The lady that works at the printing department is rude, and her service was terrible. I have always been able to walk in and get small printing job done that take less then 10 minutes and she refused to be helpful.
Kelly, the manager here, was absolutely beyond unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. My wife came in to print two pieces of paper, but needed to use a computer. We were told customers were no longer allowed to use them and were told we had to use the self help printer. My wife then explained we didnt have a debit card. Kelly responded with okay I can print it, but theres a $2.50 fee. Seriously? The policy changed literally 4 days ago according to Kelly.. You couldnt overlook it just this once considering ITS A NEW POLICY? Apparently Kelly has an issue helping customers in any form or fashion until they get pissed off. Dont be like Kelly.
This store is a joke. Day 1. After purchasing a desk and chair online, the desk was supposed to be available for pickup from the store within the hour. After arriving at the store and presenting my confirmation number no one could locate my order. They sent me away with a promise it would be in the system the following day. Day 2. Call and speak with associate and manager and they still cannot find my order, call customer support and they were absolutely unhelpful as they could not tell me if the order had went through or if i would be charged. I went ahead and came in and purchased the desk in store and placed an order for the gaming chair to be delivered. Day 42374 still waiting on the chair. The delivery date has come and gone and yet, still no chair well after a month of placing the order. Funnily enough the chair has finally been processed for shipping. And I am continuing to wait. Do yourself a favor and go to Amazon instead.
Be happy Terra is still there because the way the other employees made me feel, I wont be going back. Terra, I hope you are successful and put in high places where others can learn from your examples.
A great aide for teachers who create! Assistant manager very helpful and courteous. Time taken to show all card stock options and got the rewards program swiftly set up for savings.
This place only getting 5 starts because of Terra and about 4 other workers they are outstanding people (Ill replace other workers with names soon)... Corporate need to teach certain of their employees how to talk to customers who use rewards and certificates. And how to check their accounts online not lie and tell them it take 3 months to get reward points. If you dont know just say that and get help.
The workers there are great. Anytime I go there I will at least get 1 person to ask me if I need help. I was taught how to use the print me service 1x, now I just go in ... pay for my prints and leave.When my grandmother passed away I had the pictures for the program printed there. The lady who helped me was soooo nice to me I felt like she knew my grandmother!!! Thanks Office Depot for all you do.!!
I visited this location for the first time today and was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. A special shout out to Terra for helping me with mailing a package.
Great customer service!! Needed some documents printed and collated in a hurry. Carolina was a star!!! She located the on my thumb drive and within minutes 14 pages, a total of 420 printed pages were packaged into 30 neat and stapled packets. Thanks Carolina and office depot.
Have know idea why a customer walkin should have to sit in the store for hour and a half for a copy of house plans. One person in copy centrr and the rest of the store is almost empty and the rest of the staff are laughing and having a good tine
Everyone was VERY helpful. I went in with my grandmother who is 91. She sat in a chair while I was being waited on. The cashier saw her and came over to make sure she was ok!
Office Depot is not somewhere I go very often but I was so happy I went there this evening. I did not get my 2019 calendar refill before the year started and I have felt completely unorganized because Ive not been able to look at my calendar for commitments already made before booking another appointment. I purchased the last Daytimer refill on the shelf! It is getting harder to find these refills because most people just choose to buy a new planner each year. My leather 3.5 x 6.75 planner has been my best friend for 20 years now and I will carry it another 20 years if I can continue to find the refills. I will say the refill, at $21.99, was a little higher than Ive paid in previous years and there was no discount like most other retailers are offering now since the year has started. These two facts are probably why I was able to find it there so I didnt decrease the rating for these. I did have to ask where to find the planner items because a section that included planners at the front of the store didnt have what I needed and didnt offer much to choose from. I felt sure they had to have more somewhere but I dont believe the aisle marker indicated day planners etc. The employee was helpful but I had to ask rather than her offering to help when she saw me walking up and down the first 2 or 3 aisles looking for something. So thankful to find what I needed but Office Depot needs to step it up on their store organization and marketing and their customer service!
Employees are a great help. I took my patient in and the people were very friendly with him and helped him with everything he was looking for. Gave him ideas to organize his meds on his bedside table. The containers look great and hes very happy with the results. Also they found him a stylus that he can hold in his hand and not drop or lose it. They are wonderful people there and I give them lots of kudos
Its almost takes an act of Congress to get someone to assist you with anything. This isnt an isolated incident either, its every single time I go in. If it wasnt for the fact I need items I cant obtain at the mega retailer, I wouldnt come in. You should show your customers you actually WANT them in your establishment and appreciate that they are there to spend their money. Now I only go when I cant find it at a cheaper retailer.
I dont need to come to this store very often but when I do go Im always able to find whatever Im looking for and then check out and leave within a matter of just a few minutes. The employees will do their best to help you with any questions u may have or any issues ur needing assistance with. I think most of the people working there are knowledgeable in the office supply world or having to work in an office with computers and things of that nature. The store is always clean and well organized so ur able to find things easily. And the employees are very kind.
Worse place to go. You dont get any help on the floor. They stay up front and chit chat. You would have faster service ordering online and sent to house.

Nice layout, easy to roam around and clean restrooms. Bought a wireless keyboard and mouse that was less than bestbuy.
I hate the fact that the worker thought I couldnt pay for a copy. Yeah I had $2 in my hand, but I had more on me. Im sorry I asked how much it was for a double sided copy to see if it was worth it. Now that I think of it wasnt. I spent $6.98 on a copy of card that didnt even take up the whole page. My family and I have always gotten our copies there because every other place makes botched copies. The guy that usually makes our copies was busy, so somebody else did it. I shouldve waited until he was available because the whole attitude of this worker made me mad. If only I knew his name.
I had a good experience when I went to Office Depot in Sherman, Texas. I had copies made, and labels printed out. Every one at Office Depot was very nice, and helpful. I will diffently be returning to Office Depot in Sherman, Texas.
I went in to buy a new printer yesterday. Not one person greeted me or came to help me and I stood there awhile looking at the printers. I loaded the printer in the basket myself (the box was huge) and found the toner and went to check out where the guy never greeted me just checked me out and hardly said two words to me. Nobody offered to help me take it out to my car and nobody said goodbye or thanks for coming or anything. This is the 2nd time Ive been here and both times the customer service was awful. I wont be going back. Ill buy offline or find another store. Nobody cares about customer service anymore. If I hadnt needed the printer right then I wouldnt have bought it. I will not be buying my toner from them.
I will never enter this store again. I was buying ink today after I bought a Brother printer, but never again.I walked up to the counter to pay and the bad experience started when the woman said What can I do for you? I was standing at the check out counter. This was a woman who had some issues. She had a rude tone to her voice like I was bothering her.I had 8 empty ink cartridges to trade in thinking I would get a few bucks for them like I thought I did last time.She said do you have a phone number? You will receive a some kind of publication that I have never received in the past or if i did was thrown out.I was expecting to get $2.00 back on each one I returned.It was very clear this woman did not want me there and she didnt want me there.I never received a receipt for my purchase. She bent down and threw it away so I walked out never to return. What a horrible experience.
