I dont have enough words to express how THANKFUL and happy I am with my experience here. No other place has been as helpful and amazing as this one. After going to multiple eye doctors and getting an inaccurate prescription for my daughter, we were FINALLY able to get her new glasses all thanks to the wonderful Bree !She definitely deserves a raise. ;)100/5 stars. Second time coming here for glasses! Always quick and easy with lots of frames to choose from. If they have a deal going on they will tell you so you can save money. Staff is wonderful and your wait time definitely won’t be long because they get you situated and out the door faster than anywhere else.

Super great service! The employees were so sweet and helped my daughter with her first pair of glasses. She was able to get some really cute ones, even with medicaid. They adjusted the ear pieces for her and she couldnt be happier! She had a great day! They got them made in 12 minutes!!!! Mindblowing! They really live up to their name! Definitely recommend them.

Even though there was quite a bit of customers, there was plenty of staff on duty. All of the staff were very friendly and the line went fast for as many customers that they had. My 12 year old daughter was getting glasses for the first time and she had a very good experience, her favorite was that they had her glasses ready in 10 minutes and she got to take them home.

My prescription is always a thick pair of lenses but eyelets always helps with a greater selection. I can always find a pair of frames that I like. They always find the cheapest rate for glasses. With insurance or without they will get you the best price!

Eyemart Express in Sherman has the best prices and best customer service. Jenny went above and beyond. She was extremely friendly and had a great positive attitude.. The ladies behind the counter that were adjusting the glasses did awesome also. They made my family feel like they made the right choice when picking out the frames. All of our glasses where completed within 20-30 min. I’ve been to this Eyemart before but seriously the best experience yet. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you!!!

They were very professional, and allowed me to feel comfortable (which I’m not usually able to do when getting glasses for fear of picking the wrong pair). I had pulled some glasses while I waited, and as soon as she saw what look I was going for she pulled several more pair to make sure I got the best fit for my face. She didn’t hesitate to tell me if she thought the frame was wrong for my features, and she definitely shared which ones she thought looked the best! It was a breath of fresh air…a glass expert that was secure enough in her job that her confidence just washed all over me. They even had a special going on the weekend I was there. I walked out with not only 1 but 2 pair of glasses with all the bells and whistles for a little under. $400. My aunt had offered to buy me a pair of glasses for my birthday. She paid $300.00 for the pair I like the most (they are plastic. quirky, and just all around fun to wear. Now with any pair I chose just costing $100.00, I went for a more subdued look. I wanted something for special occasions that my fun quirky ones just weren’t going to make me feel the role I needed to be at that time. $100.00 for glasses with all the works. We were leaving to go to Montana in approximately 2 weeks. I needed the anti-glare to help diffuse the headlights in the early morning and dusk to dark. They have to send the glasses off to get this specific anti-glare technology added to them. They were afraid they weren’t going to get them back before I left for our trip. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS…1st. They promised me I would have my glasses (frames I chose with my scripts in them whether they had gotten the “anti-glare” ones back from the lab or not). They were dedicated enough to their patients to make me 2 pair of glasses even though mine might be in the day after we left. This meant so much to me on numerous levels…putting their patients above everything else, allowing me to leave there with a sense of security (because either way, I was leaving to drive to Montana with glasses I could see out of), on top of all the above…they called the lab 2 times a day to check on the progress of my glasses. I truly believe I was given a gift from the moment I walked into there store. God has a way of putting us right where we need to be without our ever knowing it. Okay…I have shared my story from beginning to end, but it wouldn’t be a very good story if I left you hanging about which set of glasses I headed to Montana in. Well the day we were set to leave I got an early morning call from…you guessed it….Eyemart Express. My glasses would be in from the lab around noon. Don’t you just love happy endings🤗. My happy ending could have never been achieved without the amazing team of professionals Eyemart Express in Sherman, TX has put together. Thank you again (each and everyone of you) for going above and beyond to help you patients leave happy, satisfied, and confident in their new eyewear.

Ive been wearing glasses since I was 8 and for the last 17 years Ive never had such fast service. Ive always had to wait 2 weeks before I got my new prescription and frames but they were ready in 35 minutes, I was shocked. They are so busy but they take their time with each person which I really admire. Bree is the one who helped me and my mom was with me and she made my mom cry because of how nice she was. My mom hasnt been able to cry for a couple of weeks and she was finally able to and they were happy tears. She really worked to get us the best deal and listened and genuinely cared how we felt. Were bringing my dad back and will be telling everyone to go there from now on. They have a ton of selection and reasonable prices, but the kindness is what I really appreciated the most.

They are ALWAYS great but always so busy that it is not a quick experience they finished my glasses in 30 min., but waited much longer to get them. Not the staffs fault, they were understaffed and working so hard to take care of everyone thats why I always come back.

Eyemart Express is my preference for all glassware needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. Their products are well made and outlast my vision needs.

She typed up a bill showing the balance after insurance on each childs glasses so St. Patrick’s St. Vincent de Paul fund could help with part of the balance. I went in looking for glasses and needed them the same day! Was planning to get single vision lenses but they were able to do no line bifocals the same day! Score!! I ended up with 2 pair of fabulous glasses for less than 110.00!!! Even better right? Jacob was amazing and I could not have asked for a better experience! Would highly recommend!

Though they were busy, and the wait was a little long, the young lady who helped me was outstanding, I got two new pair of glasses, I brought my safety glasses in for a repair, even though the safety glasses were out of warranty, She had my lenses put in a new frame, at no charge, this blew me away!!!

They were super busy when I walked in, but got to me in a timely manner. I was extremely surprised that BOTH of my frames were actually completed in about 20 minutes. I was very happy with the kind staff, and my finished products!

Not only did they handle the changes of the pandemic well in the way they did customer service, but they paid excellent attention to helping me shop, and directing me where the best choices were for my specific needs. We have always used Eyemart. They have always been a great place to get glasses. My husband went to Stanton Optical to get an eye exam, they gave him the wrong prescription, but we did not learn this until after Eyemart made his glasses. Eyemart helped him out by switching out the lenses to fix the problem at no charge.. Excellent customer service. We will not be going anywhere else.

They were fast and very professional. The store is kept very clean especially dealing with covid-19, they sanitize everything before and after anytime a customer touches something. Supposed to be 1 hr glasses. I hour wait to see anyone. 45 minutes to make. The next day pick up time for paid for glasses stands at 1 hour. These are already paid for and ready. Why the wait of 1 hour? They should be at the front ready. Ridiculous.

Went during all the Covid craziness so we expected some delays. They could only have so many people in at a time, but their staff was so friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and organized. The young woman who checked me out went above and beyond helping me find the best financial choice with my insurance. Glasses were ready less than 30 minutes after we paid, despite being crazy busy. The people helping fit and adjust the glasses were so patient and polite.

I have been to this location many times over the years. Yesterday was an exceptional experience. The manager was pleasant, helpful, professional and so friendly while following guidelines due to the COVID 19 virus. Dori was the employee who helped me with my glasses. Dori deserves recognition from r her outstanding attitude, professionalism and cheerful personality. Dori went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection. I purchased my glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses with Dori’s help. Both pairs of glasses were ready in 90 minutes in spite of the busy store. I was fitted and adjustments made accordingly at pick up. I give the manager and the employees I dealt with a 10!

There was a little bit of a wait but it gave me time to pick out what frames I wanted, and when I was helped the service was outstanding. She was very patient and made sure I got the best price possible and only took the lab 20 minutes to finish my glasses. I highly recommend!!

The service I received was absolutely fabulous. While the wait was long due to being extremely busy, it was well worth it. They were able to get my glasses made in under 30 minutes so that I’d be able to see to work the next day since my other glasses broke. Lizzie was extremely helpful and very nice. They went above and beyond considering it was almost closing time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Walked in for a simple adjustment on my frames . I figured Id let the pros do it so I dont damage them . An they snapped them in half said opps now you have to buy a new pair. Worst experience ever Ill never be back Travis optical is way better

Not only was the selection better than Target or Walmart, but the pricing was better. We got a second pair completely free.The staff was great. You can tell they have a great culture and enjoy working together, which bleeds into the client experience. I doubt our family ever foes anywhere else in the future

I was greeted when I went into the store with a cheerful welcome even though they were very busy! I was asked to please wait to get checked in and then told to have a look around! So I did and I narrowed down the frames I wanted and took a seat!There were several people ahead of me but they were very professional and took care of everyone in an orderly and professional manner!When my turn came up I was greeted by the GM and asked if I had found the frames I was looking for! I said I had found a few pairs I liked but would like to know if they had anymore round lens frames! She was very courteous and genuine and helped me locate two pairs I liked!She was very professional, yet very caring and kind during the transaction! Once she had everything in order she politely said it would be a bit before they were finished!So I left and went to eat and do a little shopping and received a text saying my glasses were ready! I went back in and was greeted again and asked to have a seat because they had a few pick ups ahead of me!When my turn came up another young lady got my glasses to try on and began customizing them to fit me correctly! Before I left the GM came back down to check and see how my glasses looked, felt, and checked to see how my overall experience was! I told everything was wonderful and they had done a great job!They thanked me for my patronage and I was told goodbye on my way out of the store!The store is extremely busy but for good reason, the GM runs a very organized establishment with friendly smiling faces working with her!I would recommend the Sherman Eyemart Express to anyone looking for a quality experience coupled with a friendly service driven professional service!Thank You,Roy Crisp

Fastest service I have ever received getting glasses! I was there for maybe 20 minutes picked out my glasses and was done. I left and got a text message only 22 minutes later saying the glasses were already ready and made in 22 minutes! Such a great experience. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Tracy who handled both my son and I. We had picked out some glasses in which we thought we liked, and Tracy helped us find others that we thought we’re not within our budget and turned out not only that they were, but were also a more comfortable fit.And just as an FYI for those who may be unaware COVID-19 has put medical facilities and yes eye ware is a medical necessity hence the reason you need a prescription, so be patient when coming to EYEMART as they have to adhere to the orders of the CDC and local health department by limiting the amount of people allowed in to the store. Trust me your vision is worth the wait.

Tracy Mann is a really great General manager, she is always there to help anyone. The employees all rely on her and she is very professional and pleasant. This place is clean and busy but a great place to get your eye wear! The optomietrist next door sent us here and we had not been disappointed.

I only have one complaint. The people and service is so good, that EyeMart seems to always be crowded. They do good work to offer you the best choices for your new glasses AND the best pricing. If they can save you some money, they will try to do that without you having to ask. They are fast and very helpful. That is my experience with them.

Even though the store was short of help the day I went, the service was excellent. My first pair was spot on RX wise and ready in 27 minutes. The second pair (shades) was ready in a little over an hour! A minor adjustment in tint and I was on my way home. Tracy Mann is a trooper as well as a professional.

Short to the point!... wife went in for a simple lens exchange, due to store rep talking her into non glare lenses that didnt work. Rep took her glasses and broke the frames while replacing the lenses.. Then my wife was told they had limited frames to fit her lenses. All of these frames were HORRIFIC in appearance. My wife requested duplicate frames to the ones their rep broke. She was basically told take it or leave it. My wife came home crying for she cant see without glasses forced to take HORRIFICframes. Now she is embarrassed to go out in public. So folks I ask you, would YOU appreciate being treated like this?
