Wonderful experience, great customer service. Last and not least got the car looking brand new again!

BEWARE!! No matter how small the issue do not take your vehicle here because the damage will be much WORSE. Went in for minor door ding repair. Was told that a PDR could not be done. Traditional repair was required which would entail the door to be painted. I agreed to that work and that work ONLY. Never asked for anything additional or to paint my left side of my vehicle. It was two little spots!! Told car would be repaired Tuesday by close of business and it was not completed until mid Thursday. Upon going to pick up my vehicle, dust was inside and outside my vehicle EVERYWHERE! I didn’t complain just went home and cleaned it. At first look, it appeared the ding was fixed but standing at certain viewpoints it was not nor was the paint colored correctly. (It was pointed out by FOUR other auto body PROFESSIONALS and my 16 year old). Overspray was everywhere and paint peeling. The entire left side was painted and/or clear coat was used for entire left panel WITHOUT my permission or without the workers communicating what was being done or the procedures for this process. The rubber that separates the door was painted too! Cleaned some of the overspray myself but returned to the location to have them clean overspray on window frame and it was further damaged. Overspray was on wheel arch and bottom door panels causing further damage. Went to get three estimates - damage assessed and to have it PROPERLY FIXED is 4,400 at one location, another location 4,200, and another at 3,400. One of the office workers stuck his tongue out at me after a heated conversation (I went in earlier with a witness but the second time when this occurred no one was with me - he didn’t have that negative energy). What adult sticks out their tongue at a customer? Additionally, he video recorded me without my permission which I do not appreciate at all. Painter told me his paint job looks better than factory. Actually, wanted to argue and go back and forth about his stellar work which I wasn’t going to do. (Well, I guess those other 4 professionals are mistaken). Vehicle is peeling already, looks like a metallic party on one side of my vehicle, and paint runs. I specifically asked BEFORE (during the estimate) were they able to match the paint and was assured they could. Several people are still trying to understand why a simple door ding caused them to need to paint or clear coat a WHOLE side of a vehicle! AND no, I don’t want Macco to fix the work themselves that they messed up as they did offer. The three employees seemed baffled at my anger? If the ding couldn’t be fixed or if they had to go through such great lengths for this to be done correctly then they should have said that! Manager seems generally concerned about the issue. Overall, poor communication and I plan to take swift legal action if this is not resolved to my standards.

Stole money from me. Was supposed to spray in my bed liner. Paid for it when I paid for the paint job. They said bring it back in a few weeks after the paint cures so they can spray the liner. The truck ended up being totaled from a wreck. They refused to give my money back. Took the money and never did the work. Pursuing small claims court now. I tell people who ask where it was painted the name of another local shop Ive used before. Beware when trying to save a little money its not worth it.

Maaco is very impressive and professional with their work. I love the outcome of my paint job. The staff were great and made sure everything I requested was done. The moment I got home atleast 20 people have asked for a phone number to get their paint job done. Thank you Maaco Sherwood.

Highly don’t recommend. I don’t spend my time writing reviews, but for this service I must. Today is Thursday and was suppose to get my car Tuesday, with a door repair and paint job. Tuesday I pointed out other things that weren’t fix properly, he said in a day or two they would be. I constantly had to call myself to check on my vehicle’s status. They weren’t on time and had poor quality with my vehicle service. I also had a couple modifications I did to my car that had nothing to do with the door that was being worked out.. it was torn off. My tint?.. scratched.. my interior?? Dust everywhere upon picking up my vehicle. My back seat arm rest panel was torn off.. wasnt flexible with the price neither especially knowing car wasn’t finished on time as well as my tint. He said ( we put a new door on and that’s prone to happen). I Didn’t argue, just left.

I am so amazingly pleased with the work from this location. The manager Kory delivered top notch service from start to finish. They over delivered with service and the turn time..My car was ready 2 days before I expected it and I was informed and updated throughout the process. Thank you to the awesome customer service and the great paint job.

First off, they promised me my car back multiple times and failed on all promises! Only after i had them to write a legal document out to have my vehicle ready the next day did they get my vehicle finished. I had to stay past after hours and when i got it back the paint job was horrible! Several spots missing paint, and some spots where they painted over the tape but missed the actual car .. omg.. how can u paint the tape and leave the car the same color? Painted my door shut, too many problems to tell, i wish I could upload the pics. Then charged me the full price (over 1k) come on man, corporate won’t even respond.

We changed the color of my sons 09 Chevy. And had to have the front and rear bumpers replaced. Parts ordered Monday. Car dropped off noon Tuesday. Car done and picked up noon Wednesday! The guys in the office were professional and quick to respond.

My sister and I were trying to surprise our Mom on her bday and get her car painted. Cory (the manager), gave us an awesome quote that we couldnt resist and during the quote, he buffed out some scratches that he noticed. Kory (in the office), was even better. He scheduled us quickly and made sure the car was ready in time for her actual day. We had 1 small miscommunication but Kory fixed that issue quickly and professionally. We got the car back a day before it was promised and my mom was so pleased and surprised with the paint job. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting to change the color of a car or just to touch up the coat on their car.Thank you Cory and Kory your services were greatly appreciated 🙂

Corey, the manager and staff were friend and professional. Corey actually removed my pin stripe on my Ford Flex free of charge. My husband is getting his truck painted their now and the manor in which they handled themselves was very welcoming and professional. Were excited to see their work. Theyre very sincere and you could tell they work extremely hard taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!

Corey & staff did a great job on my vehicle. It was finished a lot faster than what I’d expected. All & all I had a great experience. Corey kept me informed. He sent pictures, he sent video’s. The guy worked his butt off taking care of me. Kory the estimator also kept me in the loop. I have a couple more vehicle I will be taking to Corey. I did business with them a couple years ago and it was a bit painful. Corey really went above & beyond. I’d recommend you go see him if you want to be taken care of. The guy really works hard.

I got my food truck painted here and Cory and Chris were amazing! I couldnt be more pleased with the results. The color is perfect and the finish is incredible! I highly recommend these guys.

I bet u would like the place if I’d went there, but I called since I live in another town. Just for a price range and to see what the current deals are. Yeah, no didn’t even give me an ideal number on the high or low end. Some people just don’t want your money. What can u say.

I came to check on my car at Macco in Sherwood Arkansas and it’s no where to be found. Manager giving me the runaround!!!STOLEN INSIDE JOB!!!! Very Angry do not take your car there!!! 3 cars was just stolen

I paid over $1,600 too Get 6 dents pulled and a re-paint they told me I’d take a week to week an half at most It took them upwards of 4 week before they Got my truck back to me well when I received my truck it was painted like I wanted but that’s about it no dents were pulled at all ! And I had a heavy duty tool box that they also some how lost and I had a tapestry on my roof they pulled down for what reason I don’t know I DO NOT recommend taking any vehicle to them!

Great work starting from the top down. The GM Corey, made everything painless and easy. Couldnt be happier with the work and the professionalism that was expressed to make everything easy on the customer. The work was done faster than expected and the communication was excellent.

Rude behavior and downright intolerable customer service by the manager at that time. That’s in Sherwood... just rude and unprofessional in Little Rock which caused me to drive several miles out of my way. And all this before they actually did any work! Is this just how Maaco does business?I did file a complaint and the NEW manager has reached out to me, saying that he wants a new opportunity ... . I will definitely post an update about this situation.10/26/2020 ... after several other problems, I was finally called to pick up my truck. The headlights were not working AND it was missing part of the bumper! Also the new manager was already out of there and the NEW new manager did not want to deal with me. I think this just must be how they do business. Save yourself hassle and headache and leave this place alone.

Ok so the overall paint job was good. My only issue was the overspray was awful. Paint was everywhere. All on my tires my lights and all around the trim. I had to use nail polish remover to get it off my lights. They even over sprayed on my spare tire under the vehicle. I’m going to have to repaint my side steps myself to get they over spray off and the tires. I didn’t notice this while I was at the shop because it was cloudy and rainy. It was when I cleaned the vehicle I saw everything. So if you decide to get a paint job from them watch out for the overspray and have them fix it. I didn’t because I don’t have the time to drop it back off. Make sure you check carefully before you leave.

I have done alot of business with this store and the customer service simply cannot be beat! The managers professionalism is unmatched by any other place I have done business with. I am happy with the quality of work I had done and would highly recommend this place for all of your automotive needs.

The manager was very unprofessional! I asked for Corporate number and he laughed in my face and told me to Google the number myself. I told the guy Corey over the phone that I had a coupon to use and he told me I had to bring it in for an estimate. I took my car for the estimate an hour later and the manager told me they wouldn’t honor the coupon. I went to the other location and they gladly took my money and painted my car perfectly fine! Would not recommend this location. Very rude!!! If you’re looking to get any paint or repair work, visit the Little Rock location.

Maaco in Sherwood did a great job in my vehicle. The manager, Corey was very professional and called me several times to update me on the progress of my vehicle. Overall I was very pleased with the staff, service and pricing!

Corey, the manager was great! After taking over for Joshua my experience did a complete 180. He did however have to paint my vehicle a 2nd time but he kept me informed, calling me at least once a day. He sent video’s during the process, sent me text msgs. I really appreciate his effort. I know their Sherwood location has had some issues with a painter. I believe their master painter had an accident. I felt for Corey. He was understaffed and overwhelmed but did an amazing job following up with me. I’m writing this review because I genuinely feel that he & the company deserve it. As a business owner myself running one can be extremely difficult especially when you’re dealing with the public. I would strongly recommend giving Corey and Maaco a chance.

I have never in my life seen such bad customer service. My husband took my bike in to have it repaired and painted and the trim piece around my radio was removed and lost. Trying to just get it back was like beating a dead horse. We were to blame, and trying to scam someone. I didnt ask for any refund on the bike. I just wanted the part back or get me another part. Reached out to have it investigated and still nothing. I will never use this company again, nor will I ever send anyone to this place. Id prefer to give it no stars.

I got my vehicle painted the same color by this company Had a issue with the old manager about my vehicle not being fully painted and also not covering my wheels up when they painted after the conversation I tried contacting the manager I tried contacting him several times he avoiding my phone calls week by week so I finally got in touch with corporate to tell them what was going on I was told to return the vehicle there to be fixed after contacting corporate the manager called me basically yelling and ask him why did I call corporate After After the situation I didn’t feel comfortable with taking my vehicle back there Not at the manager is gone they have a new manager there after me telling the new manager what was going I was told by the new manager that he would have to call his supervisor after waiting on a call for him to call back I was told if there’s not really nothing that they can do about it I’m still under warranty with the pain and I’m also being told that there’s nothing they can do about the overspray on my rims in the paint chipping on my roof I will never return to Location or another Macco ever again let alone I’ll never let them paint another vehicle that on ... worst service ever If I could rate this zero stars I would!!!

I’ve been using Maaco in Sherwood off and on for years now. They never disappoint! They’re always professional and courteous!

The nightmare started at 8am one morning when i received a phone call from the previous manager letting me know that my car was stolen by one of the workers. Long story short prior to leaving my vehicle with these people we made an agreement to park my vehicle in the garage every night because there has been vehicle break ins and my car is very noticeable and would be a target. My car was used as some type of bait to get the worker who took my car to get fired because of some sort of work drama. The worker who took my car ended up becoming a manager. After all of this drama, which i am of course not giving all details because it is just way too much, I let them finish my car. My paint is peeling everywhere! Tried to contact Cory plenty of times and kept being told to leave a message. Finally contacting customer service and suggested I receive a refund so that i can take it else where to get fixed and guess who calls. Cory sends a text messsage that says “ain’t gonna happen”. I give Cory a call back and he says “take it to someone else to fix it” mind you this paint job i paid for is supposed to come with a 5 year warranty. It’s been weeks if not months and still haven’t heard anything back from customer service. Only take your car here for cheap fixes and don’t expect a perfect job... that is straight from Cory the managers mouth!

Hands down the worst experience and most unprofessional business practices I have ever dealt with. If I could have given no stars I would have. Took a bumper in there primed and ready to paint and 2 weeks later still not done. No one at this business will call u back. And lastly I was quoted a price and then they are trying to change it and extort me for more money!? I mean who does that!??? Im on my way to go pick up my unpainted bumper and go somewhere else. Worst experience ever, save yourself some trouble and money and go elsewhere. Already called corporate and bout to make a complaint with the BBB.

Craig and his body man did a great jog on my 13 Kia. It took a little longer than expected but it was the thoroughness of the job that made the difference. Brought in vehicle for frontal damages and asked for a additional quote on earlier damage that was more along the lines of craftsmanship and experience. There was some hail damage and provided a complete makeover for vehicle. Original paint and perfect finish. Great job, Craig!!

Had my truck up there for about a month before it finally got done, and they told me 7to10 days it would be done. Don’t recommend!! Painted the truck a total different color then I told them to!! Looks horrible!! DONT GO THERE!! Go somewhere that will do what they say!! Very unsatisfactory!!

Started off with a rough experience. All places have issues from time to time, it is how they are dealt with that makes all the difference. The owners pulled the General Manager, Cory in from LR and things quickly turned around. Cory took the time to make a bad experience a good one. He truly cares about the quality MAACO produces. He communicated the whole process, took the time to explain every step. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, he took ownership of the issues and corrected them. In a fast pace world, like the one we live in, where everyone wants everything right now, sometimes it is hard to remember we are all human, and things can go wrong. It is during these times that we have the opportunity to rise above and make it right. That is exactly what Cory did in this situation. And that is what I call customer service at its finest.Now the work… The body work that was done, is fabulous, cannot tell a dent or scratch was ever there. The paint job can’t be beat for the price, exact color match to the factory. The car looks brand new! Cory even went above and beyond and polished my headlights, they are like new again, saved me some money there. So, when I say that Cory cares about the work MAACO does, it shows. Given the opportunity, Cory will deliver! Well done MAACO!!

This place was very unprofessional, they had my truck 2 weeks and did nothing, except charge me 100 dollars when I went over and took my truck from their shop, cause they patched a spot on drivers front fender that they made prior to inspecting my truck before paint. Also, I had originally got a quote early that year for a little over 400 for paint. Then I went back and they quoted me 700, which I was still satisfied with. Then took it back in January and it wasn’t a great experience for me at all. First I was dissatisfied with the price cause the guy called me and said taxes and everything totaled up to will over 900 dollars. So I went up there and was going to take duck back home, but again the guy convinced me to leave it and he would take care of it for 700 dollars. So I waited almost 2 weeks hoping he’d get it done by the date we agreed on. So Friday came and I called no answer, so I drove out to shop. To find that my truck was still sitting in the condition I left it in, minus the hole they fixed, not to mention that the manager guy made. I was so disappointed, I drove my truck home and haven’t drove since. Maaco in Sherwood sucks in my book now. An I have 2 or 3 vehicles paint there, in the past....................

Had my vehicle for weeks and the only thing that touched it was dust. Lost my key and I had to drive back to that city to take it. Didnt paint smooth had runs and missed spots.Auto decals werent put back on and was not advised ahead of time. GM Cory was nice at 1st then switched personalities and became very unprofessional and rude. They painted my muffler and radiator

BUYER BEWARE!! I’m writing this because I want others warned. Pay attention to prices and deadlines you are told because it will change. They will rush you to keep you from looking carefully at the work, belittle the fact you see a problem with it, and try to convince you that as a customer you are wrong. Customer service is extremely lacking and shortcuts are taken to meet the “time frame” they tell you. They may cost less but you get what you pay for.

Don’t do business with these people. A guy name mark put our money in his money. They told us they would honor our paint job and didn’t they let there employees drive your vehicles when suppose to be getting A paint job. Bad business I would not recommend anyone going to the place.

Got an estimate from the Sherwood store for damages to the fender and front bumper was told to drop my vehicle off 4 days from the time I got my estimate went to drop it off and had a temporarily closed signed on the door saying they were closed until Wednesday when I was told to drop my vehicle off that Monday there were 3 others trying to drop there vehicle off at the same time so it was clear they did not contact there customers to let them know they were closed so I took my truck to the littlerock store and they verified the estimate I received did not have the right parts on it which includdd the number that had the most damage after already paying a deposit or down payment for the the work not impressed but hoping the Little Rock store makes up for the disappointment

The manager corey is complete unprofessional and had no people skills. my car has been there 2 weeks!!! and was only supposed to take 3 days. they refuse to give me my car or any type of discount u less i pay the remainder balance of 580$ DO NOT THE YOUR CAR HERE ! the manger drives the customers car home. this place is a scam.

I bought a truck from Precision Auto Service in Jacksonville with an agreement of a paint job from Maaco, which I paid for. On Thursday a friend and I went by Maaco to check on the paint job before the truck was taken back to Precision for me to pick up. We spoke with the manager of Maaco, Cory Williams and we pointed out a few areas that didn’t get painted and Cory acknowledged the areas in need of attention. This past Monday Precision called to tell me my truck was ready and I could pick it up. When I got there the first thing I noticed was the unpainted areas I spoke to Cory about still had not been painted. I asked Jeff at Precision why it hadn’t been painted and he said he questioned the paint job when he went to pick it up but that Cory told him I gave the approval of the paint job. Jeff thought it odd since it was so poorly done and asked if he was sure I said it was ok. Cory assured him yes, I approved it. Jeff asked him yet a third time and again Cory assured him yes I approved. My friend and I told Jeff that simply was not true. Jeff got the receipt and we took the truck back to Maaco. I told Cory that I had not approved of the paint job and even pointed out several more areas that was not painted and some areas the paint had ran. Cory’s reply to me was “it’s a $400 paint job!” In fact it was a $400 but it cost $1,800, so I showed him the receipt. His response then was I should have gotten a $6,000 paint job somewhere else if I was going to be so particular. He tried to get me to take my truck then bring it back but I informed him this was a second vehicle for me so I would be leaving it with him and he could contact me when it was ready for pickup and I would leave my contact information with him. As Cory was heading inside for me to give him my number, he leaned around me and hollered to my friend and said “Mr. John Doe if you will come with me I’ll get your number.” I then informed Cory that he did not need my friend’s number being that it was my truck and I needed to be the one for him to contact. He then asked another woman in the office to get my number as he so rudely went in the back of the office. He never apologized for the very poor quality of work, nor for lying about me to Jeff at Precision, he didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience of having to leave my truck for yet another week or two. I’m in the service industry myself and I would never treat any of my customers so disrespectfully and honestly I am appalled that any business operates this way. I am going to see how they do when they repaint my truck before I contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. If it’s acceptable I may consider pulling this review because honestly I’d be ashamed of myself if I acted this way much less for someone to publicly post that I did. But if Cory’s so comfortable being a manager treating a customer like this, he may not have any conscience at all. I would hope the owners will at least be concerned enough to look into this inappropriate unprofessional behavior on the part of their manager. I will update as to what happens.Update: Today is 5/26/2020. I posted this review along with sending a complaint to customer service about my issues and I still haven’t heard anything back. Yesterday I went by to check on my truck and they still haven’t repainted the areas that primer is shining through but when I called a few minutes ago they told me they can’t tell me when it was repainted but that it was ready for me to pick up. We will see what happens. My bet is they didn’t paint it this morning. In the meantime I have gotten insurance and tags on a vehicle I have never gotten to drive because it has been in Maaco’s parking lot.

Don’t trust anything this shop tells you. I brought my car in on July 7th and was told their goal was to be done by the July 10th. A month later, I finally got my car back on August 10th.When I called in July 10th, I was told they were still waiting on parts- understandable. So finally the parts arrived on July 16th and I was told the car would be finished the following week. I called every 3 days to get updates on my car and each time I was guaranteed it would be done by the end of the week, or early the following week if I called on a Friday.Finally today I picked up my car, and I have two hilarious holes in the front bumper. They said the estimate didn’t include the fog light covers but it was the right year bumper so there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to wait for them to order the parts. (And pay for those parts and labor for their mistake) Funny that they do a quality check on the vehicle and don’t notice it’s missing two big pieces. They won’t call to give you any information, and at any point if you want any explanation for why their service is taking so long, you will have to personally go up to the shop to get any information. Something is clearly wrong with their management, as two of their painters have quit in the last week.If you want quality service, or even the most basic level of customer service, this is not the shop to go to.

My husband brought his truck here to be painted and have a little body work done! The people were so nice. It only took a week to get his truck back! They did more than what they were asked of us. The manager nick cut us an amazing deal. Will be going back with another one of our vehicles! Thank you Maaco!

Went in for a quote left my vehicle information and phone number never received a call back. Called three more times sent pictures of my vehicle to their email still no estimate received. Called twice after that was informed they terminated that employee so I left my phone again however I still have not received the quote. Guess they didnt want the business.

Worst place ever. I will never use them again. They made my car look worse than what it looked like when I brought it there.

I was very happy when back in December they did body work on my car after an accident. But once issues started arising they werent as cooperative. They fixed a couple side lights that fell out. After taking my car through a car wash the headlight they replaced gets water in it. I called to let them know and see what we could do to fix it. Said they would call me back later. Havent heard from them since.

When i tell you the Manager there is going to make this business fall definitely to the ground He is this Guy is very very rude and talls to customers very bad and i know the owner Bill i know he wouldnt allow that it makes his business look like trash Respect is everything so they should make sure he is on the BACKEND!!! Never will i send anyone

I paid 1000 dollars for a paint job on my car in May of last year and I am already having the exact same problem with my paint bubbling up and starting to chip off. My husband took my car up there to show them and the response he got was that we didn’t get the package that covers that. So in other words it’s been less than a year and my paint is already bubbling after paying y’all 1000 dollars and they aren’t going to do anything to fix it. Very disappointed in the customer service and right now I wouldn’t advise anyone to come here for their next paint job.

It took them a month to paint my car the first time. Then when I took it back in to get my headlight touch up it took them another month.(I spent almost 2500 with this company). When they called me to pick it up it still wasnt done. They also broke my turn signal and didnt tell me about it. When I ask them about it they refused to replace it. Worst maaco ever!

Upon purchase and pick up of my freshly painted bumper, I quickly noticed a few spots that where oversprayed on the chrome and another spot that looked like it was smeared before the paint dried. I pointed these flaws out to the manger and he attempted to remove some of the over spray on the chrome but wasn’t very successful. He also said that he wouldn’t do anything about the smeared paint when I asked if that meets there company standards. He replied yes while implying that maccos is a cheap paint job company and I get what I pay for. Well I nearly payed $300 for this job and I wasn’t very happy with the results nor where employees very willing to do anything about the results. not to mention this paint job took them over 2 weeks to complete.

This place fits the exact niche they cater to. They dont try to do brand new vehicles and they dont do classic cars. They are in business to make older (5+ year old vehicles) look like new again. Most paint jobs at regular body shops START at $3,500 and go up. Econo starts at around $200.I just had my 1998 Malibu painted and there were no hidden fees for prep work, etc. It looks like brand new. I couldnt be happier with the work.
