This service is TOP rated! My car broke down on the way from Montana to Colorado and they helped me in a big way! They were super busy, yet figured out a way to get this done and get me back on the road. Adam helped from getting my car worked in to be looked at and then drove me to a hotel, helped unload my luggage, and got me back on the road much sooner than i thought I would be! Even a car wash! He was so helpful and communicative, and did everything with a friendly smile! I cannot say enough about my experience there! It turned an unwanted situation into a very positive experience!

4 stars for the purchase of Ford a year ago, if I could do more than 5 stars for the service department I would! First off, the manager of Fremont (Jerry?), wonderful guy! Second these guys in the service department are truly the best Scott, Adam, & Zale! Who fixes another companys screw up ESPECIALLY FOR FREE!!!?? This group does! We found other things wrong with my vehicle but the fact they willingly fixed my ride without asking for a penny even though I was willing to pay absolutely blows me away! This is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They didnt bash on the other company either nor ask who did that, which was truly a honest mistake that could have gone terribly wrong if Fremont didnt catch it.

The service has been good, but every time we have one of vehicles in for service there are lots of dirty footprints left on the door sill and on the edge of the seat base on the driver’s side. We try very hard to keep our two vehicles in clean and good condition. I wish the maintenance techs would take a little more care and clean up after themselves.

Brought my car in with specific service request to get my ECU reflashed so it could unlock and specifically requested that the service tech would check for an ECU chip before trying to reflash because that’s a possible reason why my computer was locking me out. Come to find out they didn’t check for a chip, and diagnosed me with a “bad computer” and still charged me 100 bucks
A couple of weeks ago, I had a recall service done on my Ford Escape. A few days later while traveling to Washington, a check engine light came on. It was diagnosed as a fuel sending unit issue, and I continued on my trip with an inoperative fuel gauge. Upon my return to Wyoming, I contacted the Ford Service department and told them what happened. They scheduled a sevice appointment to find out what the issue was.After taking my vehicle in, it was found that the fuel float arm hadnt been tightened properly and had came loose. They owned the mistake (part of the recall repair) and said there would be no charge to make it right. I will definitely continue to have my Ford serviced at Fremont Motor Sheridan because of this experience. I feel some less reputable auto parts/repair shops would have stuck me with a new repair bill and said it was unrelated to the previous work done. Thank you, Fremont Motor Sheridan for a job well done!!!

My F150 was repaired as promised. But the day after I tried to call my service rep, Scott, to ask some further questions about the Multi-Point Inspection sheet. I havent received a call back yet. Also Kyle, the business manager, was to call me back regarding a warranty. I just canceled another warranty so here I am without a warranty on a pick-up that has 124,400+ miles. Not good. Im trying to give them business but Im really frustrated when calls are not returned. Were doing long distance driving in 2 wks & Id sure like a better warranty!
We were on a week long road trip, when we began to experience a check engine light and loss of power. Our cars service link app guided us right to this dealer and they took great care of us. It can be scary to think of being stuck a long way from home, but the service department had us back on the road very quickly. Highly recommend dealership.

Day 6 of a 19 day Out West vacation we had car trouble which felt like transmission trouble. 1800 miles from home. These guys were so helpful. Despite being short handed they checked things out for us. Found the problem which was thankfully not transmission or engine and got us back on road in less than 2 hours. Very helpful and courteous!

The service person was friendly and when finished he went over the service bill with me. The Receptionist (Diane) at the front desk in the showroom area was especially friendly and helpful as was others in that area. i will bring my other vehicles in to get serviced in the future, and recommend Fremont Motors to others.
I saw a pickup I was interested in looking at located at Riverton. I contacted Melissa and she arranged to have the pickup brought to the Sheridan location. I was worried that I would be constantly heckled so refused to provide my phone number. Melissa was a pleasant surprise, she did not pressure me, was pleasant and knowledgeable. I bought the pickup. Highly recommend contacting her for any car purchases.

This has been the best dealership I have ever dealt with. It started last summer when I bought a used F150 from Amanda. That experience was very easy and painless. Drew, the manager was very easy to deal with as well. The best part has been the service department. I had quit using dealership service departments all together due to poor service and high prices but Fremont Service Department is GREAT!! Brent has gone out of his way to deliver awesome service including bringing my vehicle to me at work. I use them for all of my service now. I would highly recommend them for sales an service. Love it.
If i had a way to give them a 0 star, i would be more comfortable.huge margins on their cars. i mean highway robbery. believe me, if you shop around, you will certainly find dealership around the area with cheaper pricing by more than 2000 if not more.This dealership also charges for a full tank of gas and Advertisement Assessment. really? when we asked why these charges, we were explained that its from Ford.I checked other fords and was explained by 3 different dealership that its not from ford. They make stuff up as they go.Why charge every customer for a full tank of gas and the cost of advertisement?the sales rep was not able to answers questions.would never recommenced this dealership who is not honest and upfront. all these reviews you read are not fake. but they ask highly satisfied customers to leave reviews.

Dealt with Justin Mancini on a new Ford Expedition, he was incredibly patient and genuinely there to help you, plus very knowledgeable of the market. The entire buying process was extremely pleasant and all the people we dealt with were extremely professional and completed-performed their jobs with great pride all the way from the Receptionist to the Detailers. A little shout out to the Finance Manager Kyle Hanson as well, he was extremely patient as well and did a great job of explaining the paper work and process.
This was my first time dealing with Fremont motors in Sheridan trying to buy a new truck. Dan and Brittany were both super super helpful with trying to get me into the right vehicle. Once we found one there was slight delay with trying to get parts in as the truck I wanted was used and hadnt been able to go through their shop yet. As would most my frustration rose as I still couldnt drive off the lot with my new purchase. Dan and Brittany stayed professional and reassured that it would get sorted out and made sure the truck would be awesome. Because of Dan and Brittany Ill be back in a couple years or whenever my next truck purchase is needed.
Everyone at the dealership were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Stormy and Jake were very attentive to our needs and wants. They listened to what we were able to comfortable afford and made suggestions for our best options. At no time did I feel that we were in a high pressure sales mode. When I reported him, I didnt get a follow up call and my messages went unanswered.I recommend bringing someone with you (preferably a man) to be your witness. I would not recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ recently and traded in my 2013 F150. I was skeptical at first because I havent ever bought over the phone (I live in Billings). After several conversations with Amanda, we found the right vehicle with the right numbers. She was very thorough and on point with every question that I had. She sent me pictures of the vehicle and it was as advertised, IMMACULATE! The whole process was done over the phone except for the paperwork signing. Awesome. We needed a truck, and NOW! We found one we liked in a sister company in Rock Springs. They sent for it and we came to get it the next day. It was not as advertised. Everyone at Fremont was upset. They scrambled, found another truck that fit my specs in Cody. The next day I had my truck, and for my troubles, they threw in a trailer brake controller. Above and beyond! One week later I heard a light screeching noise. I took it in and they found a bad pulley bearing. An hour later it was fixed. Again, unbelievable service. Justin in sales, Allen the manager and Stormy in Service were stars. I’ll be back and highly recommend Fremont Motors.
Took Truck in for routine service and they completed the work in a timely manner, work seemed to be done well. Offered Ride but I had one.Also completed Warranty Work, Washed Truck.Update Oct 2020: Routine Service - 40 point inspection. Receipt says SET TIRE PRESSURE but when I got in truck all tire pressers were at 28/29 PIS when they should have been at least 32P PSI. I even asked when I picked up the truck if they had check tire pressure and they said yes.If they say they do this and dont what else are they missing? Frustrating. Assuming everything else was done as stated.

Not only did he drive the one hour round trip to get us, but stayed until after 9 pm to send us on our way with a new used vehicle.We couldnt be more thankful for the service and extra attention we received from Fernando and everyone else who stayed three hours past closing to help us. Because good Costumer Service is so rare, I was motivated to write a reviewto say that the Ford service department in Sheridan Wyoming still knows how to provide Quality Costumer Service.Developing a small leak in our 2015 F350 we called the Ford service department on Monday and was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday. Diagnosing that the leak was coming from the primary water pump.It was not a very serious leak so they said they could schedule the repair for the following week and that it was still on warranty, which I was not aware of.Explaining to the service rep that my wife and I were from out of town on our way to Bozeman Montana. Not wanting to take the risk but also wanting to keep a doctor appointment, did they think I could drive that far and fix the leak on the way back. Adam the service rep said, he would ask the technician and see what they could do. Just before closing Adam called back informing me that they were able to find a new pump and the technician was now testing driving our truck and it would be ready to go when we got there.Which it was, So...Thank You Fremont Motor Sheridan WyomingDan Bevans

Back in November I had some work done on my Dodge 1500. It was quite extensive, brakes, bearings, replace a taillight assembly, etc. I noticed some leaking from one of my rear shocks, which I mentioned to the maintenance manager, who is a nice guy. I want to point out that I never received poor customer service, but in my invoice, it said: technician noticed small seep from front shock, but seems adequate at this time. It was the rear shock, which I thought was good, which is now broken (I realize that its been several months, but I have only driven to work and back since then). As I mentioned, I was never treated badly, but there were some issues with the work, which wasnt cheap.
The service bay is clean, organized, and adequately staffed with a crew that knows what they are doing and what they have done. I couldnt be happier with them keeping my F150 on the road, cause I drive a TON of miles in all types of weather. They tolerate well my schedule, and have always been within the timeframe they offer for repairs and maintenance.

Service was incompetent and lead to catastrophic transmission failure in my brand new vehicle. Was very thankful that the dealership in Fort Collins would help me when this Sheridan dealership refused to do any warranty work. Wouldn’t even take my car here for an oil change, and I certainly wouldn’t spend a penny on a new vehicle. Quite literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Started off well. They had a good selection of vehicles. The sales person we worked with was knowledgeable, friendly and strived to answer all our questions. As we narrowed down on a vehicle and a deal, they seemed to pull a bait and switch. The vehicle we were looking at had cloth seats, but in one of the text back and forth they said they could change those to leather and a 10 way adjustable seat if we wanted. After driving 7 hours to get there, to see the cloth seats, we decided to go with the leather. They then told us, they wouldnt put in the 10 way adjustable factory leather seats, but would only send out the cloth seats to be re- reupholstered.
As always, the service at Fremont Ford in Sheridan was outstanding! Those folks take good care of you every time!

This is an extremely horrible place. Do not trust the people who work here. We took a perfectly good truck in to get an oil change and magically when we were leaving, both rotars on the wheels locked up (which never happens) and we drove it back and they told me I need $600 in repair, when it drove PERFECT before I took it there. Moving on, after I took it to Fremont, the truck started leaking fuel. We took it to a different mechanic and the first thing he said to us was did you recently have someone working on this truck? Yes we did. Fremont. They have caused so much damage to this truck and now its another $1000+ in repairs. Fremont in Sheridan is shady and will purposfully damage your vehicle so that you go back to them to get it repaired. Awful people.
