Mike is the nicest guy and very knowledgeable about his profession. He keeps up to date with the most current science research in his field. He was able to get me in touch with a taxi service so I could get back to my car from an hour away. I chose his business because it is AAA approved and he was able to get to my vehicle in a timely manner. I would recommend this business especially if you are having electrical problems.

Great food, but they stopped serving their potato cakes. Minus one star for dropping the potato cakes, I loved them. Unfortunately, their inside dining is still closed too.

Michael has serviced my Honda for years. I tell him to fix what needs to be fixed and thats what he does. Never more than I need.

So far so good... I took my vehicle there for some repairs because the shop I deal with on a regular basis, was simply too busy and unable to make the repairs needed in a timely fashion. Upon entering the establishment, the owner Michael, was courteous, made me feel welcomed and assigned a mechanic to perform the repairs on my vehicle right away. I trust, they will do a good job and Ill be back with an update after the repairs are completed.

We always go to First Choice. They are fair, friendly and honest. We have been customers for years.

We got an emergency tow here at 2:30pm on a Friday and were fixed up and on the road by 4 for less than $200. The shop is clean and has WiFi and a comfortable waiting room. Everyone was friendly and you could tell it was a place that gets lots of regular customers. Just really can’t say enough good things.

I called to get a quote on fixing my vehicle. Mike was very nice and most logical person installed to so far. I even told my husband how nice the guy was. Mike thought it best to look at it first. I called right back to still get the quote in case I decide to do all the work there. It was like talking to a total different person. Mike was not nice at all and told me, hes not going to give me a quote, if all Im doing is price shopping hes not my guy. If Im serious about getting my car done then hell talk to me. I told him how rude he was and hung up.

Rude and unruly Mike started yelling saying I was being rude because they promised me an hour to find the problem, it took 2 hours to tell me nothing cuz they werent looking at it at all and on top of all of it I get my car back to see that one of their mechanics were rummaging through my stuff nothing was stolen bit they have no business going through customers cars. I would not recommend this place to your worst enemies.

The owner was fantastic and so are his techs! They kept me up to date on everything my car needed and had my car fixed for a fantastic price!

Had my clutched replaced. Electrical problems occurred. Bought the sensor that they said they needed. Same Electrical problems. They suggested that i take the car on the highway to see if the lights would disappear after driving. After getting stranded and getting the car back to the shop, i need to pay them to diagnose the problem which they are leaning towards a new hybrid battery. They have said that the new hybrid battery would cost over 3000. Definitely not my First Choice.

The manager is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what hes doing. Doesnt seem to be just about making money by actually doing a decent job on your car if he can. If its shot he would tell you that its not worth your money. I appreciate the facts, automotive science and mechanics.

I absolutely love Mike, he is an amazing machanic. I would recommend him and use him for all my machanic needs. You should to. Very reasonable. And does great work 👏

When we moved from Pierce County and had not located a mechanic. I needed my AC serviced and contacted First Choice. They were professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable and they take the time to explain what is needed. They did not try to hand me work on my vehicle that was not necessary. My electrical went crazy on my vehicle and they tracked down the problem and had me up and running again quickly. They have done numerous oil changes, basic tune ups, even changing the headlights (to get to mine you have to go under the vehicle not under the hood.) They were great at doing it for me. Had my car in for brakes. Wasnt fully sorted after the first visit, perhaps due to a misunderstanding, but first choice took care of it on the second visit perfectly. Brakes feel great!!

Work was done as ordered. Water pump, antI freeze, serpentine belt, oil change..At the shop, i opened the hood to take a look etc. Found the large plastic cowl that covers the top of the engine completely loose. Had the them come out and install it correctly (geesh). Then after getting it home and looking around with a flashlight, I find a brass fitting that goes into the water pump that looks like it was installed with a cresent wrench that slipped numerous times. Again geesh. The $144.00 NAPA water pump was a charge of $234.00. $596.00 total dollars later... To me, large and small things count very much for this kind of money. No leaks so far. Will update if needed.
