Shopped in-store 8/29/20. My wife and I found some curtains rods for our bedroom that we liked. Unfortunately, they only had one set on-hand and we needed two. So, we ordered the other set from the warehouse once it was confirmed that they were in-stock. The estimated delivery date was 9/2-9/4. They ended up being delivered on 9/8, 10 days after the order was placed, and 4 days later than promised.Compare this with 2-4 days delivery of most items from Amazon. Plus, I couldn’t track the shipping progress - even when we called customer service (Easy to do on Amazon).I want to buy local. I’d rather see the item before I buy it. But experiences like this keep pushing me to Amazon.

I had the sweetest young lady waiting on me.

We felt unwelcome here. We were dressed very casual and warm because it was cold and rainy out. We were watched by the employees the entire time we were trying to find what we wanted. I needed a new dish set, a new pan and a new bedding set. I found a couple of things I considered purchasing but no way will buy from a store that treats my husband and I like that.

Honestly it was quite a good selection though some things where a bit over priced in my opinion. For example a small blanket is close to 100 dollers on sale. But the things that are sold are lovely and really nice for my familys home just wish it wasnt so expensive thats all.

And if you want something thats from the as seen on TV they have it all and theyre in brand new packaging not played with everything is beautifully displayed. My biggest gripe about this store is the fragrance that overwhelms you when you first walk into the door. I have a headache for the rest of the day after shopping here. While they do have some neat items that are not sold anywhere else, most of their merchandise is just plain overpriced items that I could get cheaper at Walmart. The store is clean and well organized.

Idk, lots of stuff but I dont think I have ever bought anything there.

They have lots of home supplies, especially for the kitchen, as in pots, pans, gadgets, cutting boards, etc. They also have a linen sections for dinning, bedding and bathroom. There is a public restroom up front. This is not a child or wheelchair friendly store. The isles are narrow and hard to turn corners and there are lots of breakable items all over. The staff is very nice and helpful.

You can find some really cool items here. Love going just to walk around and look. They had what I was looking for and I was able to use coupon as well on my purchase.

Went to pick up things for a wedding shower and they were amazing! willing to help and when they couldnt find what we were looking for we got it order through them as well! A thank you thank you shout out to Stacy!!

I love going in here at least once a month to see what new fun things I can find. My experience is always pleasant, that is until I come in contact with an employee. From the moment I walk in to when I’m checking out, nobody ever seems to be very welcoming, warm and courteous. It’s more of an “I’m busy standing here holding up the counter so hurry up and get out” type of attitude. The welcomes received when walking in are just blah, robot like. Maybe it would be better if they didn’t say anything at all? Like I said, I enjoy checking out what they have but my experience with the employees are not welcoming one bit.

One of my favorite places to stop. To add a plus ther honor veterans and I like that discount better . Everyone is friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to others. They also have Yankee candles and great mark downs.

Found one of the items I was looking for. I actually was asked by several employees if I need help which is a nice change from the service I seem to get in this area. I was shown some similar items to what I was getting and I ended up buying a few. The lady that helped me suggested I go on their website and order the item I couldnt find in the store and if I wanted to I could ship it to them for free which was nice to know that that was an option.

Always manage to get what I need at this location. And the few times its been out of stock, they upgraded me and sent it to my house with free shipping. Love these people!

The manager on duty was extremely rude as were 2 of the cashiers who acted like i was wasting their time with my purchases and questions. We do not have a bbb locally and this was our 1st time in. I assure you i wont be back. The only good person i encountered was an associate named andrea who helped.

Was disappointed with the employees. Called them about an item that they said wasnt in stock over the phone. Went up there in person to see that the item was in front window on display and all employees in front bundled up in a huddle not even trying to help any one person.just standing in front gossiping. No sale. Why pay them if they wont do their job.
