I can not express how very happy I did not give them the chance to mess me out of my money over the high price and bad customer relation experience I briefly experience. This service was great! Got 2.5 inch exhaust with a magnaflow glasspack on my mazda 3 2.0L for a little over $500. Im really satisfied with the sound. More of a grumble rather than a cannish sound

The staff was awesome. I brought my F250 in because of a rattling muffler and asked them to replace it with a better sounding one. For a little over $200 they installed a magna flow that sounds excellent. They came and got me 2 different times to walk me through their install. Totally professional and knowlegable. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone about receiving a quote & he couldnt seem bothered to care what I was looking for. I got my quote, and I felt i was doing a disservice for asking. So their customer service seemed poor. What did I do? Headed down the road to Martys muffler where I made the best choice of my life. Something small this time. But these guys have done 3 exhausts for me and they are always great.

Pleased with promptness of service. They fixed my car in less than half an hour. In addition, the man showed me where the problem is coming from and was the first mechanic who has ever shown me the root cause of issue. Clean waiting area, clean restrooms, safe feeling environment, comfortable for a lady while waiting.

They did great job of welding and shaping my catback exhaust on my Forester. Been here multiple times and theyre still killing the game.

Ive been using them since 2002, they fixed a exhaust job someone else messed up and Ive been pleased with their work ever since and dont plan on going anywhere else, they have done work on my 02 Dodge 05 Dodge and now 19 Dodge. Jason the owner went out of his way and did everything he could to make sure I left a happy customer. I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted to modify on my Challenger and ended up getting some new mufflers. He switched out several options for me and let me pick out what I thought sounded the best. If you know exactly what you’re looking for he’s your guy and he can beat anyone’s prices. If you don’t know what you want. He can certainly lead you the right way.

Clean and friendly place. Needed a short pipe to complete a job. They did the work and it was a great looking part. Better than factory. Will use this place when I need more work. Very reasonable price as well.

I have had a couple cars exhaust work done here. FANTASTIC service. Just recently had a Cat-back put on my 1990 Nissan 300zx and they did it perfectly for a wonderful price. They even stored my car in a garage overnight because it was going to rain. Thanks for all the great work you do!

Brought my Lexus GS400 in after another shop sat on it for a day before telling me they dont do exhausts.. APE had the work done in an hour! Also they gave me a price and showed me the issues before I even left the shop. Price was also great. Will def recommend these guys for any exhaust work.

Had them modify several cars Ive owned.. resonator deletes and such things. Very friends, works Is top notch, prices are great. I will for sure continue being a customer with my weird projects and cars.

Place does great work. Jason, Zach and the 3rd guy {wish I could remember his name} are personally involved in the work. They may not be the cheapest {I cant be sure about that but I had no reason to look elsewhere at the time you get what you pay for thing}, prices are reasonable, not cheap discount shop but I expect that when I want technically proficient guys to work on my car. The work bays are very clean and to me thats a sign that they take pride in their work and are organized. Never made me feel intimidated or treated like an uninformed owner or like a consumer that knew nothing about the work I wanted done. Very meticulous and I felt like they were working on their own cars. Theyre gentle with your vehicle, careful and meticulous if that makes any sense. I had headers installed on my Porsche and they did an awesome job. They were recommended by the shop that I use that does work on Porsches and I definitely recommend them as well. No need to look for another exhaust shop.

While me and my dad was inside, five people walked in got the price and said it was way too much compared to other exhaust shops and walked out. They sell the exact same exhaust that Pep Boys and AutoZone sells at a 3x the price. Got to pay for that big O building somehow I guess.

Pricing Is the issue...I have a 2013 VW Jetta GliHad a free estimate over the phone, the gentalman I don’t know had told me it will cost 300$ to remove one small exhaust and resonator, then patch it with 2 1/4 inch pipe... hahahahaha for a 30min job that’s a joke...Just 4 Play fabrication, in Plumerville AR did my exhaust in 30-40min, made a Y pipe to have two 3” tips, and didn’t charge me for a whole stick of pipe like APE does FYI... phenomenal job no leaks, if you ask me save your money and go see my man Eddie he does it ALL... total spent 70$

Attempted to get a mandrel bent pipe in place of one of my vehicles mufflers from this business. The closest thing to an owner as he called himself, named Jason, has the poorest quality of customer service I have ever seen and apparently doesnt understand what a mandrel bend is, even though he owns the shop. After trying to calmly explain my complaint to him, he proceeded to yell at me over the phone asking if I thought he had a jig to fit my vehicle. From what Ive reaserched, you dont NEED a jig in order to use a mandrel bending machine. He also claims to be the only shop in Central Arkansas to perform mandrel bends, but doesnt actually deliver the product as such and doesnt fire up the machine for just a few bends. The owner also tried to tell me that cutting a foot and a half piece of pipe 3-4 different times and then welding it back together is how they do things around there and that is a mandrel bend. That is also false. After telling my wife of I could find a place anywhere in the U.S. that would perform a mandrel bend on a Saturday he would refund me my payment.. I found a place, which wasnt hard to do but he refused to refund my payment. He informed me that he would pay for my fuel and the service ticket when I get it done correctly. That would end up costing him more than just refunding me my money or correctly redoing the work. The owner kept saying Just sue me, thats the easiest thing to do isnt it!? And lets not forget the oh so famous Well come on down here and we can talk about it!. Is he not content enough with speaking about it over the phone? Not very bright responses if you ask me. Proceeded to tell me to Just go buy the equipment and do it yourself next time all while trying to speak over me and rudely interrupting me/yelling at me. Im also not the only person to have quality issues from this shop. Multiple friends of mine have informed me NOT to go to A.P.E. for the very same issue but I gave them a chance anyways. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this shop for anything and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Only person who actually has any sort of couth at that establishment is the gentleman who works in the back named Zach. He and the owner should trade spots! Maybe some people dont look under their vehicles after having this type of work done, but I do and I dont agree with what I saw versus what I was promised!Not accredited by the BBB either!
