacy only), this is the place to go. Also, if you have a pickup, expect to wait a long time as they are always backed up inside the store and at the drive thru. If you need to talk to someone, dont bother calling, no one is going to pick up. They treat peoples health and medications with zero professionalism or sense of importance. Its unbelievable how bad this location is ran and shows how little regard they have for their customers. Definitely go to another pharmacy.
Poor customer service. There was a problem with a new Rx and they said will discuss with pharmacist and phone. 24 hours later no call. I called and was essentially told I donno, I wasnt here yesterday. No offer to help. Back to Walmart for me. Horrible attitude
Everytime im there nobody ever seems to know what their doing. Everytime im there to pick up my medicine they always seem to be having issues not only having what i need in stock or having it prepared, even if i get a notification saying its ready. Some employees ive spoken to never seem very eager or willing to help. Lots of attitude. Would NOT reccomend.
Terrible service. Every time I go to pick up a prescription it takes at least a hour. Even if my dr called it in over a hour before that. They don’t care about their customers at this location. The only reason I go there is because it’s the preferred pharmacy of my insurance, but not anymore. I will pay whatever I have to out of pocket just so I never have to go there again. I have NEVER had any issues with Walgreens so I’m sticking with them!
Always helpful
Always nice and friendly every time I go into the store. It’s nice and neat, compared to some other stores. I seem to always get the store manager when I need help and she is always friendly and respectful. Thank you
You know if your going to have a sign telling you where to go and what to do for a Covid test...you might consider moving it to the entrance where you can see it.
So terribly slow that the cheaper prices of prescription aren’t even worth it. I’m sorry but go to Walgreens.
Absolutely pathetic. It was literally 8:02 when I walked into CVS I walked to the back and they wouldn’t give me my prescription because they closed at 8 (pharmacy only). You’re kidding right?
They are not helpful. They always question your prescriptions especially the male pharmacist don’t know his name but he’s always argumentative won’t fill your prescriptions even though the doctor writes on the prescription to feel always a line at the drive-through and I want to wait inside their customer service reps have no clue what they’re doing half the time They tried to give me my husband’s medications after I gave her my name and date of birth this place is a joke . I have had problems with them since the first time I started using them and I wouldn’t be using them if it wasn’t for my insurance they suck
My doctor called in two prescriptions. It took them two weeks to finally fill them even though I got three texts saying they were ready for pickup. Multiple excuses but no apology.
My wife and I had tried several pharmacies in Shelbyville, Ky. We kept having problems with We dont stock that so we ordered it and it will be here in x number of days. The insurance co-pay always made our medication bill over $100, out of our pockets, every 30 days. Since taking our prescriptions to CVS we found we could have been getting some of my diabetic supplies no charge. And the co-pay is considerably lower, well below the $100 we had been paying. The first time we had prescriptions filled, EVERY medication was there, filled completely, no partial fills until we get some more in. excuses. We are VERY happy with the way CVS has treated us and has made medication problems disappear!Well done CVS!
Water was a dollar fifty nine a gallon I should have gone to Walmart
I love Anita
Its clean and they always seem to have whatever Walgreens doesnt.
Not a bad place
