So I pulled in right at noon as the worker is closing the door. I knew what I needed. He says we are closed. I said we spend a lot of money here you’re really going to do me like that? His reply was, you can come back Monday, I’ve got things to do.” I work an hour away and would have taken you 15 minutes to help me. Now you’ve lost an account not just a customer.
