I can’t say enough good things about H2O sport. I bought a brand new Lowe pontoon boat from the 2 years ago. The service department is great. They are honest and so east to work with.

Nice to have a Tahotsu dealer nearby to pick up maintenance items. You may be able to get it online cheaper but local service is great.

I had to have a pontoon replaced under warranty on a boat that was nine years old. Chris at H2O went above and beyond working with Lowe to get it done. After getting the wrong pontoon twice, he shipped it back to Lowe. They took awhile but finally they replaced all three pontoons. I would highly recommend the guys at H2O.

If I could give him 10 stars I would their mechanic does exactly what he said he would do I got an a position to where it was a simple little thing on a brand new boat and he answered the phone at 8 oclock at night. And Herb the salesman is awesome and the owner is a cool dude too And so are the ladies that work behind the desk. All around wonderful place to work with

Fishing trip with Tim, Mike, Michael, and H2O watersportz in Cortez, Florida. We had a great time with Captain Andrew and first mate Jason. We are first timers to this type of trip. We went out about 7 miles into the Gulf. Andrew and Jason were very helpful and cheerful the entire time. We only fished for the 4 hour trip, but caught a TON of fish! Totally worth it! Hope to be back someday!

I was completely lemoned with no service after the sale by Sunrise in Searcy last summer. When I walked into H2O, I didn’t expect much. I was wrong. Mr Herb put me in the exact boat I was looking for and in a very timely manner considering the shortage of product and the back log on outboards this year. If I could give these guys 10 stars out of 5, I would. GO. SEE. HERB… he’s the man.

Excellent service at H2O. You installed a new trolling motor and depth finder with a one day turn around on my 2011 Ranger that I purchased from H2O about 10 years ago. Amazing considering that its spring time and the average maintenance time is two weeks to a month this time of year . Kudos and keep on keeping on.

Lol, I am wanting to give this place money to purchase a party barge but cant get the salesman Jacob English to even email me back. Mr. English initially emailed me back on March 5th after I asked my initial question. I sent him request on a party barge I found on March 8 and again March 11 with no response. It is now March 24th and I get a response after I post this review online. I live in Benton and this is the closest Lowe dealer. I guess I will travel to Fort Smith to buy it. (Update) still never got a phone call. Soooo, purchased a 50k Ranger boat from Bradfords which is actually next door to them. Bradfords salespeople do call you and email to answer any questions whereas H2O never did.

If you need a new boat, go see Matt, he will hook you up! Great service, friendly salesmen

I visited H2O Sportz about Sept 26, 2014. I was traveling across the country from South Carolina to Arizona and towing my boat with me. While on the highway in Arkansas I noticed and felt that the boat was shifting on the trailer and was becoming unbalanced and unstable so I pulled off the highway and was referred to H2O Sportz to help me.Upon arriving, Chris Kichier came to help me immediately and he noticed that the boat had in fact shifted on the trailer, was coming off the back of it and was precariously perched upon the trailer at this point. He used a forklift to put it back into the correct place. Then he noticed that a strap I had to hold the boat down was weathered and needed replacement so he replaced it for me. Finally, he strapped down the boat better than it had been. He spent about an hour doing all of this for me and wouldnt charge me for any of his help. He was so nice and helpful to me and I would recommend him and this business to everyone. It is so rare to come into contact with people that are genuinely willing to help someone.If it werent for Chris and his help I would have lost the boat on the highway most likely and am very grateful to him.
