Worse service ever. Not even 1 person is informative. I stayed on on hold for 20 minutes. And when I went inside nobody was busy. They are laziest people. They have no idea what copier machines are or toners go with it. Sold me printer that doesn’t work and they can’t help me at all. I own a business I can’t be wrong with my review. They don’t have time to Listen to my problem. Order today and and it won’t be deliver on time ever. Good luck.
Literally don’t bother calling. I guess having employees to fill the store have nothing better to do than talk among themselves, rather than answering a PHONE CALL!!!! Ridiculous
Wow, just wow. Christa and Kristine from the printing department went so above and beyond in helping me with my Holiday cards that I honestly felt obligated to write my first Google review. Since the cards were original designs, the printing was slightly off. They did not stop working towards a resolution until they were to the standard I was hoping for. It is so rare to see such selfless customer service from a big chain such as Staples, so just know that if you are lucky enough to stumble upon this location, they WILL treat you right. Thanks again.
I had no idea about the printing process was done at Staples when I went inside the store associate helped me he was so AWESOME. I returned 2 days later to do printing again I was all set to do it myself. Thanks for the great customer service!
Wanted to get good photo quality prints made. Initial visit seemed positive enough; give me an email address to use and advised me that due to high demand they may not be ready until the next day, Friday. I waited until Sunday, only to find that my email had not yet been considered. The assistant quickly stacked paper in the printer and ran the prints. No chance to preview anything. When I asked why several landscape files were printed in portrait I was told that it “was all they could do” and the thin paper was the “best they had”. No point in arguing, but I will never go back.
Great experience. Young salesman extremely helpful . Bought an office chair that was out of stock. He informed us that we could order it and have it delivered in 2 days with no extra charge. Then he set us up at a computer to enter our information. Cashiers pleasant and trying to move check out lines quickly. Loved my shopping experience during a very busy time of year!!!!
Went in to purchase a Zagg Folio for my I Pad Pro, the salesman Alex was the best. He checked it to make sure it was the right one, met a better price and installed my I pad in it. He was the best! This is my go to Staples store in the future. Great experience.

Customer Service is great, and the selection is always better than other Staples stores. However, it’s somewhat frustrating how often the price listed on the shelf isn’t what you find out it really is at checkout. 🤔Maybe I’ve just had bad luck... 4 times? 🤷🏼♀️I’ll continue to go, because I do receive help when needed and love their product(s) & how often it gets filled. Guess we’ll see what happens the fifth time!Otherwise, pleasant and helpful employees!
Bought a printer, liked the employee who helped us. No high pressure, just gave us information on what we were looking at, let us make our own decision, found us a better deal on printer ink on line, and price matched it, had it sent to our house. Great service
My visit there was great. However the reason I had to go was that when I tried to reorder my business cards over the phone the person who answered said that they dont keep the files from before January. The woman who helped me typed in my name, found my file, even knew how many I ordered last time. I told her what happened on the phone, she sighed and sincerely apologized.TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING. Please train your employees.
The staff is available, but the store seems to be busy all the time so get your self-service hustle ready.
Staples has downgraded over the years. Was in trying to find a new laptop and their selection in stock was minimal at best.
I use Bics four color pen at work as does many other nurses.I can not understand why Staples only carry the thick ink Blue and white, and not the finer ink which has the Orange and white casing.The finer ink is easier to read, and looks more professional. I did call the Bic HQ... no reply...of coarse.The only way I can buy the finer inc ones, or its replacements, is to import them from the UK.Which, as we all know, has its pros and cons.Last time I ordered TWO boxes, paid $ 65+ for them, and never saw even one pen. Never got my money back...Staples management !! Come on!
Staff are friendly but just shopped out Christmas presents to family it cost $47.98 for 3 smallish boxes. Wont make that mistake again.
Called the store to make an inquiry. Spent more than 5 minutes in queue. When I finally spoke to someone, I was put on hold and then disconnected. Called back and again spent more than 5 minutes in queue. The store is literally across the street from my work -- I could have walked there and got an answer quicker!
Jenn in printing & copying is very knowledgeable and helpful. Way understaffed, resulting in customer delays and pressure on staff. Others were helpful in recommending liquid armor for my phone.

The employees is of this establishment are useless. They have no sense of customer service and loyalty appreciation. We needed to have a simple poster printed and were told that it would be ready at 8:00 PM while the order was placed at 11:00 AM. Thats 9 hours!!?? I called them several times and asked if its possible to print it sooner, and were told NO, the person in printing department was extremely rude, and after speaking to a manager, we were told that we need to resubmit the order and pay extra for a rush. We have been customers at this location for a long time, and they are NEVER THAT BUSY that they wouldnt be able to find 10-15 minutes of their time to print this poster. Even 2 hours would be fine. Its very disappointing. Just the level of service provided and the way this situation was handled was absolutely unacceptable.
