The pharmacy staff are not only rude but they act like vultures who dont honor valid coupons from their own working partners. This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to and they have a captive audience because they have so little competition in this very small town.I had a Single Care coupon for an asthma inhaler. The without discount price is anywhere generally from $40 to $55. The coupon purchase price was $12.49. I usually pay $29.00 at Osco Drug but I had my prescription transferred to save the nearly $17.00 offered through Single Care.After running me in circles the staff member told me I owed $59. When I asked why I wasnt getting the coupon price the woman said; That is only a suggested price, we dont have to honor it. I called Single Care and they were stunned by Walgreens response. The gentleman I spoke with told me Walgreens is a working partner with Single Care and that they should have graciously accepted the coupon.Horrible customer service that speaks volumes about this local store with a big name. It is sad that Walgreens has the same attitude that big pharma has. As one of the largest nationwide chains and and operates on a major scale in Europe, Latin America, and Central America, they ooze greed and avarice while Walgreens Pharmacies puts the screws to the little guy. Shame on you Walgreens!

Store is well organized and well stocked.

I usually enjoy shopping here, the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are a little more than Walmart but they carry some items Walmart doesn’t. The other day I tried to have some Christmas cards made up @ their Photo service area. Once I had my phone plugged into the machine, it kept on loosing connection to my phone, even though I had unlocked it. I told the lady who worked in that area, she said as she quickly passed by me, “You have to unlock your phone”. Which I replied “ It is unlocked.” At this time there were no other customers except for someone on the other kiosk. When I asked for her to help, she totally ignored me. I tried again three times to make my card order but with the same problem. I finally unplugged my phone and went to Walmart across the street. Had no problem there, help was available.

This Walgreens is the worst. I have repeatedly had the issue of calling in a prescription and it takes them over a week to fill it. I then have to go several days without my prescription which causes withdrawals and severe pain and many other symptoms, many times taking me away from my 3 jobs. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I stopped using them until I needed to use the discount cards and decided to try to go back to them. They are the same. They are the only pharmacy in town that can’t seem to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Unless they can get things together and their staff learns customer service I won’t be using them again, discount cards or not.

Just moved to Sheridan from KS. Until dealing w/ Walgreens Pharmacy Ive been highly impressed. Seems to be last on the list of priorities to fill a prescription. 4 years on various meds & have never had to play the pharmacy rodeo or be so involved in process. Thought I was the patient/customer. Didnt realize that I was working this hard for free. 10 to 15 mins EVERY time for 4 years... Does every pharmacy operate like this around here? Where else can you fill from pain management?

Walgreens in Sheridan was great! The staff was polite and helpful especially Lacey Salinas she did a great job of finding exactly what we needed and had a super personality!

Horrible management & even worse customer service skills. I called to ask a simple question of whether something was in stock & she refused to answer my question.

The pharmacist are very friendly and fast.

The Sheridan Walgreens Pharmacy is not what is advertized. There customer service is terrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. The customer means nothing to them.
