I came in for an oil change in December, and not even three weeks later my car starts overheating, leaking oil and guzzling water. Take it to a repair shop and get told that I have a blown head gasket. When asked when my last oil change was I told them less than a month and they said, ‘well, looks like someone screwed up, because that’s what caused your blown head’. DO NOT go here. Yeah, their prices are cheap, but the repair costs for their screwups are not.

Waited over an hour, got to the front of the line and then the short red haired girl went to every car behind me and checked them in and skipped my car. A Walmart worker even approached my car and asked if Id been helped and I told her no, and she told me to report it to the manager and even stated that the people working in this department have no courtesy. When I tried to get her attention to let her know I hadnt been helped yet, she said yeah Ill be right with you and walked away. I have a nail in my tire and just needed it patched. Its irritating to wait over an hour and be skipped in line, and then ignored when you try to talk to someone. I wont be returning.

I came in there with a blowout, and of course I have an odd size tire. Luckily the manager Travis had found a special order tire that a previous customer had not picked up. He didnt have to do that. He couldve easily said they didnt have anything in my size. But he sold and installed that tire for me. Luckily it wasnt too busy at the time, so it only took about 30 min.

Had a great visit with Sherman auto care center all of there staff is very friendly will continue to shop here and get auto services done

Would put 0 stars if I could. Was told an hour for the simplest oil change they have. 2 hrs later and only three cars here and still nothing. Drive to the one in Anna. In and out everytime

On two separate occasions a worker came out and acted like he didnt wanna service me (old dude with a mustache). Lied about being able to put my tire on and the wait time for an oil change. (told me 1 1/2 hour wait. Took them 30 mins).

Out of sheer lack of time I decided to get my oil changed today. Ive never had this done at Walmart before mainly because I used to live close to a Honda dealership and they always provided exceptional service. Three cars were ahead of me. After 1 1/2 hour wait the nice register lady informs me my car is ready. To my surprise the charge was $0. I ask why and she says the tech said the drain plug was too tight and they were not aloud to remove it because it my damage my vehicle. Too tight? Right! So after 1 1/2 hours wasted I head straight to the Honda dealership and get in line behind 4 other vehicles. I told them the story 30 mins later when they were done. They got a good chuckle out of it. Lesson learned. Take your car to a grocery store and get grocery store results.

Was told it would be 30 minutes and it was 1 car coming out of the bay and 1 in the bay. It took them a hr. & a half.....there were 2 kids that wkd there horseplaying, swatting each other with shop towels and 2 that I saw wkn. Plus a couple before me was complaining that theyd been there 2 hrs., 20 minutes earlier, the cashier was like Im waiting on your paperwork. When they have you wait that long for a oil change it should be FREE!!!

Shopped here on 9/9/2018. Worst walmart in Texas, we were discriminated against and being targeted as a shop lifter! WOW! We came up here after church. At any walmart store I always park by the automotive depart. Less congested and easier to get in and out. My wife, daughter, mother-in-law and I needed a few things. I got a few items in the automotive section, but then noticed our daughters diper needed to be changed (she had a stinky) lol... We all walked up front to the restrooms so my wife could change my daughters diper. We cut thru one of the checkout stations only to noticed we were being followed by a walmart employee. I stood in front of the restroom with our basket while my wife, daughter and mother-in-law (who needed to use the restroom as well) and saw the walmart employee keeping her eyes on me. After everyone was done, we started walking back to continue shopping. The walmart associate was following us as well. We cut thru the self checkout where she was standing and heard over the radio all clear. But wait! Theres more! While getting some clothes for our daughter, there again was another walmart associate keeping an eye on us. When my mother-in-law walked away to look at some clothes for herself, the associate wigged out, had this shocked look on her face since separating from the pack like she didnt know what to do... Well, one more thing to add, we walked back to the automotive section to check out. There was a customer ahead of us and a associate named Linda an older woman was just to dang lazy to do her job! She said to us she was in the process of getting a tire warranty resolved, but you can go to another register since we have alot of other registers in the store. So we walked back up front to check out (Royally pissed by now) then walk back to the automotive department to our vehicle. Never again my family and I will never ever shop at this walmart again. And by the reviews, I can see why! I hope some higher up from walmart from Bentonville, AR. see this and enforce some type of disciplinary action and better training for accusing and discriminating my family.

The wait time for a plug on my tire was a hour and a half. I sat their watching as the people in automotive wandered around not doing anything. One guy was trying to work on a car and it seemed as if he had no idea of what he was doing and had to have help with the tire he took off. While the remainder of the staff did nothing. I finally got sick of it after a hour of this and left.

Do NOT get try to get anything done here. I went to get my oil changed, and waited for about 20 minutes in my car outside the shop, and no one came to ask what I needed, even though I could see several attendants in the garage. The car in line in front of me had been there longer, with the same issue. The other car and I ended up leaving.

It took three hours for a oil change. I will never come back
