This is a brand new store in our area and its a new design for the Quick Trip stores as well! This is the 1st Quick Trip in Grayson County and we are so excited for the new addition! It is very nice and clean! The TEA selection is AMAZING!!! The entire drink selection is amazing there are so my choices for everyone! All of the deli food looked fresh and up to date! It smelled so good inside that it made me hungry and I just had to have one of the delicious egg rolls!!! I will definitely be visiting more often!

Was just doused in gasoline. MOD inside just wanting to know which pump. Asked 3 times. Not a bit concerned about me being absolutely covered in gasoline. Not an offer for a towel to help me. Was told nothing she could do about it. Won’t be back to that store.

The associates that run the QT across from TMC hospital are hard workers and very good at what they do. When you go in you hear them call out each customers name as they enter. Randel, Edwin,Brock, Stephanie, Mason and Layne ( the ones that are still there since it opened) are awesome.All the nurses at TMC like this particular QT. The employees arewhat make the business on Grayson drive and HWY 75 a good store.

Third time in the last 10 days and no breakfast sandwiches available. About 9 am each time… Back to Whataburger or Sonic

Wow! I’ve never met someone so rude. Even when you are having a rough day, you CANNOT act that way toward others. I thought he rang something up and asked for a receipt to check. He sighed loudly and said, “I rang it up like I was supposed to.” He wouldn’t even give me a receipt when asked. I hope management does some training on this.

Clean store, nice and helpful employees, I dont need a loyalty card like other gas stations, donut selection is awesome! I bought two pepper jack taquitoes at midnight and they were hot and fresh, this is the only place besides Jack in the box and the new Lonestar on 75/1417 that sells lime flavor Diet Coke. As of this review, gas is $1.93!!

I dealt with the gentleman named Randall and its probably one of the best customer service representatives Ive ever experienced and thats saying a lot coming from QT which I have very high respect for. They are so willing to help me at any cost and that plays a huge role into my success being that Im in a wheelchair and its hard for me to get in and out. Thank you so much Randall God bless you man!

I wasnt able to get gas today because the assistant manager doesnt know how to use a cash register. Sad

Extremely low staffing, kitchen closed part of the time, items not stocked. This is a corporate problem, local manager busts his hump trying to fill in.

Ive never been more disgusted with QT. Whoever the cashire here was between 8:30 and 9:00 am on 8/2/2020 was not only not wearing a mask. Which the front door of this establishment has a sign requires, but before touching my purchase and starts rooting around his gums to put his dip in better and then picks up my cans of soda. This is unacceptable even during non pandemic times but are you kidding me??? Ive been a patrob of QT for over 18 years and Ive never had such a poor and dangerous experience with one. This needs to be addressed before I ever go to a QT again.

Cashier flat out refused to wear a mask, even when the customer in front of me politely asked her to. She snottily told him to mind his own business. Rude and reckless. Im not stopping here again unless QuikTrip follows basic CDC safety policies and respects its customers.

Stopped there to get Mega millions lottery tickets, girl behind the counter was helpful. But they didnt sell me the winning lottery tickets lol

Very nice Quicktrip right off the interstate. Just be sure to take the correct exit as I actually missed the one I needed as I think there was an A & B on the exit number..Good gas prices and very clean gas pumps. Bathrooms were clean. Very large inside with tons of food / snacks / drinks to choose from. Great customer service. Nice gas station to stop on the way to Dallas if coming from Oklahoma.

I travel every other week to Hurst n bckv used several station for food n gas BUT!each one!the bathrooms where so filthy an no paper towels an no toilet paper pee n other body fluids where on the sink floor.even the new one on mockingbird/35 now I havent and u cant say oh maybe the cleaning people just need to be by Monday No! To many people passing through needs to be cleaned more then normal......please Quick Trip clean your bathrooms..... PS!! havent trying the new one in Sherman yet . Well let u know soon.

I love that QT has really picked up their game in this business and the shops are nice, bright, and have a great selection of items, they even have soft serve ice cream. The problem is, they force you to order through a pda if you want ice cream, boo on them, I went to the frozen case and got a frozen dessert instead. QT needs to fix this, seems like the IT people got involved when they shouldn’t have

This place is ridiculous the small town kids I guess think it’s funny to snicker behind your back if your not from there I get it there is no one else to hire but really, teach your employees some class and don’t order a shake if you do be prepared to wait. Two times I’ve been here and preserved my shake walked up paid for it went out pumped my gas comeback in and they just start making it I travel a lot and QT is my store but this one needs work management needs to step it up on these kids working other then that I’m a loyal QT customer for life just won’t stop at this one while I’m working in town ....peace

Great addition to Denison/Sherman! With a hospital and hotel across the highway, this is the perfect place for a gas station & convenience store... especially with 24-hour service. QT always feels safe and clean and this one is no different. Lots of gas pumps for quick turnaround and hot, fresh food inside. Win, win!

Fantastic gas station in the Sherman Denison area as this has very clean restrooms and I must say I enjoy eating the food as well. I also like coming here often.

Love this new store in our area. Plenty of gas pumps. The store has a ton of options for quick meals and snacks. More drinks than you can even imagine. The staff Ive seen seem well trained and are very friendly and helpful. The inside of the store us very clean, and out area including the pumps and pump area. It is z new store so it should be clean. I hope they are able to maintain that as time passes by, but I really like this store. Its now my place for gas, and I actually go inside. Typically I wouldnt because others are not clean.

The place is cool, good snacks, cheap gas and clean in the store but the bathroom... eww. How can a place be so clean and then you walk in the bathroom and it be so gross. Paper towels all over the floor, pee in front of the toilets on the floor, gum stuck to everything and no indication that it’s been mopped in weeks. It stunk in there. I waited to go to the restroom when I got to my next stop. Step it up qt we waited so long to get one!

This is a place one goes to get fat and to get a heart attack.

Love the new store in Denison tx. They have about anything you can think of like hot food to smoothies and other stuff like accessories bleach paper towels amazing five stars for me.
