Man I went there today, I couldnt believe it. Im from San Antonio. But these guys got all them beat. If anyone work on my bike it will be there guys. They know bikes inside out from top to bottom. Their the only one working on my bike from this day on.

This is definitely the best bike shop around this area. They are honest, they do good work that they stand by and they make you feel at home when you stop in. The bikes are what bring us together and make us our own community, other shops I will not name have seem to have forgotten that. Nobody should have second thoughts when leaving their pride and joy with someone to fix it, this shop gives me no doubt at all. If you haven’t been, give it a shot. It’s worth it. Way cheaper than the Harley shop too I must add.

While out riding on Sunday going from Downtown Dallas to Sherman, my Softail started to overheat and lost power. I limped it into the Texas Roadhouse parking lot in Mckinney, oil was all over the right side of the bike. I don’t have any way to haul a bike so I called Back Alley, they answered on a day that they are normally closed and said they would come and get me. Had a bite and a few drinks and inside an hour, from 32 miles away, they showed up with a trailer and picked me and my bike up. Even if I didn’t live so close to their shop, I would go out of my way to do business with them. They didn’t have to do what they did.-Customer for life

For one. Greg has always been there when I needed Him the most, got stranded out in the middle of whitesboro he came and got me took me home serviced the bike and was an amazing experience. Just today someone vandalized my new Harley I got and cut the throttle body connection. Called him super early this morning he answered said no big deal I’ll be there to pick it up at 9am. I am really impressed with this bike shop and its staff . They have taken me in and have eyed some of the 4 sale bikes there . Really nice shop . Got my bike back and they have done a excellent job, they fixed my bike and it was reasonable cost and fast service, just a great group of people. I will definitely be back and they will be doing all my bike needs . I am happy with the service. And they treated me good, and I definitely like the cut ups and joking around.

Great shop and staff. Im kinda new to the area and I dont really use Harley dealerships. This shop has been very good to me with parts and advise. I recently needed work on my bike and they came through, o work six days a week and they let me pick my bike up on a Sunday. 😱😊😊
