I had a wide range of things done in my home from Morgan Carpet & Flooring. From custom runner on the stairs, hallway, area rugs to tile for a bathroom remodel. Each time the measurers and installers came in they showed professionalism and got the job done.As for the showroom ..The guys in the office are great ..They are knowledgable and were able to point me in the right direction in order to find what i was looking for. Highly recommend Morgan Carpet

Great experience each time we have used Morgan Carpet (area rugs, stair runners, and bathroom tile). We’ll be going back to Morgan Carpet as we continue to update our home and definitely recommend to anyone looking for flooring for their home.

Not recommended. They dont accept responsibility and dont reply to discuss issues. Thought ordering local via small store would be better than on-line or a big box store but in the end my experience was much worse because they lacked in-depth product knowledge which I expected for the higher prices. But additional charges for shipping, restocking and return shipping for what I consider their error was very expensive and so not worth it.

Knowledgeable staff. Ken came out and measured carpet for my 2 family the next day. He selected a durable carpet that has lasted 8 years through 3 tenants. I will be using Morgan again.

Hired to put in new carpet and floors. Carpet was installed well but flooring was installed I credibly poorly. Large areas of trim completely uneven. Holes left visible around doors. Trim flat up forgotten in several places.Unresponsive when it came to fixing complaints and when they did come out many problems remain.

Ken is the best. Ive used Morgan several times and I have always been very happy with the service and quality of the carpet. These guys are the only ones I trust!

The absolute worst choice for tile and service. Took months to place the order for the tile despite repeated calls. Then took many weeks to schedule an install. Job was never specd out properly. Installation was done poorly and tile started popping up immediately after the installation. Subsequent effort to remediate resulted in damaged tiles with the same underlying issue. The manufacturer came to inspect and produced a report clearly indicating that the tile installer did a poor job. Did not use the proper adhesive and did not do the appropriate analysis of the environment prior to installation. Despite this report, Morgan Carpet has not made any efforts to remediate the issue. Unfortunately, I will have to resort to small claims court to seek compensation.Bottom line: You couldnt make a worse choice for service or quality of work.
