Nearly an hr before close they deny me a refill of propane if the store is open and offer a service they should fulfill there commitment to there customers. Ill start going to a gas company now for my service. Shame on them.

Store is well stocked. Especially impressed with the varied selection of equine feeds and supplements. Staff were friendly, helpful and readily available to help load several bags of various feeds into my car.

Really good customer service. Forget the name of the older gentleman who helped me with the chicks, but he was great!!! Go check them out.

This store offers a wide variety of merchandise. They have an excellent selection of reasonably priced dog food, stylist home decor, work clothing, yard equipment, tools, gardening supplies, and so much more!

Store looked like it had been hit by a tornado, could not find a employee on the sales floor to help with anything. But you could hear them in the back laughing acting like they was at a party.When they did come out from the back they did not wanna help and if you asked them a question the only answer a person could get was i dont know or we dont have any in the backroom.They need more training or be fired. There was one girl that talked about some of the customers,not good for business at all. When Donnie Smith was the store manager the store was always clean floors swept and always answered any questions and helped out unlike the ones that are there now. They are rude i will not suggest Tractor Supply to anyone.

I was able to find exactly what I needed, but the customer service experience was not so great. I was second in line, and the cashier (Tatum) had to wait for an override. I had no problem with that. I did have an issue with the cashier (brown haired girl) who was working next to Tatum, not having anyone in line, looking at me, and didnt offer to check me out in her line. Other customers began walking up to check out, and the other cashier gladly told them she would get them in her line. I asked for the manager on duty(dark haired younger guy) and shared with him what occurred. He apologized, but the apology did not change what happened. I could have spent money anywhere, but chose Tractor Supply. Im now second guessing my choice.

The store is clean about 95% of the time. The employees are usually very helpful. I’m greeted every time I walk in. The manager has been very nice & helpful when I needed further assistance. The bathrooms are always clean. And I love that I can bring my dog in. Every time I bring my dog they are very nice & love on him.

Great selection on bolts and washers. But everything else seems over priced. Best place to get propane tanks filled.

Sales person was friendly and helpful, but for a business called Tractor Supply, they had very few parts for tractors.

I didnt go there today but it is one of my go to places for fence posts, clothes for yard work, pet supplies, and yard decorations. I love this place. Some of the friendliest staff that always help me find what I am looking for. They dont sell extra batteries for their cordless weed eaters.

As always tractor supply is a clean professional environment and will always be willing to help you out!

Great place to go for pet supplies, farm animal supplies, clothes, and they also have gifts especially at Christmas. Not to mention all kinds of tools. Theres even stuff for kids such as clothes and toys. Its also pet friendly

Me and my wife were in this tractor supply up in Shelbyville Tennessee, we are out of the Tampa area Florida and we are moving up in that area.and we are without doubt a static about having a tractor supply about 5 miles from where were moving to. We absolutely love shopping at tractor supply. So great job tractor supply keep it going and the folks in there were so friendly.

Great employees, super clean. They were super helpful when I asked for help. The cashier was super nice helping me because I had my hands full with a puppy. She even offered to push my cart out to my car for me. Great place to shop.

I love this place, its one of my favorite places to shop. I wish l could afford to shop there more often but.....I always enjoy going to my local TSC and will continue to visit there.

Very friendly staff, great products, fast service. I went in for hardware and all the bins are clearly labeled and in the correct spots. I like how they dont have individual bar codes for the hardware. They have a generic barcode and sell by the pound. Its very convenient not to have a price every time you check out.

The staff were extremely helpful with everything from food selection for my new puppy to the proper travel crate. They also gave me some great ideas on homemade grape trellises.

This place has no customer service. When in to get a lawn mower belt. Ask for some help and waited for a bit. Finally another customer came over to help me. Said I dont work here but maybe I can help you. We could not find what I was needing. So when did it become our place to do the employees job.

The cashier call three times for help upfront when there was a long line no one came to help her so I had to wait mine for 5 minutes there a lot of people very upset about not being served

I had them help load my 2 bags of puppy food because medically I am not suppose to lift. Got home and 1 bag was ripped open. When my neighbor picked it up for me it just poured out on the ground. The bags did not have any holes in them when I got them. Thanks but dog and puppy food cost so much to feed them good food I hate for it to spill out on the ground.

Very well organized and excellent customer service at this location. They sell quality products at a reasonable price.

This store always has what I need in stock. I come from 15 miles away because Shelbyville TSC cant keep 50 pound bags of Calf-manna in stock and Tullahoma sells it for $1 cheaper. Today I wanted Ryegrass seed, Shelbyville store was out of stock; Tullahoma not only had it, it was $2 cheaper.

Horrendous experience. Customer service is a complete joke and refuses to help. The man with the white beard tells my husband he cant hear and dont know what hes saying, umm...why is he working there if he cant perform basic customer service duties? He literally just walked away when my husband had to fetch him multiple times because there was no one else. We get it, you dont care about your customers. Also, heard the employees make some racist comments about other customers...no class whatsoever.

Always have a good selection of basic things, but specialty items are best bought elsewhere. Call ahead if youre not sure.

Went in to the Shelbyville store Sunday morning to buy cracked corn to find a empty pallet ask a young lady if they had any in back room. She Went in back and came out to tell me they didnt have any but would have some Monday morning cause they get a delivery Sunday night with feed on it. Well just so happens I was back in town at 5 :30 Sunday evening so I decided to just Go in and check. What do I find a pallet of cracked corn sitting where the empty pallet that morning. I ask another employee there if they had already got there truck and he says no so l ask where did that pallet of cracked corn come from and he said aw l pulled it out of back room earlier today. Thats when I told him that I was told it wouldnt be in stock till Monday morning . he tells me the feed truck comes on Tuesday nightWell this is the third time Ive been lied to at this store, so if they dont want my few thousand dollars I spend in this store I bet somebody else does. Let me just say it wasnt the young ladies fault because she was told by management that there was no corn in back room I heard him as I was standing there waiting and this is same person that has told me they didnt sell a certain product I was looking for that I would have to get this product from vet but went straight to shelf and bought it. So if your employees are to lazy to get somthing from back room Im to lazy to walk back in your store.11/11/18
