I accidentally smashed my engagement ring on my finger, and brought it in to get fixed. When I realized it had been over three weeks that I had brought it in, I called to see if it was in yet. I was informed a few days later that UPS had lost the box down in Fort Worth. Collin the manager was absolutely kind and respectful the whole time and was able to work with me about getting a replacement ring. He definitely made the terrible situation so much better. Such a great person!

The people at the store were nice and very helpful. The problem they have is there credit system. It has not taken the automatic payment twice in a row. If you do buy from them, do what you can to use another way to pay. I would have used a credit card instead.

My husband and I went in looking at rings, and Collin was amazing! He helped us find the perfect rings within our price range, we weren’t even going to get anything yet and we came back the next day because we loved what he showed us and his advice!! I seriously recommend going to see Collin!

I walked in to Kay s Last night at 6pm in Sherman. I asked the girl if she had any 14kt gold bands. She said we only carry 10K bands, She said You can find them on our web site. and turn around. I wanted to buy a ring yesterday at a jewelers I trusted she was not interested in helping me at all. I told her I guess I will have to look online when I get home and she said Yes, you will be able to find them online. I am so upset, I plan to go today to Jareds Maybe they want my business.

The professional staff at Kay Jewelers in Sherman took very good care of my purchase and repaired the chain immediately.

Hours need adjusted online. Show up at 6:20 after driving almost an hour to have a paper handwritten sign saying close at 6.

Horrible customer service husband has bought several pieces including a favorite rose gold and black diamond ring.... I have have to send this ring in 3 times for diamonds falling out of chipping...When I returned for the 4th time bc of another chipped diamond they claimed my warranty was voided bc I hadnt brought it in for inspection in over a yr...false they had records I had been there in July and sent off a silver ring which I dont own or havent ever seen...she said that it must have been and error another store made on my account bc all stores have access...profusely called me a liar when I told them I had been there in July with this ring wouldnt honor warranty...as of today they have shut down his credit line with no explanation even though we had never missed a payment and were completely paid off! store couldnt give us a reason was given a phone number they said they couldnt release that info...done with lay jewlers in general especially this store with such a disrespectful manager

If you buy jewelry for sentimental reasons NEVER make a purchase with diamond warranty at Kay Jewlers in Sherman. My husband bought me a blue open hearts Ring when my first son was born. They sent it out for a possible missing diamond and I had them size it while it was out. After having the ring sent out they damaged it more than they fixed it. Now they dont sell the ring anymore and mine is damaged beyond repair.
