This shop is the best shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I hit a deer in Sept 2020 and wasn’t sure where to take my truck for repairs. I’m so happy I found Advanced Auto Body. I was so confident and comfortable that they would do an awesome job. Denise and her staff definitely went above and beyond for me. I got a rental and it only covered a certain amount of time. When that ran out the shop made sure I wasn’t on foot and put me into a vehicle until my own truck was finished. Advanced Auto Body never ceased to amaze me! I was treated with the upmost professionalism & Denise always kept me in the loop of the status of the repair. Living out of town, Bryan even met me on a Saturday so I could pick up my vehicle. My truck looks fantastic after significant damage. The cherry on the top, my truck was washed & interior mats spotless. Dont waste your time with other shops!

Awesome and very helpful

I was very satisfied with the work Jacks did on my pickup. After getting in an accident, they worked with my insurance, and communicated well with me through the entire process. They do automotive and body work, so I didnt have to take my pickup to two different shops and have to deal with separate billing through my insurance. They did a great job of finding vintage parts, and what they couldnt replace, they repaired very well. They made a lifelong customer out of me.

Jacks buffed out 100% the paint transfer out of my bumper, you cannot even tell it was there! They also defogged my head lights, something I did not even know was possible. This is a business full of nice guys who do an amazing job for a great price.

Cant say enough about how great this shop is. I totaled my car just outside of Sheridan and about 1800 miles from home. They were extremely quick to get my vehicle in and assess the damage (first business day). The shop was very easy to work with and went above and beyond in service- even mailed my floormats home to use in my next vehicle.Next time I wreck in Wyoming Ill be sure to use Jacks again.
