You don’t come across the level of customer service Andrew provides very often these days - highly professional and personal at the same time. Andrew worked very hard to accommodate our needs and last minute changes and was punctual and courteous not to mention all the equipment functioned without any problems. The fee structure was very reasonable and the payment process was simple and automated. We are most grateful and will definitely use A Plus Audio Visual services for our next event in Connecticut and will be happy to recommend it to others.

I rented a sound system from A Plus when I was booked to DJ in Stamford, CT.Great to work with from start to finish. The system I rented sounded fantastic and the rental price is an awesome value.Ruben delivered and picked up all the gear that I rented right on schedule. He went above and beyond to help me set up everything outdoors. We connected the system to a generator and he made sure the placement of the speakers, mixer, and cables were perfect.The music could be heard clearly in the tent and large backyard area during both the ceremony and reception. I was impressed with the power and clarity of the system - the guests and the couple were all so pleased.Definitely recommend booking from A Plus!

So amazing! I have used numerous AV companies in the past and a plus audio is the best that I have ever dealt with, from the beginning to the end. The owner Andrew helped me choose the correct equipment within fifteen minutes. After being on the phone for fifteen minutes everything was finalized and just as he promised everything looked great and logistically worked well. He was flexible with adding on equipment at the last minute. The techs were great setting up and didnt leave till everything was up properly. Then after my event I had left my Amazon Fire hooked into their equipment and without even asking Andrew reached out to me to return it. Well priced, great people, and great service!! Definitely recommend and will use again!

I wanted to rent sound equipment, so I could provide my own music for our wedding. Every other company I contacted wanted to offer me a DJ who could really get the party started.A Plus Audio Visual had exactly what I wanted for a price that was more than fair. The equipment worked great, and it was easily explained to me how to use it. If I had to do it over again, or if I had a local friend with a similar event I would use A Plus Audio Visual again. It would not have been possible to have a better experience.

Affordable, on time (even with event being super early in the morning) and great service! Even went out of his way to hook up a cord for our laptop to have audio for a video we wanted to present!
