Went to Pharmacy to get the Flu Shot. The young lady who took my information was very courteous. The Pharmacist was very nice and friendly. I left the super store because they were so rude. I even called first and they didnt give me the all the information I needed.

I think the workers are wonderful and when we order online groceries they handle everything with care from the shopping to get getting them delivered. The only thing I can say is the fruit from are not always fresh but other than than thank you walmart and associates for being amazing.

I guess this Walmart is alright if you need to get in and out, Id rather go to the Walmart next door, you have more of a choice even though I know neighborhood Walmart are mainly groceries, but Id still rather go next door!

Ideal store to go when you want to dash in, scoop up what you need, check out and be on your way. Convenient and good prices. They pretty much have the items on my list. When theyre out of the items Im seeking, its not ALL the time...Overall..good store.

We shop at this walmart often. In a way, its better than the supercenter next door. Employees are friendly and theres not a lot of overweight trailer park people burping and farting down the isles wearing sweat stained rags from cintas. Fresh produce! Knowledgeable staff.

One of many former customers who got turned away from grocery pickup after waiting 2 hours and talking to 3 managers with no authority to release orders because of an IT problem. Other stores can release orders under same circumstances. BAD BUSINESS. Ever hear of paper and pen to keep track of what youve done? Shame in you! This particular order was for emergency aid.

I was supposed to pick up my online order between 6-7pm. Its 8pm(im pregnant and i have two children steady saying “taco Tuesday”) and my order is still saying delayed. I called to speak with a manager and he (Mic/Micky whatever) told me there’s nothing he can do. Then he went on to tell me to feel free to call cooperate....and hangs up in my face .

Poorly stocked. I have never seen this store with empty shelves. It looked like there were more pullers for curbside than stockers for the shelves.

I love this store. So easy to get in and out of if you are like me and arent a fan of the Supercenters. :)

The cleanest Walmart I know. The people are kind and helpful. Even the customers are great. Everyone diligently abides by covid 19 protocols, and I have always felt safe at this Neighborhood Market.

Always come here,but last night the clerk admitted to getting over covid-19 with a mask covering chin,no gloves and handled each product at least twice while breathing rather heavily...gonna be awhile before I go back.

Have used pickup several times throughout this pandemic, and experiences have been wonderful. Once Covid broke out I choose not to go out in public, especially in over crowed places. Walmart pickup gave me the opportunity to still purchase what I need at a minimal exposure. The staff is always friendly and cautious with my products. Thank you for what you do.

As always this is a great place to shop for groceries without the distractions of a Super Center. The selections are great. The store is always well-stocked and the staff very accomodating. If I only need food items, I prefer to shop here.

Lots of stuff in the wrong place, very few people working the sales floor. Limited selection. Will avoid coming here whenever I can.Id rather pay a little more at Kroger than to find out the prices are all wrong because employees put stuff in the wrong spot.

This is a easy place to drop in and pick up what you need or you can call your grocery on line and just pick them up..

Not too busy. Everything was stocked that I noticed. Clean. Like every Walmart store the self check was packed and only two registers were open. As good as any.

I am not even exaggerating when I say this it took them 40 minutes with no other cars waiting to bring me out my pickup order that was already ready and approved. After checking in I waited around 10 to 15 minutes. Still hadnt seen anyone double checked up a couple times made sure I was checked in. Tempted to call the number for pickup made three calls before someone finally answered went to voicemail the first two times. After going back and forth with the gentleman on the phone he says oh your order hasnt been picked yet I stated it seems a little odd weve already approved our substitutions and it already allowed us to check in online. Okay let me check on this for a minute all right youre the white truck right outside no the gray car. Okay Ill be right out with your order now 15 minutes later Im still waiting for my stuff to be brought out Im currently the only person waiting for a pickup and I have been for about the last 20 minutes. This is by far the absolute worst pickup order Ive ever had.

I like the neighborhood market as an idea and this one is especially nice. Its wide variety of food and an enlarged hygiene/pharmaceutical section are very convenient.

Alot smaller and you can get to the personal items much faster.

Always have what I need good costumer service clean clean clean.

Stopped here thinking it would be quick and less crowded than the suoercenter, and I only needed a few groceries. It was small and dirty inside compared to the supercenter just a stone throw away. They had no meat that I was shopping for in stock, but the supercenter did, so I went to the supercenter anyway.

Service desk is awesome, checkers all but 1 is awesome. Its clean. Love the pharmacy!!!! Brian is AWESOME!!!! The self service is SAD!!!!!! Alot friendlier than the supercenter next door. Thank you neighborhood market!!!!

Cozy grocery style walmart.

You now often stand in line to check out your cart full of groceries.Nothing like waiting in line with a cart full of cold items watching them melt, while the 70 year old lady in front of your tries to scan a potato. (YES IT HAPPENED!)This use to be a nice place to go. Now not so.much.It needs more checkers and less self checking. Self checking has only sloweddown the process, while casing everyone more stress and less time at home with family. IM NOT A FAN.

Great for last min. Pick ups it stays pretty well stocked they are friend and polite .

I was very impressed with Deli/Bakery. It was nicely stocked and i easily found the products i was looking for. The staff was very friendly and helpful at answering my questions about a few products in bakery. It has definitely improved within the last month or two. I will shop at this store from now on for my deli and bakery needs..

Only issue was that there were no actual cashiers. They said their morning cashier called out. They did offer to open a lane to check me out, but I went ahead and used the self check out. I have no issue using self checkout, but would rather keep cashiers employed in my local area if theyre available to use!

Very close to my home and very easy to get in and out of. Not as many people go there opposed to the regular walmart.

Good Prices! Much easier to get around then a WM Super center or a Kroger Marketplace...sure there are less selections available...but a nice trade off for time and frustration saved. The associates were much more pleasant and were eager to help or answer questions 5 star service. Could use a little makeover, felt like remodel had not been done in quite some time, but it was wel kept and clean. Cant quite give it 5 stars but wish there was a 4.5 star option.

Shirley at the check out was as rude as aI have ever seen. I said good morning and she just glared at me. She grabbed my basket and dumped out everything very roughly. Then she threw the basket out of her way. She stood there looking at my receipt for the longest then she handed me my change and turned away so she didnt have to look at me. Wow who hired her?

The store was nice and fairly well stocked. It was also clean.Self checkout was the only option, and they dont appear to have any bags of ice.

Awesome place. The grocery pick-up is the bomb! So much quicker and faster than the Supercenter! Plus better customer service because it’s more one on one treatment.

They should put their best employees in the customer service area. Someone who really knows how to handle customers that needs assistance.This is the 2nd time that I’ve encountered rude employees from CS department.This rude lady even claimed that she’s a manager but guess what, she doesn’t even know what she’s doing. I have to explain to her and suggest several times what she could do coz that wasn’t the first time I have to come up to their area and asked for help. She looked at me irritated and keeps on slamming the scanner. Smh.

I just cannot handle this place. I dont like self-checkout but I find that every-time I come in during morning hours I have to check myself out. I was furious on Sunday morning when I saw three employees standing around laughing and joking. I began to just stare at them, and all of a sudden they got into some sort of formation as if they were working or observing. My question is this: Why wasnt one of these people cashiering? There should be a sign stating that you will have to check yourself out most of the time. Especially during early hours as if you are being punished for coming in early.Even when its not early, there is usually only one cashier. Come on, there are people who need jobs. Hire some more cashiers. Where is management? They are going to find that many of the customers are gong elsewhere.Also a couple of the cashiers (the ones just standing around) only greeted certain people. They greeted people they knew and only spoke with each other. This was rude, rude, rude! I will make certain to go to the larger Wal-Mart if at all possible from now on.

Nice alternative to the super store. Parking lot gets a bit sporting when other drivers are in a hurry. Produce and meat look good, store is clean intuitively laid out. Never enough cashiers but self check out is getting a lot of attention. Some employees a bit gruff. Careful when exiting onto main road.

First off...I am NOT a Walmart fan for a variety of reasons. Theyre customer service is dreadful and their big box stores fire bomb the landscape of local stores that have been around a century. That being said...We absolutely enjoy and appreciate this Neighborhood Market. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable if youre needing help finding something. The store is well stocked and prices are great. It truly has the feel of a small town neighborhood market. The selection may be a bit limited when compared to the supercenter, and theres one of those less than a half mile away - but I dont set foot there. The lack of customer service alone will drive you away. But here? Customer service is absolutely outstanding. The big box on the hill could learn a lot from this store.

Its a better option for groceries than having to go into a large Walmart store. I prefer our other local grocery store honestly. I wish there were more organic/non-GMO fruits. I was, however, pleased with the Gluten-free options -- including popcorn, loaves of bread, and various crackers.

Id always rather shop at Walmart Neighborhood Market than the Supercenter. Not only is it kept up better & smaller, the employees are much nicer and more knowledgeable. I enjoy doing my grocery shopping there and being on a first name basis with the employees. Theyre all real sweet. The store is normally well stocked & the produce is relatively inexpensive and usually pretty good.

I could not in good conscience spend at Walmart for Christmas after watching a Black Woman arrested simply because she politely asked for a refund.....Perhaps Walmart has missed how well that worked out for K-Mart....Sears...and JC Penny....and better yet how so many Sams Clubs locations are closed....That should be a clue but Walmart seems oblivious to the obvious....Oh well....my money spent very well elsewhere....

There are only 3 check out lines with a checker of all 3 are open. Usually only 1. Be ready to self check and bag your own groceries and do their job with no discount or paycheck

Normally it’s my go to choice. However this is the second time that I have gone and been told that the customer service desk is having issues. Today the desk was closed and myself along with another customer was inconvenienced. The cashier was friendly but relayed the message that the system was rebooting and that it would be a 5-7 minute wait. Which was fine however she continued to scan items instead of ensuring myself and the other customer were being taken care of. As I stated I normally have a good experience here however today’s service was not a good experience.

I prefer to go to Neighborhood because it is user friendly. I know many of the employees there and they know me. The Pharmacist calls me by name before I get to the counter.
