They called me and said Im past due and they were going to lock me out. When I told them I am current and have all my payment receipts. They said they would give me an email address to send them to. To date I have not received that email address, it has been two weeks. After multiple calls and voicemails in that two week period, they have not returned one. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. As soon as I can find another available storage facility I will be moving out of this one.

Hello,My wife and I came in last week to look at boxes for our upcoming move were doing. Not knowing what type of boxes we would need and how many we asked several questions to your Manager on-site Vanessa, she took the time to explain what each box was for and how many of each one she thought we needed, Vanessa was so patient with us and you could tell she was very good at her job. We will definitely be coming back for more supplies and telling our friend about the great deals you guys have going on.Thank you Vanessa, Im sure your boss is proud of you

Pretty good. I just feel like since I didnt rent till the 20th, I shouldve gotten a better prorate considering it 10/11 days away from the first, just over a week which is about 27 percent of the month but I still had to pay for about 73% of the month.Just a thought. I only rented a couple days ago and ive already got my bill for the first and ive been struggling a lot with money paying for myself, my 7 year old and my boyfriend with minimal understanding.Otherwise yall were great! Friendly, resourceful and understanding as well as down to earth and relatable. I hate it when people make me feel like Im beneath them just cause they run a business and I didnt feel that at all, which is why I was willing to pay the high price for 11 days of the month.Kindness and integrity pays. Thank you!

My friend is renting a unit from this place we came in the early morning hours to get some of his things out the other day and I just have to say we smelt nothing but weed someone was definitely smoking it. I am pretty sure the person smoking it is the women who lives their. First impression for me is Im not going to rent at that location. If its not the person who stays there then maybe they need to look into whos smoking on the property it its just not good.

Honestly, I dont know what happened. We got a unit a few months ago on the fly, Ive paid on time. Now Ive called them repeatedly about making a payment for a few weeks and left messages. They never called back or picked up the phone. Im already looking for a new place to store my stuff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Expensive snd the units get mold a lot.

Price on my unit has gone up 225% in 9 months and cleanliness has gone down by about 50%. Time to find a new location as they price increase is outweighing the contents of the unit.Customer service is good, but uses pressure sales tactics to get you to rent same day.
