This target had it all. Very clean and well organized too. I was disappointed they didnt have my favorite tea. Gold Peak Sweet tea was out. But all in all. Great getting in and out with no problems. I dont understand why you see Were Hiring big as day but when you apply, you soon receive a nice email that youre not selected. Well take sign down then PERIOD! There are people that are not lazy and want to work. There are people not sitting in their butts just collecting extra money from government because its more than they made being employed. You need workers but do you really?!

This target has always been reliable. The prices are reasonable, the store is clean, and they just did a ton of new updates. Right now it can be a little hard to find everything because of the update but the employees are always very nice about helping. Jacob helped me find everything I needed in the store today. Drive up has been reliable and gotten me everything I’ve needed every time unlike other places I’ve attempted drive up. On average, it takes about an hour and a half for them to get everything. This target is great, I definitely recommend it.

The store is clean and its always easy to get in and out

Because Target requires the person to have a Target app on the telephone for signing in. Not all phones are capable of that and not all shoppers have phones. And not all phones are smart phones. Poor design and poor planning . With other stores, one pulls into a spot and there is a phone number on the sign that one can call to announce arrival or can text the arrival and location.

Target is one of those places that is kind of vanilla. They are pretty much all the same so reviewing them like theyre different is pointless. I went there for some Gold toe socks and undershirts for men that I need for work and as usual they were easily available and not hard to find. I also usually stop by the Starbucks within the store as well. I do like the ability of being able to use my Starbucks app to pay for my coffee there and not have to use my debit card

Even though the prices are higher than other department stores I like the fact that when comes to there clothes Im never disappointed

Drive up at this location is absolutely terrible, 99 percent of the time they will forget something in your order. Going inside is even worse, the workers have been very polite and nice but some of the people who come to this store are just ridiculously snobby. Majority of everything in food section is out of stock and never sure of when it will be replaced.

The drive- up service at this location is an absolute failure. There have been multiple instances in which I was not given all of my items, and their process for remediating such an incident clearly does not have the customers best interest in mind. Specifically, if this Target doesnt give you an item and you drive all the way home and realize it, you have 2 options: go back to the store and go inside to get your item(s), or go back to the store and go inside and request a refund of said item(s). On several occasions, I kindly requested they just refund me over the phone for what was not given and they refused to do so over the phone; they demanded that I needed to come get my items or get a refund from them in the store, and that if I didnt do it within 24 hours, I was out of luck at that point since my transaction was already ran. So to be clear, I requested items at Target, I paid for said items, they failed to give me said items, and now I have a deadline to physically come into the store within 24 hours to resolve their issue. The very rude employee named Sidney who took my call during the last incident clearly cannot sympathize and problem solve for her customers who use the services in the first place b/c of 3 toddler age children during a pandemic. It was a pathetic encounter that proves that this specific location doesnt truly care about their customers.

This is hands down the best Target in the area. The location is large but perfectly organized. Everything is so easy to find. If you want a specific item, its probably at this location.

I love the style of everything target sells, and how clean and well presented it is in stores. The carts with cupholders and phone holders add that extra touch too!

I used to love going to Target, especially this one but these days its 80% clothing 15% groceries and 5% anything else and the anything else section is usually empty and never stocked and is a horrible selection when it is. Sadly I think can count their days numbered at this point.

Absolutely PACKED. 2 lines open and a 20-30 min wait to get through the line and I actually never got through my line because the line came to a stop for over 5 minutes. Went to customer service where the lady behind the counter replied to my complaint about not enough lane open with, “ok.” Tried to call customer service to speak with someone in charge and was redirected to another department by the automated system where no one could help me. It will be a long time before I return. Get it together, management.

I tried to buy 8 packs of trading cards, but was limited to 2 because the cards are a hot item...But if I come back tomorrow, I can buy 2 more lol. What a joke.

I love shopping at Target more then other competitor stores I can get everything thing I need may it be laundry detergent, toys, food ect.. Target check outs are not as crazy and under staffed like the other competitors.

I absolutely love target!! I was visiting some friends here in Shiloh and came to the Shiloh store! Was my first time there and had no idea where anything was. Decided to ask a guy I saw in red that looked like he was in a rush, but had to ask him where I could find the Halloween section. He turned around and told me I was fine and no worries and told me to follow him and led me towards right where I needed to be! Do not want to leave out that MAN, he was a looker too!! Tan guy with dark hair and with the gold chain at target, ILL SEE YOU NEXT TIME ;).And shiloh store! you are doing something right!

I have had multiple problems trying to use my phone to pay my for my Target shopping items. Sometimes it works just fine, other times it does not. I have called customer service a couple of times. Once they made it worse, deleted my current credit card from the app. Called again and got it corrected. Worked fine the last time I shopped but then didnt work again today. The checkers are no help. They ring it, it doesnt work and then I am stuck either using another credit card or having to have them delete my order and completely ring it again. Due to Covid issues, I very much prefer to be able to use my phone to pay and not have to pull out my credit card. I am very frustrated.

I am and have always been a fan of my nearest local Target, especially given that their cantaloupe is cheaper than any other stores, but this place has become quite lackluster concerning the times. There is no clearance section anywhere in the establishment, which is unfortunate, yet the worst aspect is easily the clientele.I realize it is nitpicky to blame the franchise for the people inside, but the lines are absolutely abhorrent; even the few who choose to stay away from those in front of them have people nearly have carts touching their butts. People even have the audacity to complain when one does not voluntarily squeeze themselves between strangers who may or may not be sick. The employees are nice and the products are reasonable, but this place has been tainted by the blatant lack of respect shown by the customers towards their fellow man.

Yesterday my husband and I were at this store to purchase a Consumer Cellular phone plan. A young man named Mark helped us for over 2 hours. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. The experience was very pleasant. We felt bad to be taking up so much of his time but he didnt seem to mind. He answered all our questions, even ended up selling us a phone and a TV! Would highly recommend him and this store.

I ordered a table online and was able to pick it up at the store almost immediately. Upon arrival, the two employees at the customer service desk were so friendly and helpful. One completed my transaction while the other carried the table into a cart for me. It was quick and easy. 10/10 would go to this location again.

The total ease of ordering on line, picking up in store or having it shipped. The pleasant experience with customer service is top notch! I enjoy picking up orders & returns, (I often have clothing to return, that I hate trying on in any store). Target makes it so simple with my red card or drivers license to pull up all my purchases even on different dates, different receipts, etc. I could not be any happier with target unless I owned the store myself. Proud I would be! I’m a Bullseye member, which enables me to voice my opinions, too. Who does all that target does for its consumers? Nobody I know of does it this well consistently! My Shiloh, Illinois,Target should be in the top ten as far as I’m concerned. They’re like family. Heck, they’re BETTER than family!!

SHILOH, IL... I was (again) recently in your store bumbling about. A nice young woman asked if she could help me find something. I was actually there to purchase many items-unbeknownst to her. She left the adult women’s section she was working in and took me to find clothes for my 1 month old niece. After showing me where the baby section was-I asked for specifics. She didn’t rush me, and she genuinely seemed happy to help. Shiloh is much farther from my house, but I always come to SHILOH and ask for Krista... she has totally changed my shopping experience 🖤. Target Drive Up is so convenient. I was sick and didnt want to go in and shop after work, so I used Drive Up. I received the email that my order was ready within 15 minutes of submitting it (the est. time they give us 2 hrs, but I doubt it ever takes that long). The employee was very polite and friendly and I loved the experience so much that Ive done it a few times since!

Very friendly staff and variety of merchandise I can choose making the store a one-stop-shop. This Target was the only store in my area with knit gloves still in stock. With the cold temps in our area, finding the gloves at a good price was wonderful.

We went here to get an item that was out of stock online, but it said this store had it. When we got there we could not find the item, but a very helpful employee checked other stores and told us a store 10 miles away had 6 of them. We went there and got the last one on the shelf. It was something my granddaughter wanted for Christmas, so I will now have a happy granddaughter on Christmas morning.

Always clean and stocked and super amazing employees. I pretty much ended up with my own personal shopper/stylist. I may have spend a couple hundred, but its worth it. I love everything she helped me pick out

I can always laugh and make conversation/jokes with the cashiers. Its usually pretty clean inside and out in the parking lot. I love the woman at the customer service desk. Target has great sales and great customer service. I got these great cashmere like sweater sets today. Each was priced under $50. They are classy, and they can be dressed up. Love them.

Younger guy come up to my friend and I and asked if we had gotten a toy out and I said no we haven’t even been over there and proceeded to say oh so u haven’t been that way to mess things up. I said it wasn’t us and he said he assumed it was us because my friend dropped a ball and was picking it up to put it back. He was completely rude.

This review is strictly about the Starbucks in Target. 1pm on a Monday. Only one barista working. She’s working her little fanny off trying to take orders and make the drinks all by herself. Sadly this Starbucks is understaffed almost every time I’m here. Seriously, there is a huge line and people just keep giving up on getting their drinks because it’s taking so long. If I wasn’t addicted to their green tea strawberry acai I wouldn’t be waiting in this long line either, but I don’t work in the summer and I have nowhere to be at the moment so here I wait.In the time it took me to write this there are still 4 people ahead of me. 🙁

Its nice and clean, but not stocked up. Many empty spots, or, in shoes, very limited sizes. Obviously I will shop here again since it is close to home. Employees are very polite.

No fault of targets, but some people seem to come here to just hang out and waste time. All I really wasnt is to go in, get my random assortment of stuff and get out. More and more I find that Eben though I have to wait a couple days ordering online and having it delivered is the better experience.

This Target location has really gone downhill in the last few years. It used to be a great place for shopping, especially in the morning. Clean and open with happy staff. Now it is a nightmare, and we travel to the Fairview Heights location whenever possible. They have completely cluttered the aisles and walkways with extraneous displays, leaving narrow paths for all the customers to squeeze into. They have started stocking during the day and not overnight, so there are constantly stocking carts blocking entire aisles. Frequently, there is no employee anywhere near the obstruction which has left us unable to obtain our items many times. Its a fire hazard often, because entire aisles will be inaccessible on one side due to the lazy stockers abandoning their carts. When they are near their carts, they will get intrusively close to shoppers to continue stocking while we shop, instead of politely stepping aside to allow paying customers to shop comfortably. There is always trash and cardboard in the aisles now, making passing other customers impossible far too often. I used to enjoy this Target location but i am avoiding it more and more as it gets worse and worse..

I stopped in to shop yesterday on my way home at 4:30. When I got to the checkout, the person in front of me was completely done but then decided that they wanted to use a $50 gift card that was stored on their phone. They looked and looked. Found it then accidentally closed it. Looked and looked again and then couldnt get it to open so they went outside to see if the email would open. Came back in. Then sent her daughter out to see if it would open outside. All this was while I was waiting to check out. I finally loaded everything back into my cart and stood in line at another checkout. I think it was nice that the girl wanted to help her with this problem but this wasnt the way to handle the situation. She should have had her find her gift card and then check out rather than holding up the entire line.

I live in Texas but this Target has a huge baseball/football cards section than the ones back home. Was able to find Topps Chrome. Couldnt find any in Texas. Definitely going back.

Clean well displayed store. Parking lot well lit at night. Plenty of staff on hand to answer questions. Everyone was very nice polite.

Everytime I go to this location there is at least one item that rings up incorrectly at the register (I never buy much to begin with). Whenever I claim there was a sticker with a discounted price, I am always disbelieved. They end up changing the price eventually, but they are usually frustrated about it. Today I told the cashier to take the item off my order and only then did they change the price. They never even go back in the store to double check me. Instead they just automatically tell me that Im wrong. This does not happen to me in any other Target.

I was over charged for an item that was on sale, even confirmed by an employee that it was a part of the pre-black Friday deal. Didnt realize it till a 4 days later. Came to customer service was told I had only three days to dispute. Why should i have to dispute a mistake made by your company?

We go here often and is a good place for picking up dog food for our larger dogs. Kids clothing is always great, and its a good place to pick up what you need for every day living.

I love Target, but the restrooms at this store are ALWAYS in HORRIBLE condition! The ironic thing is they keep a chart on the door when the bathroom was last cleaned. Today it supposedly had been cleaned less than 15 minutes before I entered it and it was NASTY... every inch of it from the floors to the toilets were completely appalling! I just left without buying anything.

Update March 1 2020;So the last few months we’ve seen the shelves picked over every time we’re in and today was the absolute worst in terms of items on hand. The checkout lanes had 4 people working and a line that reminded me of Christmas shopping here. Not sure what the reason for all this is but it is definitely noticeable. The staff that is working have all been pleasant so that remains near 5 stars but the stock issues bring my overall rating down to 3 stars.Prior review below;Just a standard Target with the exception of a new Starbucks opening soon. The self checkout is the best way to go. Rarely any waiting
