I had bought a SMOK Vape from the shop Saturday, that Monday it stopped working and I went into the shop while calling SMOK customer service they said at this time they weren’t taking any claims, but the guy at the register said he knew me and I was a nice guy and gave me a new device for free!!! It was the most amazing thing anyone can do for me I appreciate them so much I recommend them to everybody I know!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS! I asked simply for a vape that was cost effective and powerful. I was sold the Smok Gram-25 and told it was a new product. I was already disappointed by the fact that its max was 25W… but a few days later I came in for a coil for a product THEY SELL. Not only was a child running around the back of the shop, but they do not have the G16 coil necessary for the product on their own shelf. This was a huge red flag to me. I contacted a few more knowledgeable shops in my hometown and learned that the Gram-25 is an old as dirt model being sold by the manufacturer for $19… I PAID $45. I have no income at the moment so $45 is a massive hit to my savings. Not only will I never find a coil locally for this machine, but I was jipped in the process of trying vaping again. The man behind the counter had no idea what I was saying and had to employ the help of a young girl to decipher my basic English. I wouldn’t spend money here again if my life depended on it! Unprofessional scam artists who need to be shut down.

Buyers Beware!! A lot of the vapes don’t work! Lost a great deal of money here! Owner will let you try a flavor and if you don’t like it, he just puts it back on the shelf! Disgusting.

All in one store. Has everything. Kratom, CBD, nicotine salts, cigars, pipes, bowls. Nicotine salts are decently priced. Will be shopping here again. Keep up good work

Highly recommend to avoid this place for your own sake. Bought a Vape spent over $100 came home when I charged it I realized the screen was not working the Vape was damaged when I came back to the store next day they said that it’s not their problem and you have to contact the manufacture..There is a store five minutes away from them trust me try your best to avoid this store, These people have no pride to run a business in America nor they do not follow the customer always right rule

Fantastic experience. Despite being drenched and completely underdressed, I was attended to with the utmost respect - extremely knowledgeable staff, and the furnishing in the establishment is like a trip backwards in time. Tobacco selection is fantastic, and very reasonable in price. Great experience here, well worth a trip.
