Mr. Phipps repaired a mirror that belongs to a bedroom suite that was my parents. The mirror was over 50 years old. He arrived on time, was wearing a mask, He was polite, professional and the price he charged was less than I had expected to pay. The backing for the mirror was originally cardboard which had disintegrated over the last 50 years. He replaced the backing with a beautiful piece of wood which secured the mirror to the frame.
