Called to ask a number of questions about shipping two packages. The young girl that answered kept referring my questions to another person. I asked to speak with that person named Zack I asked him if he was the manager he said they “were all managers.” Because they don’t have one. I asked him a number of questions and he gave unconfirmed answers.He said they have been in business for 22. I asked him how old he was as he was talking to me like an immature juvenile. He told me and I quite “‘stop wasting his time if I wasn’t going to be a bring them in. “In past few years I’ve used this store with mixed results, but this one takes the cake for unprofessional service.

Renee and her staff are always extremely helpful and always give great service. Even when they are super busy, they speak to all customers as they arrive and let them know they’ll be with them as quickly as possible while not making anyone feel like they are being rushed through to get to the next person. I highly recommend this group of people!!

This UPS Store is great but the last three packages I have shipped via UPS requiring signature, the packages where left on the doorsteps without getting a signature. I am a business owner and I pay the extra $6 so that my valuable packages will be signed for so that they will not be stolen. USPS still requires a signature.

I just had a package delivered a little bit ago . I had ordered some games for my kids Christmas . Im glad it wasnt something breakable or more valuable . My mom & I heard a loud drop then he rang the bell & left . To me thats showing poor customer service . I understand it may be frustrating that our driveway may not be the most convenient to back Into & may be why he chose to park at the end & walk up. However if that or some other reason be the case, please dont choose to take it out on your customers . Please remember to show some kindness & compassion in what you do . We appreciate the ones that have to work out in the cold & know its a tough job sometimes ...Thanks & Merry Christmas !.

This is an excellent store with top of the line customer service. I am in every day picking up mail, getting blueprints printed off, and a variety of other tasks. There has never been anything business related that they were not able to help me with. I highly recommend this store not only for your business needs but also if you just want to experience a high level of customer service and friendliness. A+, 5 stars.

Wanted me to pay 2.00 to print a return label. Not paying 2 bucks for a sheet of paper absolutely ridiculous. Staff was playing on one of the pcs and listening to music while surfing the web. Poor customer service

First Time using a notary, so I sign my papers at home... so when I get there the notary saw it and said you should sigh this on my presence so I said “I can print them again” . She said no it fine just sign again ... so I did she charged me $50 and then ! The ppl that need my papers rejected them because was doble signed.. I have to pay another $50 because she should let me know... totally disgrace

I have used the UPS store in Shelbyville for my business for over 10 years now. It has been one of the best business decisions I have made. Renee (the owner) is awesome and she has always been able to keep a wonderful staff. They are experts at shipping and customer service. I consider them an extension of my business and this year will be inviting them all to my company picnic.

Service was excellent and I will continue going here for my shipping needs. They only reason I took a star off was because for some crazy reason you can not deposit checks for USAA Federal Savings Banks here but they expect us to go to the one in Frankfort, KY to do that. All UPS stores I have been to up until now have been able to deposit my checks for USAA and I’ve been all over the country for work.

All I can say is WOW! You dont get customer service like this anywhere else anymore. I worked with Renee and she absolutely amazing! Shes friendly, quick and knows her stuff. I dont use UPS usually but will probably find reasons to use this location now.

I’ve tried to get things done with this store every time I go and it never works out. They mix up packages all the time. I think maybe someone is stealing packages in this place. Ups needs to step it up. It’s almost as if they’re hiring felons. What a drag.

Terrible store. No customer service whatsoever. Had a paper left on my door to pick up my package when i got to the store the next day my packsge was no where to be found. All i got was some rude replies from employees. Also very strong order of marijuana inside the store. Ridiculous.

Ripoff artists and blatant liars. This store charged my family $147 to ground ship two framed photos two states away. When confronted about this obvious overcharge, the owner of the store, Renee Clark, blatantly lied, claiming the extra charge was because there is a law requiring at least five inches of packing around a glass item, when no such law exists and the UPS website recommends a miminum of two inches, not five. In reality, they used excessive packaging in order to both charge more for the materials (you could have shipped an ottoman in the box they used) and charge an excessive price for the shipping itself due to the size. No one we know will ever do business with these charlatans again, and I recommend you dont either.

The young ladies there are so fun and so very helpful. The owner is a little wild but nice. The young man there is so kind and makes me feel not so dumb when it comes to technology. I couldnt ask for a better crew to help me- Renee is so lucky... I read over the reviews and Im glad there are those that agree with me. The UPS Store of Shelbyville, dont let those that have had one bad experience put a damper on your day. It seems like they have nothing better to do- or like to hide behind the computer. Smile and keep being great. Thank you for being there for Shelbyville.
