I was in this store earlier today and another customer came in and was angry because the name in the system wasn’t the name she wanted to use. The lady behind the counter was very nice and informed her that she was unable to change it once the transaction was completed. The customer continued to get rude and irate, raising her voice at her unnecessarily. But the lady behind the counter held herself very well, continued to be nice and apologetic. I felt so sorry for her. There’s no reason for people to be so hateful and rude when people are just doing their job. Praises for the staff that handled the situation so well!!!

Needed to ship satellite equipment back to Dish Networks. They opened up a new line very quickly when the other two lines were busy. Quick in and quick out. Very nice!

Wow. Really terrible service. Staff was very rude. The comments are true. Was trying to ship documents and they wanted to open and inspect my documents before shipping them. Very unusual. FedEx Office is 2 minutes away. I highly recommend giving your business to them and avoiding this UPS location. I was really surprised.

I use this store on a normal basis and have never had a problem. Anyone that has ever helped me has been super nice and helpful. Had to have some documents faxed and the receiving party was having trouble with their fax machine. The lady was really patient and tried several times before it finally went through. Would recommend this place for sure!!

07/25/20. Update. I did speak with the owner. Very nice conversation. He is working to correct the issue..I had to wear a mask. All employees except the one that waited on me had on a mask. I took a box in that was going to Arizona. I have mailed 5 similar boxes in the last few months from UPS location. All were $25 - $28.. The lady said $50 (even).. Kind of weird that it was fifty even... I ask why this box was twice the cost of the other 5 that I have sent. She had no answer.. She was not courteous or helpful.. I took the pkg to the post office and sent it for $26. Will NOT go back... Would not recomend the location.

This store was super rude, constantly telling me that they could not help me instead of even attempting to tell me how to get help I spoke to 2 different ladies and all they would say to me was. We cant help you, we cant help you, we cant help you. So, I asked what I need to do and they just hung up on me. Just trying to make sure my package arrives at a certain time due to having to sign for it and not having all day home to do that. Now I try to call back and they just hangup on me.

Sadly I must agree with those that say the staff is not good. They dont have a standard procedure that they stick to. One time Ill go in with an Amazon return and they just scan my phone, never say a word. Other times they scan my phone then confirm my name. The last time I was in the clerk was just hateful. I held up my phone for her to scan, she sharply requested my name, when I question why not scan my phone she became more hateful and started saying it was for safety to ask my name first. I highly doubt she understood what I said from behind my mask (its not an easy last name). As I was leaving I heard her make some snarky remark about it was going to be one of those days. Well, yeah with an attitude like that. I know things are hard now and I truly do try to be extra kind and understanding for the folks in these positions, but not if youre going to be rude.

Went in yesterday to get a document notarized about 4 in the afternoon. Was told the notary was gone and would be in the next day, Wednesday from 9 am – 3:00 pm. Went by at 10 am and was told the notary, Christina Rosas, was busy on a conference call. She would be available at in 2 hours. I confirmed that she would be there and I would be back in 2 hours. Called at 12 noon and was told she had left for the day. My experience with this store in the 3 years I have tried to use their services is that they place a very low priority on customer service. Don’t waste customer’s time and lie to them about services you do NOT intend to provide!

If I could give the store 0 stars I would. They have zero customer service when I stated I need the associates name to report she stated it’s didn’t matter because it was her last day. When I stated I wanted to report the manager for the way they both handled things they simply stated that they can’t give information out to be able to report that they’d take my information and the MANAGER would call me back. Last time I checked it’s USELESS to report a person to said perso. Absolutely disgusting customer service. After it was all said and done they hung up on me. Excuse me in what word is that acceptable?

Ive had a few great experiences here, the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in everything they do. They will do everything in their power to help you prepare packages or with various stationary needs. What I am upset about is how low this store is rated. This is hands down the best UPS store Ive been to in my time in Sherman. Almost, if not all negative reviews seem to be ignorant of the fact that this FRANCHISE store has nothing to do with UPS shipping services or Amazon. Its crazy to expect this STATIONARY AND PACKAGING store to remedy issues caused by the negligence of a shipping company.

In the past, I’ve had great customer service. Yet, last month I took in 3 Bible study journals to have cut and spiraled. I explain to person I needed them by the Tuesday. ( I took them in Thursday prior). I called Monday to get them and they couldn’t find them. The man on phone said “ no, they are not here”. When I asked him to find them, he said “I don’t see them”. Then a woman told me she thinks they were shipped to Durant due to their machine being broken. They were. I wasn’t able to pick them up until that Friday. She told me she would “discount” them. It should have been at no cost. When I went in, they had no idea about discount and I had to fight for that! They gave me 10% off! When I got home, one book was out in backwards, the other two they cut wrong and pages were falling out. I will never use this store again for anything. Customer service has gone down there.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Im a frequent customer, 70, handicapped. Went there today and a large black pickup with NO handicapped designation was parked in one of the 2 handicapped spots. The other spot did have a handicapped designated vehicle in it. I began taking some photos of the unmarked truck when a young 25, 28? year old woman came out and said that was her truck and HER SPOT. I asked if she was handicapped but she walked back in the store yelling it was HER SPOT. I dropped off my packages, went outside to call the police and while doing so, another young woman came out and proceeded to beat VERY HARD on my car window with her fist, yelling at me to leave our parking lot. Wow, customer service?? Assault?

Ordered prints for my kids first day of school yesterday at noon for pickup this morning. Arrived at noon and was told the manager didn’t come in and only they do the printing. Was already charged for the service online and they are closed on sunday. Completely wasted 45 minutes of my time to drive up there, the time uploading and putting in my order and my $$. Super unprofessional and unreliable.

This is the only place I use. I tried the post office and they didnt have as many shipping products and the prices were much higher. The staff is super friendly and when I did have an issue Lindy was quick to help and very efficient. Robyn is also super sweet and makes the whole experience pleasant.

I have been here a few times and there has only ever been 1 kind and helpful person. The staff is rude and acts utterly annoyed throughout the entire interaction even when I go out of my way to be nice.My husband is a very easygoing guy and thinks the staff here is also rude and unfriendly.If there was a closer UPS near me I would definetly use it. I only use this one because it’s close to my home.NOTE TO STAFF: Be nicer to customers and don’t act so annoyed. It’s obvious you don’t want to be at work.. it really shows! Have a better attitude and things will go better at work. Also stop acting so annnoyed when a customer doesn’t know something. Maybe it’s obvious to you but it’s not to us considering we don’t work there.NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Do something to make a better morale at this place for the workers. The negative atmosphere in there is toxic.

AVOID this UPS store at all costs. They lack the permits to ship certain common items and insist on lecturing you about their regulations regarding the handling of the packages. We are a contract shipper for Amazon and as such know exactly what we are doing. These folks don’t have a clue. Take your business to another UPS (any other) UPS store.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR NOTARY.Went to the store twice in the same day for notary services. The first time I was told that their manager was the only one that could provide notary services. They recommended I come back after noon, when the manager would be in the store.I arrived around 12:30 and told the manager would be right with me; he/she was doing business stuff in the back. After waiting 15-20, I was told that it was going to be awhile and they directed me to my bank for their free service.

I have had multiple issues with this locations. I have never shipped with them but have had a lot of issues with receiving packages. I have began requesting packages not be shipped with ups. Packages have been either delivered to the wrong address or held up at sherman and then returned to sender. I receive packages no problem through usps and fed ex.

Said they attempted to deliver package, but they did not. Their customer support is a frustrating joke. You can not talk to a person unless you recite a 18 digit number 20 times or until the robot gets it right. Then the customer support agent argued with me and told me I was wrong. Packages frequently show up looking like they were delivered by a tornado. Sherman UPS needs alot of work before I give them 2 stars.

We own a business and the sign on the door says my hours and yet ups seems to want to deliver a package every day before i open in the morning and not attempt when im open. will never use this company again. they sent my package back to sender after i called everyday and requested them to deliver during my normal business hours....

Turned my box away because of a sticker on the side. Then wanted to charge me over $8 for another box. When we went to re send the return, we were not able to because they did not void the transaction correctly. Now we are out money and two trips to the UPS store. Id avoid this particular one.

Horrible experience, The story is to long to tell but the clerks were very snarky. Does ups allow other people to pick up someone elses mail? If that is the case stay far away. I was asked if this mail had my name on it when I just gave her the paper slip. Why would it not??

I just shipped a high dollar piece of video equipment for my employer and was lucky enough to deal with Lindy. She knew exactly what I needed done and took care of my equipment like it was hers. If you need something packed for shipment, this is the place to go. This was the second time Lindy packed a piece of equipment for me and everything moved like clockwork.
