Always kind and great to answer any questions and help any way they can. Hardly ever have to wait and are flexible on when to set appointments. Adjust my hearing aids when ever I ask and make sure everything is clean and working well. Overall great place!!

I am Martin. I have difficulty hearing. The Dr. and staff are quite friendly and professional. On my last visit, Dr Mahler up graded my devises, after testing, at no cost to me. Being able to hear again is an immeasurable blessing.

Very easy to make appointments. Very happy with the 3 yrs of cleaning and inspections on my hearing aids. They ask how well they fit and if you have any issues and make adjustments needed. Shelbyville office is a pleasure to visit and get all you needs taken care of.

I had a 9:00 am appointment the door was unlocked . The hearing aid Pearson was waiting for me,she was very courteous and thourel. During the cleaning process she noticed a cover missing from one hearing aid and replaced it. She also replaced ther rubber fittings that slip into your ear canal. Very good visit. GF

I have been looking for a place to get hearing aids. Found this office and the office in Franklin. Both young ladies are UNLICENSED to operate in the state of Indiana.

Great service and people working there will answer any question you have

They went out of their way to make sure I had excellent hearing aids, even though they didnt profit from it.
