Dropped in after reading the positive reviews. Doors are locked and appointments only written on the door. Walked around back and who I assume was Nick was not happy to see me. Told me he was booked out for at least 2 weeks. Never got to explain why I was there. Business must be good when you let money walk away.

Ive had both my truck and boat done by Nike and both sound AWESOME! I get compliments all the time at the lake. High quality audio technician for sure!

They did not set my car on fire, very cordial. Businesses sometimes dont have openings because of COVID and everything else, but theyre good about helping you as soon as they can.

Nik is an artist. The stereos hes installed for me sound amazing! I dont know how he does what he does, but I love it!! Ill never go to anyone else. My boat and my suv both exceeded my expectations!

I called this place a few times, they were not terrible, but didn’t seem to interested in helping me, I told them I would come to purchase some subs and upon arrival, the door said appointments only. No one was around during said business hours, and when I called to Ask, my response was “yeah” and they hung up. Seems Odd.

Nik always has made me as a customer feel like a priority. He has made my boat one of the loudest and most clear on the water. He actually has worked on 2 of my boats and Truck and on the 1st boat took out all the trash and rewired it. Great Customer Service and knows his stuff...

Nick is wonderful, I had a real alarm system emergency, my system malfunctioned and the alarm was going off and left me stranded, nik was so kind to disable it for me and get me back on the road. He definitely knows his stuff, very quick and so nice and reliable. Very affordable. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back for more service. :) Thank you so much nik

Trash customer service. Wont pick up phone to let you know anything about his busines. Called and left message and received not one call back. Drove out to location and was closed. Total waste of my time. Then he finally pick up to say he was booked for 2 weeks. Will never take my money to this guy.

Great guy! I will only let him touch my car. He installed my kicker box along with my kicker amps a while back, as well as adding brand new speakers in the front and back for my Christmas present! One of my amps did go out, unfortunately, and he replaced the old amp free of charge! He made it known if anything else needs tweaking or goes out he would take care of it. He explained thoroughly what the problem was and why it happens. Also, he works really fast, did not expect all of that to take an hour and a half to fix! I would recommend him!

I brought my Tundra in--it had one speaker acting funny. I went off of the reviews since I dont live in Sherman. Nik stopped what he was doing since I didnt live there, he fixed the speaker problem and another electrical problem. Very reasonable and he was very nice to deal with. I highly recommend his shop for your stereo needs. Cheers.

Nice people and a wide array of services

These guys here are top notch! I was wanting to surprise my gf with a new sound system in her jeep. I contacted Nik and told him what I was trying to do and the kind of system she needed, he and his crew were very eager to help me with my surprise. In one week, when the day came to get it installed, we only had a very narrow time frame to install the system before I had to be back without ruining the surprise. These guys killed it! It was like watching a reality tv show when they have a clock and theyre trying to restore a car or something. They were able to complete the task very efficiently and thorough. The Polk audio system sounded great and was tuned very well! Very nice, professional, and also extremely knowledgeable in audio equipment, components, and sound quality. I would highly recommend Niks Audio to anyone looking to bump the windows off nearby businesses or just to improve the overall quality of their jams.

Went in on a Saturday, no customer service, staff was unprofessional, shop was dirty and cluttered. Saturdays are by appointment only which was stated on a piece of paper taped to the door not on Google info. The staff wouldnt even answer questions despite my being only customer in the building. They lost $1000s in sales today.
