Cuz is in my neighborhood all you can need is almost there. The only problem is costumer service and cashiers. . I suggest a just a cashier for handicap and 65+ costumers cuz we have a lot of retirement costumers in this area also update like kroger signature will be awesome and real rival to the collapse Walmart supercenter.

I have been staying near kroger and going there often. man it is really quite something. I didnt know It had that many options it is very thrifty to get around with a lot of size to it man its a great store.The chicken and shrimp Spicy noodles in a round top carton are very good here. Used some of their Cajun spice and Gringos Hot Sauce. Good combination

I LOVE this Kroger! Whether we do grocery pick up or in-store shopping, the employees, selection and quality are phenomenal. The checkers, baggers and personal shoppers treat us like family and I love them because of it. Great job, Sherman Kroger!

Just moved here from Colorado (King Soopers as its called there) I LOVE kroger stores. Reasonable prices,the kroger brand is just as good as name brand. Its totally worth the half-hour+ drive.

I normally prefer going here to the Albertsons because theyre quicker and have a better selection. Word of advice to your self checkout managers, though- maybe dont let your employees loudly talk about how everyone who comes in wearing a mask is a foreigner or a scared baby, talk loudly about related conspiracies, and especially not when theyre attending to customers wearing masks. Not really professional or appropriate to discuss around customers, even if you disagree with someones personal choices.

I just transferred all my prescription to your pharmacy, and I have never experienced so much incompetence before. 1. The wait time is terrible(30 minutes). 2. Employees not properly trained. 3. It takes over 3 days to fill a prescription. 4. I just called today about, I assume a miss understanding of my prescription. I was expecting a 90 QTY and received 30 count. The lady(Angie) raised her voice to me because I failed to understand the difference in the count. I just transferred all my prescription from the Brookshires in Anna, and I know what Ive been getting for the last two years. I live in Sherman so I wanted to support local businesses. I asked to speak with the pharmacy and was put on hold until I just finally gave up. Im really disappointed in the overall customer service and operation execution pharmacy department.

I am an istacart shopper. The cashiers are normally great even today they were great this bagger boy on the other hand when I asked him to help out bringing the cart to the cart(which the only reason I asked was because I was feeling dizzy) this boy just walked off.

They do not enforce masks. Half the store was filled with people not wearing masks. They werent keeping 6 feet away either. So no mask, arms reach from me. I use it as my pharmacy and am changing to a different location now.

I am so pleased with Kroger. The employees are young and helpful with what ever you need. The ones that have been there for awhile now have become friends. At Kroger you will receive coupons in the mail, plus they have digital coupons from there app. All you have to do is get a Kroger card and save on what you, yourself likes to eat. The more you save the more you want to shop at Kroger. At the end of the month ... look on your receipt for all the fuel points you have acquired... that really helps out with the cost of gas. I will not trade anywhere else. I have been trading there for 20 years.

First I loved parking in a Senior parking space right in front. Everything I needed, if I couldnt find it they were always helpful. Very clean. Prices were affordable. Definitely going back

When you order groceries On a TuesdayAnd pick up on a Saturday and they do not have any milk along with many other items. I know there are shortages but i also know they have had milk sence Tuesday. Feel the orders

Okay, so Im going on a bit of a rant tonight and I apologize for its length. I have decided that the local Sherman Kroger store has not been listening to my opinion or those of many other shoppers, and tonight they may still choose to turn a deaf ear, but Im going to share with others my irritation.Last night, I had to go to the store after a very busy day. Like many others at the end of the day I realized this was the only time I had to do my grocery shopping. I go to Kroger and collect the groceries I need for the next several days (over $90 worth) and then I proceed to the checkout. Locally, Kroger has ridiculously scaled back the checkouts and pushed their loyal customers toward the self-check registers; even requiring an employee to approach us when we are in line at a regular check-out. Well, I have reduced my visits to Wal-Mart due to this practice, and it looks like I may need to consider the same for Kroger. I broke down and went through self-check as there was only one clerk at a regular register and there were others waiting. BIG MISTAKE... as usual, it took me three times longer. People that had been behind me were out of there in no time. Five different times the stupid self-check stopped in order for a clerk to come check my purchases and clear the checkout screen for me to continue. Technology was meant to assist people not replace them. I like speaking to the clerk as I am at the register and appreciate the care they provide in serving me the customer. Kroger (1820 N Loy Lake Rd, Sherman, TX) You are losing me as a loyal customer. The lack of customer service you provide has compelled me to seek out the services of your competitors.

I was in the self check out, I opted to get cash back at the end of my transaction. I actually forgot to get the cash back, and left the store without it. When I returned several hours later, one of the very honest and super sweet employees had put it in an envelope for me and taking it to customer service. All of my experiences with this branch have been top notch. I think you will love shopping here! Its the only grocery store for me in this town.

When you shop to this store Kroger-Sherman, TX make sure check your receipts for accuracy. They had an inaccurate pricing on supposedly be the sale price, then expect a long line in customer service for correction and deal with obviously annoyed or even rude CSR that make it seem its rarher your fault you took the wrong size or product, even tho you followed the Ad. Over all, its inconvenient to shop to this store, and I would rather go to the new Kroger- Prosper, TX, 35 miles away.

This Kroger is listed under the Grayson County website as a place to renew auto registrations. I went by the customer service desk and sure enough they do vehicle registrations renewal if you ask. Once you try to get the renewal done they come up with multiple excuses as to why they cant do it. Wrong color paper, wrong month etc. I was trying to do a simple renewal. NO CHANGES, I have my inspection report, insurance all other paper work but they REFUSED to do it with nonsense excuses. Dont bother with this Kroger. I am also going to let the county know as well.

I have been using the curbside grocery pickup for the last 2 months and it is wonderful! It takes all the frustration of waiting in line to get checked out and/or walking from the far end of the parking lot in the rain. Im Very satisfied and the young people that bring it out are so friendly too! Plus you get a goody bag every time. It has a small bottle water, a bag of chips and a miniature candy bar. What more can you ask for!!

Okay this is a small town. I do have to keep that in mind when Im thinking about these reviews. But I live in a city with a nice Kroger. This one was small and old and I didnt really feel comfortable going in it. The parking lot was horrible.

Love the selections near deli BUT 3 days in a row tried going to customer service. 1 person working, long line, does not move fast at all! Waited 15 minutes all 3 times. Never again. I give up on you kroger customer service in Sherman. Took my business to Walmart

The pharmacy definitely needs more associates to assist in customer service. Waited at the drive-through for 45 minutes. There was one associate to work both drive-thru lanes and the customer service desk.

The lady who works the gas station here she has a lot of freckles is rude and arrogant. I know there is more than one way to use my Kroger points, not having my card doesnt mean I cant use my pin this time the lady in the box told me no card no points and refused to let me use my pin, paying full price for gas isnt an issue but what is the point of Kroger points if not to use for gas someone should retrain her on Customer service.

Very gross and almost nothing stocked in the produce and bakery side. No one greets you, the store is dirty and the shelves are messed up. It is very sad and disappointing especially when you compare it to other Krogers like the one in Plano which is AMAZING. Not coming back

My first time in was good. My rating may be higher in August, when I shop more regularly. The store did appear well stocked, manned, and clean in appearance.

Kroger is a great store. The staff treat you as family. I always get help when I ask and I never have to hunt for a person to help cuz there are always someone close by. Top it off with the great prices and fuel points I never go anywhere else these days to shop.

Pharmacy workers here are a joke!! Like...smacking their gum in your face while ringing you up...every time!!!Came in to use Coinstar. While using it, the employee closed the service desk. Extremely rude employee (long gray hair & hateful) told me the service desk was closed, turned & walked away. I stood there because 2 more people came up. She turns around & yells that I can do that over there with a wave of her hand. I think she means self checkout, so I go over there & cant figure out how to do the transaction. Call for attendant, twice, ignores me. I ask another employee I see & she tells me to go to this kiosk. 20 minutes & she never tried to help me, ignored me, yelled at me & was rude...maybe she should find a new job, or retire.

I often go this Kroger but today I realized that if you weigh the fruits on the scale it does not matter because the scale of the cashier is going to give you another weight 😡, I weighed some nectarines on the scale of the fruit area looking for only one pound and when the cashier weighs them again they weighed (SUPPOSEDLY) 2.14 ... 1.14 MORE THAN WEIGHT BEFORE !!! I feel cheated and robbed ... how many times have they done the same to me ?! and charged more!! ... obviously I do not buy fruit anymore in kroger..never ever!!!😒😡

This location is dated compared to others I have been to but they have pretty much what you need as far as a standard Kroger goes. Ive been to others where there is a lot more going on as far as amenities go like coffee shops and sushi bars. Just a standard Kroger this one is but a friendly helpful staff though.

It being the only Kroger in the Sherman Denison area, they dont have to act like they are made of gold. Went in with a friend to do some shopping we both are clearly 2 separate households as we used 2 carts and 2 different self check out, yet the blonde hair bimbo working the area feels the need to tell use that certain items we both purchased are per house hold and we cant use the same Kroger card, she then stood and watched us till we checked out and left.

The staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is always clean. Great location. We really love our local Kroger.

Like the store, like their meats, like their pricing (5 stars for that part!), but their deli???? Definitely a 1-star for that part if the store.On their deli case, it says that dinner is served until 8pm. This is right next to another sign that suggests their 8-piece chicken dinner meal Twice now, went in to grab their 8-piece dinner and was told that it wasnt an option because they didnt have sides available. Last night, the first person to help me (after standing in front of the deli case for about 5 minutes with no staff member in sight, at which time I had to ring the bell for service) told me that sides were not available after 5pm. So, one sign says that they proudly serve dinner from 4-8pm. Another sign suggests the meal deal, yet you cannot get it. To be fair, both times, I was ultimately helped by Gene who allowed me to pick sides off the shelf (4 or 5 things to choose from) versus from their deli case which appeared to originally have included space for 10-12 options, but was shut down. Why are you promoting dinner, and more specifically the hours of service, including the 8-pc meal when its not available?

Always has advertised merchandise . Pharmacy staff is excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable they go out of their way to help you . The cashiers are friendly and efficient especially Robert he is very good at his job. The store is old but always clean . They seem to always have advertised items that are very useful to all .

My favorite grocery store in Sherman to run in and run out of. Employees always helpful. Most of the time they have specialty items other stores in our area dont. (Seasonal things).

Needs to be upgraded on a lot of areas. I liked the way the vegetable and fruit area looks. But the rest of the store seems cluttered and needs new flooring. Staff is very friendly.

I work for Instacart and for the most part the employees there are great but the store electronics really need to be updated because with Instacart having the new scan pay thing I cant do any orders there due to their systems being so old.

Great friendly staff, and a Huge selection of groceries and comfort items. Not quite the selection of Buckees, but then again this is a Kroger and not a Buckees. Slightly less convent than the Denison store which recently closed, however Im sure that will soon be remedied.

I usually do the horseshoe shopping; all the good stuff is along the wall, but the selection, plus Krogers name brand products are stellar. The store near me recently has undergone an upgrade. Just a slight tweak, but very effective. They have concated products more efficiently for a more pleasant shopping experience. Dude, this store is on point!

Krogers in Sherman is the best. It had everything I needed. The prices were very good and tbe on-line coupons saved me a bundle.

Their pickup service, while the best available option in the Grayson area, is not worth whatever time it may save. I’ve gotten an enormous excess of produce because of the confusion between pounds and individual quantity. I never get calls about my subs. I received 6 moldy tomatoes once. Out of the 6 I ordered. That was the line and I hate having to come here when I’ve exhausted all my other options (Aldi, Walmart, and maybe Albertsons here soon). Which stinks cause I like Kroger’s generic brands and prices in general.

I went to them asking for a cowboy/western themed cake for my sons first birthday. Evidently this wasnt a very popular theme for anyone this year because no one had cowboy cake designs. After two places told me they could do a backdrop and I could be toys to decorate the cake with and a local bakery was so rude on the phone, I decided to give them a shot. On the phone the decorator said she didnt have any cowboy stuff, but would try to make something custom if it wasnt too hard. I went in and gave her a very rough idea and it exceeded my expectations! Plus it was so moist and delicious. Everyone at the party said how good it tasted. Thank you Kroger for going above and beyond to make this party special.
