They come to replace my door on a storage unit I rent told me they would have to wait till I was out of unit then told the owner that I ran them of twice and they only come once to put a new door on. Would not recommend them. There response is thats OKAY the owner still likes us what a joke

I had a late afternoon garage door failure with the door stuck open. Heidi was able to send a tech out to me within 30 min. He was able to get the door closed, and then had to return the next morning with the parts to repair the door. Excellent, prompt customer service, skilled service technician Corey had the repairs done quickly the next morning. Will definitely use Vertical Door Solutions for needed service or repairs.

They were extremely polite and communication was excellent. Very fast response. Installation only took an hour and they assured me they would be available in the future should we encounter any issues.

Trent did a great for us. I had damaged one of the panels on my door and they patiently waited till all of the replacement parts came in. One they arrived, he was at our house within a day or two and got everything running again in about 2 hours. Plus checked both openers and adjusted as needed so they work properly. Communication and customer service is awesome..thanks!

Trent fixed what we knew was wrong and identified a couple of other potential problems that he was able to correct on a subsequent trip.
