This place is amazing. Had a issue with my phone and they noticed more wrong with it that I didnt know about. They got my battery replaced on my note 9 and cleaned my mic and charging port. Very professional and super nice.

We have used Batteries Plus many times and even referred them customers for fixing phone screens and batteries. Today we took our daughter’s phone. When we went to pick it up, the guy said they broke the screen when opening it to change the battery. They replaced the screen/screen protector, because they broke it (which never happens). He also said he thought there might be water damage at the bottom. My daughter immediately noticed issues and he said give it 24 hours and call back. By the time we got home we noticed her screen was off, flickering, and freezing. The tech also put the new screen protector on with hair, finger prints, and dirt under it. We called them to see if we could bring it by tomorrow, still not upset mind you, and got this guy named Josh that was rude and very condescending. He is the first guy in years that has gotten me that angry, by interrupting me and not even trying to listen or figure out the issue. This review is not so much on the store as on him (their employee). We will give them a chance to fix it tomorrow, because we have had nothing but good experiences before this VERY bad one.

Batteries plus is awesome! They arent the cheapest but they have every battery you can think of in there. I enjoy going and the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Like I said the prices are not that competitive but its definitely no fuss no much when you go in there

This place has prices that are way lower than youd think. Their staff are walking battery encyclopedias. Ditto bulbs. And they have fantastic gadgets. You should go there!

We were gone until our scheduled due time arrived so we went back. When we got there we were greeted with oh this is some foreign pieces put together phone that they cant fix... IDK I feel like they could have called earlier and said they couldnt fix it.. Bit other than that they did good..

Ive been a customer at this location for a couple of years and every time I come in, there experience is better than the previous! I took my phone in to their store to have the battery replaced. By the next day, the phone had died and wouldnt charge at all so ended up taking it back in to the store. After telling me that it was more than likely something wrong with the phone and that the problem couldnt be the battery they took it to have the technicians look at it when they got back in the next day and that they would call to let me know the next steps I should take when they figured it out. They never called the next day to tell me any kind of status. Instead I ended up just showing back up to the store for them to give me my phone back (with a new battery which apparently was the problem) and refused to give me back my original receipt with all the warranty info on it. I wouldnt use this store again if I had to.

I received the worst customer service today from one of your employees. I was sold the wrong battery for my boat and because I was outside of my two week return period the young guy wouldnt even consider letting me exchange it even though he acknowledged that I had been sold the wrong battery. He was rude and sarcastic and picked up my battery and walked it to the door as though he was throwing me out. I live in a very tight knit farming community and I will be sure to let everyone know about my experience.

I called to see if they could repair an iPhone screen. They told me me they could and just to show up before 4 pm. I asked if I should make an appointment, was told no just bring it in. Showed up at the store just before 3 and was told they werent taking any more phones to be repaired today.

Manager noticed that the terminals on the battery I was buying were not what was needed for my application. He got me what I needed and both he and the other store rep took care of all my needs.

They dont make things right. 5-7 trips up there and I no longer have a samsung back glass, and it no longer even fits correctly. Just terrible, but as they said, Unfortunately, thats just the way the buisness works. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!!

I couldnt find a charger for my laptop but to be fair my laptop had an odd charger and we were offered diffrent options.

Not everyone goes to a specialty shop for batteries. But this was a special battery

I have used Batteries Plus in Sherman for 10 years for everything from key fob batteries, to garage door remote batteries, to cordless phone batteries, to larger batteries for refurbishing battery backup units. They have always had what I need in stock and the staff is very helpful.

I got my iPhone 6 LCD & screen replaced here about a month ago. After I got it fixed I went and bought an otterbox defender case for it... My phone would glitch out and the home button wouldnt work in the case. I thought it was just the case that was making it do that. So I went and bought the commuter otterbox case instead and began to realized that it was not the case that was making the phone do this. After the first week of having the phone repaired the home button stopped working ... I didnt really think it was that big of a deal but then began to realize you use the home button a lot! My phone began to glitch out even more after the home button stopped working.when I would be on the home screen and the screen would go into apps without me clicking them and play music or zoom in and out on snapchat or on camera. I was on my phone about four weeks after the phone was repaired and it shut off.. I freaked out and did not know what to do. The volume/vibrate slider on the side of my iPhone was still working so I knew that the phone was still on but the screen was black.. I let the phone sit over night and came back to it the next morning and put it on the charger to see if it would work and it came back on as if nothing was wrong with it. my phone has done this 12 times and counting in the past two months. I thought maybe it was just my phone but 3 of my friends & 2 of my moms friends have taken their phones to batteries plus to get it repaired just like mine and their phones have done the same thing. Lastly, I called and asked about pricing and they said it would be $130.00, after the phone was fixed and ready to be paid for they told me it was $159.99 so we had no choice but to pay the price or we would not get the phone. I WOULD NOT recommend getting your phone fixed at battries plus Im Sherman Tx!!!!!

Have a dead duracell battery with a date code of 4/17 on it. It says on top 12 month free replacement. The guys will not replace it because im not the original owner. This store is a joke and very unprofessional do not buy here!!!
