When you walk through their doors, someone is there to greet and guide you through your decision making process. Their prices are fair and their delivery service is wonderful. Bought two chairs, 1/18/21. One delivered on time. Told second one would be delivered, end of February. Now been informed second one may be here sometime in March or April. They dont know when.

Highly Recommended. Awesome customer service, great prices and quality - they had me check out several types of beds and different types of couches-no pressure! We found the perfect fit for what I was looking for. They had to order the mattress and there was an issue with the supplier so it took a little longer then we had thought. I received weekly updates from the owner! Staying local is a big deal and the experience that Ive had with these guys was awesome!

I HAD a great experience buying a disco recliner. My husband, recovering from major back surgery, ordered a very similar chair, an UltraComfort, in July. It is now almost December. The chair arrived after 6 weeks, and within a couple weeks, was not functioning. Friendly service people came out. Diagnosis: the brains were dead. (I see this in people, too.) They removed the dead chair, and I had to ask for a loaner, especially considering this is a multi thousand dollar investment. The loaner was a nice effort, but not the comfort he needs. Fine for SHORT term We have heard nothing. I have had to call several times. Covid is being blamed for the slow response, and, oddly, COVID itself was denied even existing at all by a salesperson. Cant have it both ways.I do not recommend this product, its service, or this store at this moment. Its all fine and dandy until your chairs brain dies. Then, youre screwed.Will edit once they give a full refund or give us an exact replacement.
