Not too friendly and not really a selection of anything to buy. Worst pawn shop Ive been to in a while. It seemed like it wasnt that bad before, but I havent been there in a few months. Dont look forward to going back after today.

No stars should be rude woman and hateful snotty attitude and no wonder no one in there be cause hateful doesnt have a clue about customer service I dont recommend anyone ever go there

I am going to refuse to go into the store if Carolyn is there. I felt very disrespected when she spoke to me. I had brought my dog in there like I had many times before. Even whenever she was there. And she told me to get him out of here and then whenever I said but I have had him in here before she completely ignored me and walked away as if I didnt say anything at all. I had something on layaway that I was going to purchase. But I immediately voided it, whatever I did so she was giving me dirty looks the whole time. Not purchasing anything until Carolyn is gone. This isnt the only time I felt disrespected by her and she doesnt know the products. I asked her about a revolver that she said was from the 50s and I just looked up the serial number and it was from the 1980s which changes the price dramatically... anyway I completely understand if there is a no dog policy however this place has some serious consistency issues. That need to be worked out desperately its not fair to the customers and its not fair to the employees.

Customer service, needs some hard work. Grey hair lady needs to be fired, she rude as hell. The young girl needs an attitude check. They never answer the phones. EVER. This place use to be a GREAT shop. Don’t waste your time with this store.

Well I applied for a position here, the interview went very well from what I could tell, I was then told 4 days later after the GM told me she would return a call Monday letting me know if I could get the job, she never did that I had to find out from another employee a week later that the position had been filled already, I received no telephone call, no email, not anything ? If you are going to bust someone balls and beat around the bush at least have the decency and professionalism to return a phone call or even an email instead of telling the person you would get back to them,

Never seem to be open on the hours posted. Even with Covid hours, no one there to open the doors. Its a hit or miss on the weekends. Just dont expect anyone to be there before noon.

Rude and not very helpful. Treat you like you was a criminal there. I go to F&I pawn on Houston st the staff is helpful and friendly there. I get the best deals there.

Good sales sometimes, clearly this store only has smart female staff lol .

The gray haired lady is very rude. Sorry customer service and talks bad about her coworkers... She is only going to make them lose business and not make them any money.. She needs to be fired......

OMG this is just a front for fencing stolen goods! I came and I purchased a laptop, and I asked to connect to the WiFi to check the everything out, and Caroline almost started yelling at me accusing me of bearing false witness against a Christian, and calling me a Satanist. She just was carrying on and on. So I finished the transaction, and went home. I thought there would be some kind of warranty, but obviously not. I again got Caroline on the phone when I called to ask, and she must have remembered my voice, because she started carrying on about how good Christian people wont deal with the likes of me... This woman needs some serious psychological help, and the police need to do an investigation on all the stolen property there. I will be calling their corporate office, Monday.
