So I called and Leslie set me up an appointment the next day. I am a traveler and was staying at Champoeg State Heritage Campground for a few days and it poured so much rain that water started dripping all over the inside. Called to get price on windshield. They had the OEM in stock but are not doing mobile install. I scheduled a week out to have windshield installed. At the time of the appointment I find out they sent the glass back to the warehouse the day before. At first they could not locate my info for the appointment. Then they did locate my info and realized I did have an appointment. Asked for me to come back the next day so they could get the glass back. There was no offer to try and compensate me for the trouble they caused. There are other companies that do window work and will come to your location. Would not recommend this company.

We took our car to SameDay Auto Glass at 13985 SW Tualatin-Sherwood Rd #100, in Sherwood to have the windshield replaced.We chose them after my wife had done some research on shops to use. She really liked what they had to offer regarding time, price, customer service, etc.The company owner, Leslie, is super friendly and knowledgeable and is there on site to help with any questions.Excellent job done!The shop is nestled in with other auto businesses, so the easiest way I think of the location is that it shares an entrance with the U-Haul company there.The great thing is that the car really needed some detailing so we got an estimate and are using a business right in that same strip.

Had someone smash out my passenger window. Called SameDay Auto, and Leslie was able to get me in no more than 24 hours later. Took only an hour on a Friday, and was done at an affordable price that beat even other independent stores in the area. Highly recommend this service if you ever need it.EDIT: I never updated, but a week later, my Portland luck lead to my the rear right window being smashed out later. Same, consistent experience. Wow. Really hard to describe how helpful they were. When my car was busted into and the window smashed I didnt really know what to do because it was after hours of any shop, but Leslie responded to my quote request even though they werent open. They were extremely accommodating given that I work during the day in Portland and wasnt able to be there during normal hours. They fixed my window AND cleaned up all the glass from the break in for hundreds less than I could find anywhere else. One of the best experiences.

This was first and last place i called. Ive had windshield replacements done and it can be expensive, especially when your insurance deductibles are so high. These guys are the cheapest by far. I made appointment because i work 12hours a day. I was 15minutes late but they met me with smiles and very welcoming. The owner is a very sweet, and hot young lady. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I got a chip this morning at 9am I called Bobby in a frantic. It was raining outside so he said that he wasnt able to come out because it was raining. I was so afraid that it was going to spread because it already had the look like a spider. I want up calling Bobby back and he said that he was able to come to my job and fix the Chip he normally does not do mobile calls. But he knew I was super upset. So he made an exception for me and came all the way out here to fix my chip !!!!! This guy is amazing and I highly recommend him and his wife leslie. Im going this summer to get my car detailed by them!!!! Job well done thanks again!!!!!!!! Crack is gone never looks like it had one by the way!!!!!

Bobby and Leslie were able to squeeze our car in the same day we called. Which was amazing considering we had 6 inches of standing water in the trunk of the car (it was so bad the seats were starting to soak up water). He was very upfront about the costs and contacted us numerous times to explain what he found, what our options were, what he recommended we do and why, but left the final choice up to us with no pressure or scare tactics. I had a door glass replaced in my 2001 Excursion today. I called Leslie and ordered the glass just before 9:00 am, came in to their shop at noon, and was back on my way before 1:00 pm!! Bobby and Leslie are the owners and installers so customer service, attention to detail, care for your vehicle and expert installation are all included, with a lifetime warranty! Bobby brought me into the shop a couple of times to show me the condition of the inside of my door parts, that all glass was vacuumed out, and moving parts inside had been properly lubricated. After the install he demonstrated that everything was back together and working properly. The easiest trip to the glass shop I have ever had, and Im nearly 60 years old. Highly recommended. I sent an email for a quote at 7:30 am this morning. I had a call within 10 mins. The owners came and picked up the car for me, replaced the window and returned the car in under 6 hours and the price was very reasonable. Other places were higher in price and said it would take days or even a week to get the window fixed and now my sons car is done and I can get mine back. I wish all businesses had this level of customer service and the owners are terrific people and really go out of their way to help.

I called Bobby after hours on a Friday night after crashing my new car into my garage door and shattering the rear window. He treated me like family from the moment I explained the situation. Bobby immediately ordered the ONLY rear window in the state and drove a long distance the next day to retrieve it. That same day he went above and beyond working well past shop hours, restoring my car to new condition. The whole day he was in communication with me, informing me of the status. I went in with the hopes of just having a small crack in my windshield filled, but the chip was too deep and required a new windshield. The shop was able to get my new windshield very fast and install it just as quickly. Unfortunately, Im a dope and slammed my door right after installation which caused the windshield to pop up from the glue. I hoped it wouldnt cause any issues, but I had to take my car back in a couple of days later since I caused an air gap. Bobby repaired the gap at no extra charge to me.SameDay Auto Glass is a great family owned shop. The owners do the work themselves and really connect with their customers. I have already referred 2 people there....Tis the season for rock chips!

There arent enough words to describe how amazing my experience here was. The best service I have received anywhere in my life. He did an excellent job, it was done in 30 minutes, and it was the best price around. Had my window smashed in on my 05 Land Rover. After calling several shops in the metropolitan area, everyone was either booked out 3+ weeks or didnt have the right glass for my make/model. Called SameDay Auto Glass, Leslie was able to hunt down a shipment with the right glass coming in the very next day. They installed it for less than my insurance deductible, which saved me some money! Great service all around!

The heat of this summer proved to be too much for my 2009 MKX. It opened a crack in the windshield about 4 inches wide right in front of the passenger seat. A week later it had grown another 4 inches, but straight up from the first crack. By the time I got my appointment and drove to Sherwood the crack had gone completely across the windshield to the driver side. My sister referred me to Same Day Auto Glass and she was right! The best service we have ever had for any car we have ever owned! I called for an appointment on Monday, I was scheduled for Tuesday at 2:30, I was driving back home to Salem by 3:30. Wow!!! Yeah, Yeah, the work was great, the windshield is crystal clear, the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. But the BEST PART? As we were driving home we started to notice, the dashboard and the windows over the gauges were all SPARKLING CLEAN TOO!!!! When we stopped at the closest McDonald we could find for an ice cream, we saw EVEN THE INSIDE DOOR JAMS WERE SPARKLING CLEAN!!! Oh, My Goodness!!!!! This was pretty unexpected, and so special. I was hesitant about coming here after my initial introduction. Google search, their web site and sign out front all stated open at 9 am on Saturday. Not so much. I called before leaving and got a message machine. Not 10 mins after calling Leslie called and let me know they open at 10 am on Saturday. Ok. I scheduled for the next Saturday at 10 am. Day came, I arrived at 10 am, no one there again. Really? On the phone again, left message, Leslie called back within minutes, Issues, but they are on the way. I hung out and waited, and was so glad I did! This place, Leslie and others, were wonderful. After the bumpy start I will tell you that you can not find a better customer service shop any where. Excellent workmanship, clean job, timely in getting things done, Excellent all around. Well what can I say I have three auto glass shops within three miles of my house and I drove thirty miles to get my windshield replaced. I called many shops before I decided. Most very high pressure. I knew when I talked to the owners wife that SameDay Auto Glass in Sherwood was the place to go. And Bobby the owner and installer didnt disappoint. He even showed me why my windshield cracked because of a poorly installed replacement windshield from the past. He then took extra time to make sure the replacement was done correctly. VERY GOOD SERVICE-My 2004 Lexus 330 needed the windshield and its stiff, old seal replaced. Bobby and Leslie did the job quickly and efficiently. I returned to their business when my car became water logged. It was a hidden crack in the structure of the sun roof. It had been going on for awhile but the only sign I had was a strange smell. The water entered the headliner and carpeting and pad hidden under the mats. Inside the headliner there was fuzzy mold growing. The smell became unmanageable. Bobby and Leslie tackled the crack and the soaked and molding interior. They pulled out the headliner, seats, carpet and pad. They worked details out with my insurance company, reused what they could and replaced what they had to. They kept in contact with me throughout the ordeal and the price was A LOT LOWER than I had expected. Thank you Leslie and Bobby. It smells better than it did before the deluge.

I was having problems with sloshing water inside my passenger door, and had figured out the weeping holes were clogged with pine needles. I went by and saw Bobby, because I was worried about how far away from the window the seal looked to be. Bobby popped off the seal, ran water and air through it, and calmed my fears that Im not really driving a mold-bucket. He quickly checked out everything, and said I was good to go. Then he noticed a chip in my windshield, and I had him repair that, too!So great that a service oriented business is locally owned, does great work, and has EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service! My passenger window was smashed in at work so I called my insurance company. Deductible was more than replacement so they said call the national glass company and you will get a discount for being with us. I did and they quoted $340 and the soonest they could get me in was two weeks from now. I called SameDay Auto Glass and three hours later my glass was fixed and I was out the door for $190. They are fantastic and the work was great. The thief popped a can of Last Croix somehow in my backseat and they not only vacuumed my car but washed my floor mats too. I never write reviews but I am that impressed.

I highly recommend Bobby and Leslie. My back windshield was shattered last Friday and it needed to be replaced. We called several businesses and found SpeedyGlass who offered the best sounding deal even though we had to wait 3 days and rent a car so I could go to work. When the technician came to our house, he brought the windshield without the molding and said that they have to order the molding from a dealer it turned out we would have have to wait an other several days and it would have cost way more than they quoted us originally even though we explained exactly what kind of car we needed it for. We found SameDay Glass in Sherwood who not only did the job immediately and for less than the original price we were going to spend but provided outstanding customer service. They are friendly, professional and fast. Treated us like family. I would use their service in a heartbeat before calling anyone else.

They are awesome! Replaced my driver side window on my Jeep next day after calling in for service. The stealership quoted me over $700 for the replacement and they did it for less than half the price.

I needed my Nissan Xterra driver side window replaced. Someone smashed it and stole my wifes gym bag. I was referred to another glass group from my preferred Autobody shop (one of the majors in Portland). This group quoted me $250 And said said they could fit me in A week and a half later. Took my truck in for a cracked windshield. It was replaced. There was a flaw in the new windshield that I personally probably never would have noticed. Instead of just not saying anything, Same Day Auto Glass ordered me another new windshield and replaced the flawed glass for meat no charge. I will be taking all my window needs to these guys. Very Honest family run business. Thanx guys!!

I noticed part way through this rainy Oregon winter that the floor of my backseat was soaked and beginning to mold. My auto repair guy referred me to SameDay Auto Glass to see if they could fix the leak and remove the mold. Bobby & Leslie at SameDay Auto Glass were wonderful. They checked everything to try to fix the leak, cleaned up all of the wet carpet, padding and mold, and kept my car overnight to try to dry it out as much as possible. Since they werent totally sure if they had located the leak, they didnt charge me anything for all of their work. I havent seen any signs of more leaks or smelled any mold. I am so grateful for their help!

Same day was the third Auto Glass company I had requested a quote from, but was the First to not only respond via Email, but as I was looking over the quote, there he was the first to call me as well, covering all bases.Safelite Rep couldnt find a location closer than Eugene, techna glass was price matching all day long, as long as I could wait a week. I am writing this review as I watch the new glass being installed, same day, and at the most competitive price. I will be telling others about Same Day Auto Glass Repair.Bobby your the man!

I called around looking for a good glass shop and got a recommendation for SameDay Auto Glass. I searched them on the internet, filled out an internet form and was prepared to not hear back. 20 minutes later Bobby, the owner called, gave me a price, and set the schedule. He did not have the glass in stock but to accommodate my schedule, he made a special trip, got me into the shop, and got the job done. He found a couple unusual things during the installation, pointed them out, took care of them and completed the installation in record time. Great family business. I highly recommend them for you auto glass needs.

Quality work, efficient in-and-out, took care of the insurance claim process. Waiting area with wifi let me work while I waited. Ill definitely go back if I get another crack in my windshield!
