Extremely rude staff. I usually enjoy shopping at Spirit Halloween. Shopped at the store three times this year and two times were really disappointing because of the attitudes of the staff. They definitely acted like you were bothering them. I think Ill try a different location next year.

They have some neat Halloween stuff, owners from Oregon area by Salem....they keep some pretty interesting Halloween stuff, not what you would find around here that often...some cool Beetle Juice screw top glasses with straw, coffee mugs, home style decoration, business type stuff...great decorations...pretty good stuff to create a Scare

I love spirit halloween. Our family is halloween obsessed to say the least.However this branch is the worst Ive ever seen! All costumes were only in one size which would be matched to the model on the packaging. Nothing was above a large. Everything I needed wasnt carried. And the cashier was one of the rudest people Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. It was so bad I would drive 3 hours out of the way to the nearest major city to go to a decent on Spirit Halloween.

We had fun looking. Prices comparable to other specialty holiday stores.

I love this store but the building theyre in this year it too cramped and they dont have the selection that they had last year in a different location. The staff this year wasnt helpful either.

The selection is terrible this year. The staff was sooo unfriendly. I dont know what their deal is, but everyone is extremely unwelcoming.

Just stopped at the Sherman store... hrs online say 9pm, doors were locked, hrs on window don’t match online... that was just updated a week ago.

Hubby and I stopped in today and they had a big Hocus Pocus theme/layout but the costume sizes were very slim. Only had one small and one medium (adult) Winifred in stock. A lot of hype for such a small inventory

Lots of decorations and has a small haunted house for the kids. Fun experience. Extremely pricey tho.

Drive over from the next town and they werent open when scheduled. THEY ARENT OPEN ON WEEKENDS DONT WASTE YOUR GAS

Has listed on the website they close at 11pm and their Sherman, TX store. When we walked in the guy rudely said they close at 9. I tried to show him their website so they can fix it and he said I dont care what that says we are a franchise and do what we want.So we will be buying our Halloween things from another company from now on.

Customer service is horrible. I would definitely recommend taking your business out of town or to another Halloween store.
