Finally found a mechanic I can trust. Paul and Carol are not only great and kind people, but they are also very professional and knowledgeable. Paul kept me updated and explained whats going on better than other mechanics I have been to. When I picked up the car, I got so surprised! it was even vacuumed and cleaned inside! They are so honest and really want to help. They actually turned down work that would have made them more money and suggested we try a couple of other less expensive options first and then, only if those didnt work should we come back. And then he offered to troubleshoot for free! Wow!!!!!

I recently had an excellent experience with Paulco. Moving from the East Coast several years ago where I had family and family friend mechanics, I felt very alone out here regarding car repairs until I found Paul. A colleague recommended him. Ive done a lot of work on my car myself with the help of family and friends, and Paul took the time to diagnose the problem, discuss the issue and options thoroughly. His cost estimate was very reasonable, and was extremely accurate with the final cost. His diagnosis was on point. He returned the car quickly, and it is in better shape than when I first got it (used). He also returned it to me cleaned inside and out with great attention to detail. He was very responsive and helpful in all aspects. I highly recommend Paulco in every way.

He was originally recommended by a former employee of his who was a long time colleague of mine - as being a completely straight-shooter. I have found him to be so - to go out of his way to assist - a very competent mechanic - with very good pricing. Plus a great spirit in the office with him and his sister Carol who manages the desk - always positive. I have been so happy with the pricing compared to the Toyota dealers I often give him a tip - I know I am being treated fairly - and it is really worth it to have a competent mechanic.You simply cannot go wrong with Paul.Please note he does nothing with tires - he is a mechanic - not a tire guy - go to a tire place for your tires...:-).

I can always count on Paulco to fix my car correctly without adding any unnecessary work. I recently brought it in with a dead battery and it was only that I left the overhead light on! But he found a brake light that was out, cleaned the car inside and out, and filled up fluids that were very low...all for less than $50. What a classy outfit!!

Paul and the rest of the staff at the Co are there as if to topple the stereotype for repair shops. They were not only accommodating (they made time for me even though I was a walk-in close to closing time), simply delightful, and that in 5 minutes Paul was able to win my trust in his experience and competency, but also they flat out refused creating unnecessary costs or overcharge when they could have.
